I will most likely never buy a car from Kirk Ford of Vicksburg ever again. Service manager is extremely rude, they have had my car for 3 weeks and he is telling me it will be another month before they will even start to look at it. I understand being busy but how you speak to someone goes a long way. This is my very first car purchase, I am very disappointed in the service I have received this past month. I am paying for something I can’t even drive.

From the first moment I spoke to my salesman Tim, to stepping into the dealership, to finishing my paperwork with Amanda...absolutely amazing experience. Treated me like family, never any high pressure sales BS, made for a super smooth car buying experience. I came in from Florida to make this deal. That alone speaks volumes for this dealership. Amazing customer service! The financial department, sales department and managers were also super good to work with. It was my first time buying a car and they were helpful with all questions I had, making the process very easy to handle.

I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new car or truck, I purchased a vehicle from out of state, and my salesperson Charles Cooper was very instrumental in getting me the vehicle and the deal that I wanted.
