Update: I recently purchased my 3rd Jeep from Klaben. Gilbert Perrin contacted me when it was time for my lease to be renewed. He helped me shop virtually for a new Jeep and when I arrived at the dealership, my new Jeep was warming up and ready for me to drive home. Brian walked me through all of the paper work and I was in and out in about an hour. i have always had good experiences with Klaben and would highly recommend the dealership and service departments. This is my second car purchase at Klaben. The sales associates are always helpful without being pushy. They always take the time to review my options to help me stay within the payments that I'm comfortable with and make sure that I have exactly what I want.

In all my 69 years, I have never had a better experience with a car dealership. My salesman, Don Jacobs , is the most professional and personable person I've ever had the privilege of dealing with. My wife and I have dealt with Don before and always come away more than satisfied. We couldn't be happier. We consider Don a friend . We will continue to do business with Klaben as long as they have Don and people like him around. PS: Man...I love my new Ram 1500

This is the best place in town for a new car bc of a select group of employees that go out of their way to make sure your auto investment is something you’re satisfied with. Mr. Klaben runs a tight ship! Chris Hamilton is the nicest guy around and got me the perfect Grand Cherokee then patronized my business that week. Last week I had a slow leak and he came to my house with a loaner ride and drove mine to get fixed, then drove it back (all within a couple hours!) good luck getting that service elsewhere! Kim Rafferty is the most patient and dedicated service worker and always gets the job done while making sure she lines up a nice loaner! Good people all around! Great Jeeps (except the Patriot. Talk about a basic b ride! Glad they helped me to ditch it for a real Jeep!) 👏 🛻

Joe Hilliard is Top notch at what he does. For years I have relied on Joe to get my vehicle fixed and in the shop. He has never failed me. I have owned over 15 Cars and trucks and Joe has never failed me on any of them.

I just leased a new vehicle (Jeep Grand Cherokee) from Klaben and as expected the process was easy, service was superior, and price was competitive. Justin Bolen continues to impress me and is one of the sharpest individuals in the business. He had the paperwork ready to go and car detailed so I could take it home right after my quick spin test drive.
