I was shopping for an BMW X5 for my wife and while searching I saw one at Kings Point Auto website. I decided to visit the dealership to check the car out. That's when I met Mike. I knew I was dealing with a honest and trustworthy person from the beginning. I was checking the car out and asked to test drive it. I fell in love with the car but unfortunately it was out of my budget. That's when Mike came to the rescue and offered to find another X5 within my budget. I was excited!!!! Who will offer a service like this??? NO ONE!!!!! I went back and forth with Mike for almost one month. Mike advised me not to rush and kept sending me cars, until I saw the one I bought.. All my questions for this car were answered right away and I knew I was making the right choice!!! Communication at its best!!!! I had a trade and Mike gave me an amazing price for it. I was shopping for a 2011 C300 4Matic Sport Mercedes Benz and choose King Point Auto primarily due to the reviews on Mike... I don't know if he is the author of the cars description, but it was right on point: words like "clean " and "sexy" were accurate in describing the car. I called on Monday to discuss its' availability and Mike said " it was available", and promised to hold it for me until Thursday. Mike dispelled all the negative preconceptions that I had about a used car salesperson. I am not naive to the fact that selling anything is about making money and to stay in business, Mike needs to make money, but in dealing with Mike I did not feel as though the only thing that mattered was what and/or how much $$$ I had in my pocket. The entire process of purchasing this vehicle was completed in 24 hours. Mike either e-mailed me or called to address minor issues with the car. We drove almost 2 hours from NJ to check out an ML550 (on a Sunday when many other dealerships are closed) and are so glad we did. Mike was very knowledgeable and completely upfront about everything throughout the whole process. He was patient in answering all our questions about the car, the financing process, the warranty option, etc. He worked hard to give us a good deal, without skimping out on anything or trying to charge extra 'fees' like the franchise dealers do. 5 star experience .....I'll never forget the day when Mike got me into my shiny new car. I have had prior experience but this was the best so far.I have bad credit issues over the years which made it almost impossible for me to get into a new car without putting a ridiculous down payment . Everywhere I went they kept turning down and I couldn't get the car I wanted .But the day I got to Kings Point Auto that totally changed.Mike spent literally 2 days working diligently in trying to get me my dream car. And finally I was able to get approve and pay a monthly price that I could afford. Mike promised me when I walked in that he would get me the car wanted at the price I wanted and he did just that. Mike is who I was working with before I even came down to the area he had my loan approved and everything was worked out on the phone. This was one of the best dealerships that I have ever been to become he didn't promise something and then not deliver. Exactly what he said happened. I just bought a car (Range Rover) from Mike yesterday. I can express the level of patience this man had with me. Two nights prior was the first time we've ever spoken & our call lasted for 30min. He answered every question I had & even sent me a picture of my new car fro Xmas with a bow on it. He made me feel confident he would deliver on exactly what he said he would & he did. Believe me you will lose sleep over a car that you saw on his lot that you liked and didn't buy after you've seen it. He knows how to treat his customers. MIKE is the best car dealer in the world when I saw the 2009 BMW X5 xDrive4.8i I could not belive it I have been looking for this type of suv for 3yrs. I flew to NYC and to buy the X5 the buying process was FAST and actually pleasant. When I went to look at the car I almost fell to my knees and cried the pictures that were used to show case the cars could never capture the beauty of the SUV in person I was amazed!! This was my first time, in 10 years of driving, purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. I had checked out a few other vehicles at other dealerships before deciding on this particular car, that being a 2010 Dodge Challenger SRT8. I had found the vehicle on another website and sent an email inquiring about it. Mike, the main salesman, called me within an hour. As soon as the conversation started, I felt very comfortable, something that the salesmen at other dealerships did not do. Mike answered all the questions I had about the car with honesty, and the car spoke for itself in person. They sell top quality vehicles here, and know the history of what they sell, which is a big plus when purchasing a pre-owned vehicle, especially a muscle car. The buying process was extremely smooth, and Mike was actually able to secure me an excellent interest rate on my loan that not even NEFCU could match. I looked at the vehicle on Friday, and drove it off the lot on Sunday, no funny business in between. Mike went to great lengths to make me feel comfortable and in the end, it was a no hassle and very pleasant experience. I would recommend anybody who is in the market for a pre-owned vehicle to go to Kings Point Auto. My purchase experience was great! I delt with Mike Goltche, who is a true gentleman. I traded my vehicle and received a very fair trade amount for my vehicle, and to make matters even better, I received a great [unbeatable] purchase price on a 2011 Mercedes Benz S550 4Matic. I shopped around everywhere, but KingsPoint Auto gave me the best price by far...and the vehicles they sell, are in excellent condition and very well maintained. Even after noticing that my purchase vehicle had a couple of slightly worn tires, Mike himself, escorted me to a Tire shop and purchased a set of New tires for me, Just to make sure that I was 100% satisfied. KingsPoint went the extra miles for me:) Mike was very polite, friendly, patient, and most important...not pushy at all..which is a rare trait in the used car industry. There were no sales gimmicks or hidden charges, etc...and I never felt pressured to purchase any vehicle..just great and honest sale service. This was probably, my best car buying experience! Overall, my experience with purchasing a car from King's Point Auto was pleasurable and hassle free. I saw an 06' BMW 330 CI on Cars.com and immediately thought the deal was too good to be true. After calling the dealer and finding out their hours, Mike said he would stay a little late if needed so I could come down to check out the car after work. There were some minor cosmetic concerns i had, however Mike said he would take care of any issues I had with the car prior to purchasing to meet my satisfaction, which he did and was above and beyond what other dealers may have done. I could say I was attracted to basically every car on Mike's lot, as his stock consists of luxury sport vehicles, all in great shape, and there's something for every price range. Would definitely recommend Kings Point Auto.

Today I purchased a 2011 328xi from Mike at Kings Point Auto. I had creeped around his site a few times and saw some of the vehicles and was skeptical at first due to the great prices and selection of cars. As anyone in the market for a used car today knows, pre-owned lots that advertise vehicle, forget to include the hefty after you agree fees. After researching and reviewing and finding the exact vehicle I wanted I gave Kings Point Auto a try. I'm so glad I did. I had contacted a big name dealer to view a car a few days before and had been promised a response I never received upon emailing kp auto mike responded to me in the evening which already was impressive since it was 8:30 on a friday night. I went in yesterday to see the car and today it is in my driveway fully detailed. The deal was free of pressure and no hidden fees no pushing for some wild warranty or a "certification fee" My father and I got the price we wanted and the car we wanted and the service I always expect when making a big purchase. Mike also gave me the piece of mind that if anything is needed in the future that it is ok to contact him. Not to mention KP auto offers a selection of common and uncommon vehicles with hard to find packages, options and rare color choices. The showroom is nice and clean and its a friendly atmosphere. Cant express enough how pleased I'am with my BMW. This is my 7th higher end car and not my last hopefully. looking forward to doing business again in the future with Mike and Kings Point Auto. This is my 2nd purchase at Kingspoint Auto, my first purchase was a Mini Cooper S for my wife. I was so satisfied with her car and they way Michael at Kingspoint handled every aspect of the purchase there was no doubt in my mind when I was in the market again I would return to Kingspoint. Needless to say several months after her purchase I decided to look for a vehicle myself. I place the call and told Michael I was in the market for a Mercedes ML, he immediately started his search. Michael has plenty of beautiful quality cars on his lot but didnt try to up sell me or push any of the vehicles on his lot on me. He was more interested in obtaining exactly what I asked for and was up for the challenge. I have to say I know many reviews on the internet are made up but I can honestly tell you Michael is a man of his word and I believe he is truly more interested in building relationships then he is in selling cars, he not only found me what I was asking for but found a vehicle that had every option know to man and then some. If it sounds like Im making more of this review then need be the answer is YES I am because I want everyone to know you wont only be buying a great vehicle from Michael at Kingspoint but youll be making a GREAT friend as well. Michael just happens to be in the car business but as I mentioned before he is more interested in building relationships then selling cars. He truly made every aspect a pleasant experience, he was happy to take my vehicle as a trade giving me a Very fair price. My work keeps me extremely busy and I dont have time to waste on having to listen to traditional sales people just try to get you to come in. Michael didnt waste my time he only called me to run certain vehicles by me and to get my feed back. He truly gives new meaning to the stereotypical car salesman. I live in Atlanta and was searching for a Lexus GS. I traveled to NY to purchase a vehicle due to more choices with lower mileage. I certainly did my homework and came down with intentions to explore at least 5 options. I stopped at Kings Point Auto immediately after landing. Mike and Ryan were very attentive and were not pushy at all. They addressed all inquires with genuine answers, and within the next couple hours, i was driving my awesome new ride off the lot! Of all the 7 cars I've purchased in my lifetime this by far has been my best purchase! The car was in great condition and appeared exactly as it did on the website. The salesman Ryan answered every question I had and made me feel comfortable before even meeting him in person. I work a lot so Ryan and I conversed through text which was convenient for me. I brought my friend along when I went to purchase my car and she asked a ton of questions. Mike had no problem answering every one of them and was very patient and knowledgeable which made me feel more comfortable with my decision to purchase the car. The warranty is great and you won't find a warranty like the ones they offer at many dealerships. My credit isn't that great but Mike was able to get my payments to an amount within my budget. Kings Point Auto is almost two hours drive from where I live but it was well worth the drive! I am so happy with my car and so thankful to Mike and Ryan for helping me get into my dream car!

Making a large purchase can be a difficult task particularly when purchasing a used car. Fortunately for me, I found Kings Point Auto and a superhero by the name of Mike Goltche. Not only did they have a complete fleet of luxury vehicles affordably priced, but each one had it own set of bells and whistles which made picking just ONE the hardest part of the entire process. After a couple of hours deciding between two vehicles, Mike followed with a couple of clicks, one phone call and told me where to sign.... Seriously it was THAT SIMPLE! Mike further exceeded my expectations when he followed up on a promise to cover any "bumps" or "hiccup" I experienced after purchasing my car. Two months after purchasing my BMX X5 I brought it back to Mike to have it completely serviced and t warranty he suggested at the time of purchase covered the ENTIRE COST! He is truly a man of his word and takes the grey areas out of purchasing a car. Not only will I purchase my next car from Kings Point Auto but I HIGHLY recommend them and the first stop for anyone on the market for a car.

I live close to two hours away and saw the BMW that I wanted well below the price I was expecting for the mileage and to top it off it was the sports package. Mike was very honest and provided great service throughout the entire process. It was very straightforward as well which was great as it made the trip well worth it. Even if I was four hours away I would still make the trip down to purchase another vehicle from Mike the vehicle he sold me was in near perfect condition, basically brand new. My wife and I are both extremely picky and have never purchased anywhere other than directly from Mercedes Benz. This S550 had everything we were looking for and was priced very fairly for the overall condition and options it had. I have to say that I was very skeptical in looking elsewhere as I've literally been dealing only with my local Mercedes dealer for almost 20 years. At the end of the day we bought a gorgeous car that was exactly what we'd been looking for and Kings Point Auto got us the same car our dealer was trying to push on us for nearly $10k less. Mike wasn't pushy at all, very personable, answered every question with knowledge and enthusiasm, and offered the same personalized service we've grown to appreciate and expect when buying our cars. Mike joked that we should use the money we save on a trip to Vegas and bet the rest on black!! As it turned out I used the money for a weekend in Aruba- bet on black- bought my wife a few things- and have a few bucks left over for our next vacation. This turned into more than just a great purchase on so many levels. I originally came across this dealer when my ex - husband showed me a car he wanted to buy. He asked me to do him a favor and find out about it. It was after 9pm and at first I hesitated to send a text enquiring about a car, but I sent it anyway apologizing for texting so late. To my surprise Mike messaged me back saying it wasn't a problem and also informing me that the car was already sold. He also provided me a link to his website to view other cars in his inventory. I broke the news to my ex - husband and he requested that I search his inventory. So I did and boy was I glad. I ended up seeing a BMW I loved. That very night I submitted an application online. By 10am the next day Mike had an approval for me. Now here is why Mike is amazing. My credit was garbage and I have had other dealers run my credit and couldn't put me in a car. Mike was able to me in a BMW, the car of my dreams and still make my payments manageable. The customer service I received made me feel as though I'm the only person he was dealing with. There i saw a 2007 nissan Altima 3.5 in great condition 1 previous owner. Called them up and arranged a date 2 come in and check out the vehicle, it was exactly what was posted on the website, from there on i established a great relationship with the owner mike. I have bought three Mercedes Benz autos in the last three years from Kings Point Auto. I bought a 2007 C280, 2009 C350, and my latest a 2011 E550. Three weeks ago my local MB dealer wanted me to come in and test drive their new 2014 CLA250. They assessed my C350 and gave me a trade in offer. I wasn't impressed with the CLA250. I went to see Mike at Kings Point Auto to see what I would get for a trade in. He offered me the same as MB. Which was only $2000 less than what I paid for it 2 years earlier at KP Auto.So I traded it in for the E550. Prices are great, they gave me fair market value for my trade-in's, great service and no pressure. Pleasure to deal with check them out.

Mike took the time to help me and get me an incredible car that I really thought I couldnt get...his wise counsel and advice really paid off because I listened to what he told me to do, and as a result, I was able to get the car I really wanted. Every time I had a problem or concern, they were available to assist. The experience I have had over the last year, has really made me comfortable doing business with Kings Point Auto. The customer care and satisfaction is what brings me back every time I have a car concern or financial concern. They are not only a great dealership, but they really take the time to help you with all your needs. I have to tell you that I have never met someone who took the time to explain every concern I had regarding purchasing a car and building up my credit. I really am grateful to Kings Point Auto for all their patience and for all their wise advice. It wasnt just about the car, it was about my overall experience. We recently purchased a car from Mike he was very nice until we had to negotiate a price which he became "snippy". The car we purchased was supposed to come with key fobs but they were missing so I tried to contact him for a solution but he never returned my email for a resolution.

After visitng several other local dealerships, my mother and I found exactly what we've been looking for at Kings Point Auto. The car was very well described so we were very relieved when everything the ad claimed checked out as promised in person. The thing that we really appreciated was how Mike went out of his way to answer all of our questions (including my mothers who is quite demanding) and really made sure we felt comfortable and happy with our decision to buy without any of the common high-pressure sales tactics dealers use. We were very disgusted with a few other dealers, several of which were only down the block from Kings Point. I don't normally write reviews but I think people should really take note of this place and the high quality service and attention to detail offered here. It is obvious how much Mike cares about the type of cars he sells, the way he handles his customers, and the overall way he conducts his business. Thank you very much again for your respectfull manner and very pleasant ways. Neither was expected but both very much appreciated. Even my mother was thrilled! We were thinking too far away, but we had looked at many cars that had high mileage and we thought over priced. After several quickly responded emails with actual answers to our questions we drove to Great Neck from Northern Westchester. The MINI looked just as promised, nestled among some high end bimmer's and benz's. There was actual parking for us. The facility, whew, was clean and inviting. After the test ride, we knew this car was for us! This dealer offered an extended warranty well below those listed on line with great coverage. A week later with insurance, plates, and a nice warranty...all taken care of by the dealer, this MINI went home with us. My girlfriend is very happy with her purchase.....

In December of 2012 we bought our son a BMW from Mike and Danny....The entire process was so professional and courteous. There were a few issues and they took care of everything with a smile.Anytime we brought the car in the shop they took care of it right away, no questions asked, not a dime came out of our pockets, other than buying the car...They are the nicest people to deal with...I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car and very professional service. Awesome car, awesome deal, awesome experience. Even after we agreed on the price Mile added a third year on a warranty I needed for the deal. Unbelieveabley clean car! Viewed at all cars in their inventory all low miles and very clean. You may have a favorite dealer like I do but you must look up Kingspoint Auto and give them a chance to satisfy your wants.

I had many false hope "cream puff" views of used cars in New York and New Jersey. I am so pleased to have had such a reputable dealer in just about my own back yard. This is a family run business with knowledgeable father and son, and a very laid back friendly dog. They presented what they had honestly and it is apparent that they are careful about what cars they choose for resale since the quality is quite good. They detail the car with pride before delivering it and during the time I was there even the non family workers took pride in their results. I have not used Kings Point Auto for repairs since I just got my car this month. Based on what I saw and their knowledge I would definitely return for servicing as a regular customer. I've recommended them to family and a neighbor.

I just bought a 2005 mini cooper S from them yesterday, I dealt with Mike, and everything went very smoothly. I have pretty dismal credit, but he still got me approved, and went above and beyond to do so, and I was able to get the car I always wanted. I drove down there from Albany NY, signed some papers, and I was on my way within a half hour or so. Good experience overall.

I bought my dream car from this place and I couldn't be happier! It was difficult to find an M3 that was still for sale and in excellent condition. Mike made buying this car quick and easy. It was a long drive so Mike made sure everything was ready for the time I showed up so we could sign paperwork and take off. Do not buy a car from them. They are cheating money. They are selling a car with accident. Check the carfax before your purchase. The 2009 Infiniti FX35 they have had an accident record in 2011. Do check carfax before you purchase any car from the dealer.

Mike told me he'd beat the local dealers price on a new BMW 5-Series. I laughed but still gave em a chance out of curiosity. Not only did he beat my best quote by $3,000 but I had the car in my driveway the NEXT DAY & he had it delivered to my house. Unbeatable experience!

They had a Benz at a better price than I found anywhere. Car was missing a NAV disc and a few minor pieces when I saw it but they promised they would overnight the disc and clips as soon as they arrived. I took delivery & got everything as promised a few days later. Less miles & $2k less than a dealer I've been buying from for years. Great car, great deal. I'll be back for my girl's car in a few months when her lease is up.
