We drove more than 90 miles to do business with Kirk Toyota. We came in for routine service and ended up leaving with a new Highlander. Kirk always does a really good job. Nice, courteous staff. Clean, attractive showroom and waiting area. Pleasure doing busness there, and I recommend them to others looking for a vehicle or service.

Was a long time customer but not after today. The wait time was right at three hours after being told that it would be roughly an hour. You could hear the employees using foul language and the desk personnel was not very welcoming. We are planning on not returning again.
