We had scheduled an appointment for 9:00 am on Black Friday to test drive an Esacape. We sat down with Buddy Moore who quickly reviewed our specifications and identified an in stock unit that mat all of our preferences, including exterior and interior treatments. Within a few minutes, he had retrieved the vehicle for our inspection. He pointed out the main features and explained some of the changes in the 2017 model from 2016. We took a test drive and upon returning to the lot we discussed lease options. Our plan was to test drive competitive models on the same day and secure pricing from all four dealers.Jim Bills stopped by to introduce himself and assure us that he was available to address any follow up concerns to secure our business.We left to visit the next dealership.After additional test drives, we decided that the Escape was the best fit for us and called Buddy to let him know we were returning. We also asked him to sharpen his pencil a bit more.When we retuerned, Buddy was handling another client, so Jim got Jeff Tetreault, "JT", to step in and help us. Jim had shaved another couple hundred off our overall cost (from a price that True Car had already indicated was a great price in our region), so we concluded our deal with JT who had the car fueled, washed and otherwise prepped.Our last stop was with Stephanie Slomberg in Finance. Stephanie took us through the lease agreement, the transfer of the vehicle we sold and the optional care and service packages. She is very pleasant and efficient and, once all of the paperwork was signed, our new vehicle was ready to drive off the lot.Car buying is not my favorite way to spend time, but at Klaben it was fast and efficient and we left the same day with exactly what we were hoping to find.

In the end I am not going to buy the car I worked with Roscoe on but I had such a great experience I wanted to let others know to ask for Roscoe when you go to Klaben. I am in sales my self and buying a car is as painful as it comes for me until I met Roscoe. He was no pressure and you could tell he was treating me the way he would want to be treated. Roscoe is very knowledgeable and even presented some options I did not think of. At the end of the day I did not buy the car but I will remember Roscoe and refer him my friends, family and clients whenever I have the chance.

I recently bought a used car off Roscoe Woodberry and I needed to get the oil changed and tires rotated. I was in the area and called Mr. Woodberry and told him I had a car question for him, he answered my question (I actually already knew the answer) but he entertained me and was able to get my car in for service that same day to save me time and another trip to Kent. Everything about this dealership and employees is top notch. I recommend all my friends to check Klaben out.

Ford Klaben did a great job on my car. I did not anticipate needing more repairs therefore, when I found out my car needed additional repair I was quite distraught. Anthony did a great job of answering all my questions and helping ease my anxiety. Its was really nice and appreciative.In addition, they fix my car in 1 day instead of 2. I was extremely happy!

All was well until I got gas again, and my check engine light came on again. They gave me a price for diagnostics and I said I would let them know.

I have bought several cars from Klaben Ford. I have always had a good experience and have gotten a good deal. Don Batten knew I was looking for a new car, but let me take my time over several weeks to browse and look over the inventory and various cars. He was ready to answer whatever questions came up and show me all the various cars in the Ford / Lincoln lot. He never put on any high pressure sales pitch. He let me make up my own mind in my own time. When I finally narrowed it down, he helped us through the pros and cons for our particular choices and financing. I left with another great car to enjoy for the next few years. When I am ready for my next car, I will definitely look to Klaben Ford and Don Batten.

Buying a car for my in laws as a surprise. Our sales man Bob found us the car we wanted immediately and arranged all of the paperwork prior to our arrival at the dealership. I go to Klaban for all of my service and oil change needs. I'm usually very pleased as I was with this service opportunity. However, this time the tech forgot to reset the "change oil soon" message. It wasn't on before I took it in for an oil change, however, it is now. I haven't had a chance to reset it myself. Not a big issue but details are always important.

2012 was my first experience with Klaben, where I purchased a Fusion Hybrid, after hearing lots of advertising on WNIR through the late Howie Chizek & John Denning. The staff was friendly & treated us like family, with no pressure tactics or extra agents. If ever there was a relaxed atmosphere to buy a car, Mike Cooney & team provided it. This time I was interested in a 2017 Fusion Energi. Though 2 other dealerships responded via internet, I really wanted to work with Klaben & Mike again, if possible, & said so. It happened! The deal was time sensitive, with lots of unusual details involved that muddled my mind, but with my son working on my behalf with Mike & the team, they were able to find the perfect car, offer me a deal that fit my budget & take care of the other details that may have derailed me in this particular circumstance. It again felt like a family atmosphere, as we knocked out the paperwork, then Mike's tutelage of the how to's with the new vehicle & its technology. I was elated to get an even better deal than I would have with the other dealers & be able to stay with a dealership I deem I can trust with sales & service, where we have also developed a fine & fair working relationship. While it took Klaben's service dept. several days to diagnose and repair the electric power steering on our Escape, we believe Ford Motor Company is REMISS in their handling of recalls and warranties on this vehicle in-as-much as there having been over a million Excapes and pickup trucks with this same defective part. Since the replaced steering column lasted only 30,000 miles, it appears that the factory replacement was not an original or new part. After all, tires and brakes last longer than this. For Ford to maintain its good reputation, you should treat your faithful customers with more dignity and honesty when original parts have been determined to have been defective. This ended up costing us over $1,000.00, when it should have been covered by the factory recall.

Dan Peters is a superb person to see if you want to learn about the 2017 Lincoln MKC. As I had never owned a Lincoln before, he took extra time to explain all the features of the MKC very clearly and professionally. Eric my service representative is excellent. He is very caring and makes sure that my vehicle is in top shape. I come for the usual oil change and tire rotation service, but they are always willing to check on noises or concerns I may be having. I always feel like I get a fair price on additional services that may be required on my used vehicle. Thanks so much! Old fashioned customer service at it's best!

A couple of years ago, my wife and I bought our third car from Kenny King. This time we bought a 2014 Focus. A couple of months into having the car, my wife and I both noticed an a bothersome vibration when we start from a dead stop. So I brought that in and the clutch was reprogrammed. That greatly improved the situation, but it did not eradicate it. I continued to have dialog with Kenny and Mike Branvold about it. I was informed that for that model and year - Ford introduced a new concept for their transmissions. Ford was now acutely aware of the issues I was having, and they were working on a redesign.A couple of months ago, I got a letter from Ford that another update was available for that transmission. So I used the opportunity for an oil change to get that taken care of as well. Kyle Sott was very up front with what was to be done. He called me later in the afternoon to tell me the clutch had failed the diagnostics ans was to be replaced with not duplicates of the original parts - but redesigned parts to take care of this issue.When I drove the car out of the dealership - I was stunned. The car was behaving exactly like I thought it should - extremely smooth shifting. Ford held true to their promise. They recognized the issue and came up with a working solution. Well done, all.

I typically have really good experiences at Klaben in Kent. I bought my car there and go there regularly for oil changes and some services. I waited almost 2 hours for an oil change. The service center put me in touch with the body shop (we needed to file an insurance claim) and everyone was unbelievably courteous and helpful. This past month has been a whirlwind of appointments for my Escape. I originally took it in for coolant problems, which was a story in itself. Then, that led to other car problems which ended up at the Klaben service center a few times - and that was frustrating and inconvenient. During the entire time, the staff at Klaben, including Rich Klaben himself, helped me through it. They included a few incentives along the way which made the process run smoothly. They also picked up my Escape from my work (and dropped it off after the service was done) when it was having problems and the staff knew I couldn't find the time to come in. This was very convenient! Tom Alcorn (service manager) was very personable and easy to work with because he was patient and took his time understanding the issues. Mona Crooks was also a great service person, for she helped me in the very beginning of the process. The end was result of service was fantastic and I recommend Klaben. I want to thank each of these people for their kindness and understanding!

A Ford Focus that had transmission problems from the start and now a Ford Escape that has engine problems at 30k miles.The dealer has gone way out of its way to deal with these problems. They are great... just a bummer that Ford is having issues with quality.

Not to sure where to start but I have taken my F-150 into the shop twice 4 losing oil pressure while driving and the amount of smoke coming out of the the exhaust show the video of the amount of smoke coming out of my exhaust pipe and the only thing I get is we have to do an oil consumption test I am now on my second oil consumption test I've had 3 oil changes and this is a brand new 2016 F150 I shouldn't be having the problems I'm having it does not seem to be getting fixed.

When the service inspection, subsequent to an oil change and tire rotation, discovered additional problems, the service department promptly (and accurately) informed me exactly what the problems were, the anticipated cost and since the repairs would take two (2) days to complete (due to a need to order parts),assisted me with a car rental, then promptly notified me when my car was ready. Tom engaged my children, made a believer of my wife, and respected my time restrictions. I was so happy with the first deal presented that I never argued price or options. I went in to look at a certified lincoln. I was very impressed from the moment I walked in the door with the way the staff were, how the car was presented and ready to be looked at and test drove the moment I walked in. My salesman was Nate Bryant, he was very personable, knowledgeable and polite. He was a great salesman to do business with on the deal of this car he even took time to call a couple days after and see how everything was going with the car. Finance with Christine Klaben was quick, and very efficient even the purchasing of an extended warranty was thoroughly explained and I was given options for warranties and not pressured into them like some other dealerships try to do. The whole process was very simple and easy, not rushed like other dealerships. I would definitely recommend Klaben Ford Lincoln to anyone looking to buy a vehicle!

After about 4 hours total I drove my family out in a new car! Only issue was that the all-weather floor mats were missing. Called Tyler and he had them ordered and shipped within a couple days. It's been a few weeks now and I'm still highly satisfied with my decision.

They gave me a great deal on my new Focus which I love! Joe Bellian was a relatable, understanding, knowledgeable, driven salesperson who I would refer anyone looking to buy or lease to. The management was also fantastic they came out and worked directly alongside Joe to work the best deal no other dealer could offer, I absolutely couldn't say no! They sure know how to please a customer they even gave a me upgraded model because the first didn't have an armrest. Just saying that and seeing them bump me up in package was well appreciated, since item dealers barely wanted to give me bare minimum. I can't wait till my lease ends so I can have another great experience, in the car buying process!

Everyone at Klaben Ford has been great!! I've never taken my car anywhere else but Klaben. I even get my tires there. This last time I met several new people including Kyle who I think is learning the ropes and was very nice. I've been there in winter and seen people come there from south of Canton in a bad snow storm because they like Klaben. I've done my homework, and had experiences with other places. At Klaben I get a full synthetic oil change with better filters for less than at the oil change places. Same with tires.

I was having a problem braking my vehicle due to a malfunctioning ABS system. Drove right in and I was able to leave my vehicle for the next day to be serviced. They were able to repair the ABS srtyem, correct a shimmey and discovered that I was overdue for a fuel filter. I was very satisfied!

We started out visiting Klaben Ford just looking at what types of vehicles would be a good option for our family as our 2005 Ford Freestar was on its last legs. We were debating between a 3rd row vehicle and a truck. Being a family of 5 that travels, we wanted space and towing capacity. Brandon worked to show us the pros/cons of both the Explorer and F150. He helped us in understanding both vehicles and how they would suit us. Ultimately we found the F150 to be the best option for us as it gave us a better towing capacity and wouldn't limit us in the long run. After missing out on a couple good deals, Brandon kept us informed when a truck was available with the options we felt were necessary for our next purchase. Klaben Ford is a great dealer to work with, they listened to our needs both in the vehicle we wanted and where we needed to be with our bottom line. We were able to great a great vehicle at the right time and a very fair price. We did not feel pressured to purchase a vehicle that wasn't right for us or that didn't meet our needs. Brandon showed me how things worked, set up SYNC, and made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before driving off. Their location is convenient and it's easy to make service appointments. The sales manager should look over the vehicles before they are turned over to the customer. The vehicle was dirty even after it was washed. I asked the sales person. To wash it again. The owner was there and I was getting annoyed with how long the paperwork was taking. The owner had a finance person come from another store and things sped up. The owner and I spoke for about 45 minuses. He impressed me beyond expectations. Rich Klaben is truly an honest good hearted person who was obviously influenced greatly by his father. Certainly will keep me coming back and referring friends as I have.

We bought a used certified 2015 Lincoln mkz. Love the car. Sales guy (Matt Moyer) was great, down to earth and very personable, and willing to go out of his way to make us happy. We saw the car online and the only issue we had was that we had to come back a second time to see the car because they couldn't find it. They apologized, but no big deal since we live only 5 minutes away. Also, they are very competitively priced. Be prepared to haggle on your trade in though, as they started out very low. Guess that's just how the car business works.

I purchased my 2016 Ford Explorer from your dealership in Kent. I had my car at your body shop for a collision repair. The body work was fine but they also had to replace my hitch which they sent to U Haul for the replacement. I would expect you to inspect their work since I'm contracting with you for the repair. I had to bring it back because they dropped my exhaust for the installation and never fully tightened it back up. The wiring harness was never not properly secured under the car and is now coming down in spots under the car. I will have to take it somewhere to have it done properly.I also asked that my car be taken to the dealership for several repairs. Oil change - 2 weeks after I picked it up my oil service light is coming on. My driver side power mirror was making a noise when it unfolded from the parked position, - all they did was squirt grease into the pivot point which was oozing out onto the mirror and did not address the noise. The spring in latch on my console between the front seats seems to have broken so it is no longer spring loaded. They told me they had to order the parts and would contact me when they came in. I've called the gentleman at the body shop who had made the arrangements for this repair twice, both times I was told someone from the dealership would call me to let me know the status. Its now been over a month and I have not heard a word. Needless to say I am not very impressed with Klaben.

Brought my 2016 Ford Escape in due to "engine failure" message. The car has 30,000 miles on it... way to early to be having major problems. They replaced the engine throttle mechanism and assured me everything was o.k. Two weeks later, while in PA with my family and four hours away -- same message and problem. This is the second car I've purchased from Klaben. Both have been unreliable and had major problems in the first year or two and required many visits to get them working.

I have recently purchased two F-150 trucks from Doug Carter and I've truly enjoyed both experiences and you can't always say that when purchasing a new vehicle. Doug has always been friendly and patient and made sure I got exactly the truck I wanted. I live about 35 minutes from the dealership and I have closer options to buy a Ford but I go to Klaben mainly because of Doug. I feel like I bought vehicles and made a friend in the process. The finance department is great as well. The ladies back there have been super friendly and efficient and explain the paperwork thoroughly and make that whole process easy and as quick as possible. We somewhat unexpectedly had to make a vehicle purchase after finding out it would be to costly to have my older vehicle repaired. Being budget conscious we had wanted to wait a couple more years. That was not to be the case. Our last purchase was from Klaben and we always have our repairs and maintenance done there. Kim in the service dept. notified Danny S. in sales of the situation and that we were planning to stop by. When we came in Danny was already up to speed and after our getting reacquainted we got down to business. We checked out a couple of vehicles that evening but needed to center in on the "perfect" vehicle for us. Early the next morning the "tag team" was off and running with us and it wasn't long before we not only had selected our 2017 Ford Escape Titanium, but the paper work was being completed. We cleaned out the two cars we were trading in so we could become a one vehicle family signed the papers and took off with a brand new completely clean Escape with a full tank of gas. Kim, Danny, Andy, Eben and Jennifer all worked so well together. We love the team work and we love our new Escape. Thanks Klaben, you are the BEST!

I've always been very pleased with the work they do at Klaben on my 2013 Escape. I was able to drop the car off on Friday evening and pick it up Saturday morning and all was fixed. My only problem was the call I received from the serviceman was extremely difficult to hear and understand. I wasn't 100% sure what he said but had confidence it would be okay. I learned I need to check the seat position before I leave the parking lot. They reclined the seat so far back I couldn't reach the steering wheel without sitting far forward. I had trouble figuring out how to return the seat back to the upright position. The price for the service was only okay because I had purchased a warranty. Over $400 for a switch in the steering wheel seems to be awfully steep. Without the warranty I would not have had the work done. My car is too new to have such a problem as a switch in the steering wheel go bad. (This was the switch that allows me to reset the trip distance, etc.)

My low tire pressure light came on and I stopped in without an appointment. Eric filled it with air but after I left the "low tire pressure" sign never went off. I came back in 3 days later and the car tires were checked for leaks. There were none so the sensor was adjusted. I was never informed they could not take my drums off to check them! When I left the car started making a grinding noise from the back so I had to go back to the store. When I returned to the store they took the car back and 4 people came over and pounded on the car and could not get the drums off. That's when I was informed they could not take them off in the first place. They then tried to put bolts into the drums and could not get them off. When they were taking them out they broke one and then cut it off and never told me about that either. When I asked them about it and what they were going to do about it they said it would be okay!! They should have done something to take care of the extra things they broke off in my car !!

To say that I was satisfied with my visit at Klaben would be a total, complete understatement. I went in there with a sticky situation, and had little hopes that they were going to be able to help me. I had no idea I was going leave there with a brand new 2016 Ford Focus for less than what I was paying on my used 2014 Ford Focus! One thing that I've experienced in the past is a lack of transparency, but that wasn't the case at Klaben, as transparency is their middle name! Most dealers that are "For the people", could care less about the well-being of their car-buyer. At Klaben, I didn't feel like they were trying to push a car onto me that I couldn't realistically afford. My salesman, Doug Carter, was sure to break down everything, and told me EXACTLY what the best options would be for me, and not just what would make the dealership the most money. At Klaben, I didn't feel like a customer, I felt like family, and couldn't have been any happier with my experience. I can proudly say that Klaben has secured a life-long customer.

After spending only a few minutes with the sales manager, Steve Stephens, we not only had all our questions answered, but also felt so much at ease that we were ready to pick our cars out. Nick Brant, the salesman we worked with showed us the Jeeps of our dreams and within an hour after arriving, we test drove and picked out the cars we wanted. I had to bring my escape in because the check engine light came on. this was during the work week and my hours are not easily rescheduled. After talking with my service advisor Kim, she suggested dropping my car off after work that day and they will take a look at it first thing next morning and call me at work afterwards. I had to use my wife's car for a day, but Kim called the next morning as she said she would and hit me up with great news that they had the part in shop that needed to be replaced and it was still covered under warranty...great news to my wallet. I just wanted to thank Kim for the speedy service needed!

Tim Sterling and Ty Davis are two of the best salesmen I've ever dealt with at not only Klaben but at at ANY dealership I've been to! I actually went to another dealership with my son to look at a car he was interested in the day before we went to Klaben. The difference was like night and day! The representative at that other dealership wasn't very friendly, and they acted like my son wasn't good enough to get a car and even lied by saying his prior auto loan that he had good standing with was not on his credit report! The person we dealt with was kind of abrupt and even made some comments that started to push our buttons (especially my wife's). I would not recommend that place to anyone when they could go somewhere so much better! But Klaben on the other hand, I am recommending them to everyone! It's mainly because of two sales representatives and the way they took their time with us and the way they handled themselves professionally, and especially the fact how they made us feel very comfortable to the point as though we were dealing with family! I also love how they didn't make us feel rushed, took the time to answer all our questions that we had, and even went beyond to further explain things and break everything down for us! There is something I saw in these two salesmen that I thought was a value you don't come across very often at places like this. What I saw in them was that their heart was in it, and they are very passionate about what they do! Ty Davis and Tim Sterling are what made the Klaben dealership such a pleasure to deal with! We wound up buying two vehicles there at Klaben! We got our son the car he wanted that was similar (but better, in my opinion) to the car he spotted at that other phony dealership we went to, and then we went back to Klaben the next day (requesting to only deal with Ty Davis and Tim Sterling again), and my wife and I purchased a very awesome pickup truck! Tim even wound up staying until after hours to finish things up with us, and not one time did he complain! My whole family very much enjoyed dealing with Tim and Ty both, and we are now recommending Klaben to everyone and will be bringing even more business to this particular dealership... and it's all because of those two fabulous salesmen that work there and the way they treat their customers! It is exactly how Tim and Ty put it... they weren't lying when they say they try to make the effort to go out of their way to treat their customers as if they are dealing with a family member such as their own mother! That is spot on and is EXACTLY how they dealt with us and made us feel. What two great assets to Klaben! I hope the company truly realizes what gems they have in these two gentlemen. Our new 2017 Lincoln MKX is the fifth new vehicle we have leased from Klaben Ford Lincoln. Each of the five leases was handled by Doug Carter our sales professional. Having spent 30+ years in the automotive business, I can say without a doubt Doug is one of the best. Whatever you request he does his very best to make it happen. Because we have been doing business with Doug for so many years, he knows what we want and makes the lease process seamless. It seemed as though we were the only sale/lease deal he had to work on for the entire day. Rich Klaben also got personally involve with our lease making it possible for my wife and I to move from a Ford product into a Lincoln for the first time. We were not expecting to be driving a Lincoln however; the deal that Rich and Doug put together was just too good to pass. Because we were inspecting and test driving both Ford and Lincoln products, we had a lot of cars of both brands parked throughout the dealership sales lot. Often we would be standing by ourselves in the middle of the lot checking vehicle price, height, width, colors option, etc. If a Klaben employee walked by us regardless of which department they were assigned, they always asked if we had been helped. The outstanding lease experience did not stop with Rich and Doug. It continued through the entire vehicle exchange process. Jennifer Brown, Financial Services Representative made my wife and I very comfortable with the financials and document signings. The pre-work had been completed by Doug and Jennifer to allow an expedited procedure.The final step was Doug taking a picture of us with our new Lincoln. Now each time we get a communication from Doug, it contains our picture. How personal is that? My wife usually doesnt have much to say about our lease vehicles. This time she continuously tells me how much she loves the MKX. I have to agree!!!!!

Our insurance company sent us to another auto body shop where the service was far less competent and our estimate was outrageous. With this, I called Kenny King, our Klaben Sales Manager and he said, "we'll tow it here and handle it for you".The excellent Auto Body Shop Team is led by Steve Workman and Artie Gissinger. The service was exceptional and the estimate was far lower than the original auto body shop. The insurance company loved it too. Had to turn in my 2014 Escape. Went in with the intentions to get an Explorer, but after finding out the payments would be out of our budget, we opted to get another Escape. Doug Carter was extremely patient with us. Tom Nicodemus helped us as well, since Doug had to go across the street a couple of times for some business there. Doug has been our salesman ever since we bought the 2008 Taurus back in Nov. 2007. Always a superb job! I know we'll be in good hands still when he decides to retire. Came all the way from Hinckley to look at a Lincoln MKS ,but it wasn"t there .Instead we looked at a different MKS .Gene Kallmeyer came out to show us the white MKS with awd and the ecoboost engine.He took us for a test drive,I loved the way it drove and all the extras on it.I said Iwould like to drive it another day but I couldn"t make it back for a couple days.So Gene said he would take it to me .We met closer to my area that Monday and I drove it.I like it, if we could meet with the price I would buy it .The next day we drove to Kent and bought it.Gene made it a very good experience and I would buy another car from Klaben and Gene.It is just a bit far 1 hour drive.I did notice a small ding on the back drivers side back,I didn"t notice before.If someone calls or writes back about the ding I will really be impressed.

I'm sure it's probably the way many women feel about buying a car. The stereotypical attitude that you expect is for a car salesman to talk over you, or ignore you and only show your husband the car. Most likely not give you as good of a deal as they would a man... This has been the total opposite experience that I've had at Klaben. Every time I go to the dealership, they bend over backwards to take care of me. Doug and Christine have made the buying experience pleasant and easy. The service department is amazing. Mike B. always returns my call promptly, and always makes sure to get my vehicle in as quickly as possible. He's spent a lot of time on the phone with me, helping me figure out my sync system, and even helping me update my cell phone so it would work with my car. We just bought a new Ford Expedition, and we couldn't be happier. The sales team did an excellent job of working with us to give us a great trade-in value for my car and an amazing deal on our new vehicle.I will continue to purchase vehicles from Klaben, and Doug Carter. There is not enough good things I can say about my experience working with Tom at klaben ford. I came in looking to upgrade from my ford focus as my wife and I had our first child. I was not exactly sure what I wanted to upgrade to, but I did know that I couldn't break the bank to get it. Tom did a great job listening to what I wanted from my new car and talking me through all my potential possibilities, and there were many. He was very patient as I had to keep checking in with my wife to get her input as well. After a ton of questions and discussion Tom was able to get me into the exact car I wanted for the price I was more than comfortable with. It is also definitely worth mentioning that I never felt any pressure from Tom to buy any of the cars I looked at. I truly felt that he had my best interest at heart and was more concerned with me feeling confident that I was making the right choice than just making a sale. I was a great buying experience and I would recommend this dealership and Tom to anyone looking for a new car.

I brought in the car into Klaben Ford in Kent Ohio for a oil leak and they fixed the transmission pan. After the service I brought the car home being very concerned and telling them so since I saw oil on the driveway for a week, it was not transmission oil. The next morning after service it was still leaking oil on the driveway! Really!!! Back into service the next day and got another rental car so I can get to work. Got to work late--more time away from my job! So can I charge them for this lost work time--hehe? I brought the car in at 7am that day but they waited until 330 that day to look at it --and yes now it had to be kept overnight. BTW, I also had them replace the rear shocks--what was I thinking? I was hoping for the best, giving them another chance, etc, I guess. Boy did that blow up in my face. So it was another day in the rental and more inconvenience after being told it would be same day service. You would think I would be a priority to them, right? Since they had a complaint and they knew I was concerned over being charged for a service that was probably unnecessary? The manager called me and said, get this!, I had a lead in the oil pan! and there oil was left over from an oil change two weeks, also done at their service shop, that was not cleaned out--really--do you realize just how stupid that makes you look? That's why I brought the car in the first place if they only believed me--I dont like oil stains on my drive--it makes me crazy mad! So when I picked the car up I asked the agent about the oil pan leak she had no comment. It wasn't my best day so then I asked her why it took their superior trained service technicians a number of times to notice an oil leak she also shrugged her shoulders and walked away. This confirms what I had been saying all along--it was an OIL leak not a transmission leak! So no apologies, no discount, no nothing but a $600 bill for fixing the transmission pan--what a bunch of losers! And no--I would never go back, never buy a car from Klaben and never recommend them

And we're going to buy a third vehicle as soon as they find one for us.Our first vehicle was a certified preowned Lincoln, and this most recent is a brand new Ford Expedition. We came in on a Sat afternoon to look for a new car. Don Batten spent the entire afternoon with us. We drove 6 cars- it was a hot afternoon but Don never stopped or slowed down until we found the perfect car. By 5 pm we had it narrowed down to two cars when Don said to me, "which one do you like? which one will make you most happy?" We chose the Lincoln MKC and couldn't be happier. I have to admit that I always dread when it is time to purchase a vehicle. However, my experience at Klaben was fantastic. Danny Sawyer was our salesman and I cannot say enough about him. I was not really sure which vehicle that I wanted to purchase. However, Danny's expertise perception as well as his customer service attitude was a great help in choosing the right vehicle for me and stay within my budget. His colorful personality and professionalism made buying this car a very pleasant experience. He took the time to thoroughly explain all of the financing options available to me, of which I chose leasing. I was never a fan of leasing, however I felt very confident in my decision after reviewing all of the details. One last comment about Danny--- After being there for several hours and close to dinner time, he purchased dinner for me, my husband and daughter. He truly went above and beyond the call of duty during the entire process. We also worked with Dave Mott and Jennifer Bowen. They both were another example of outstanding customer service and professionalism. It was after closing and Dave was so kind to go over all the details of the car. Jennifer was very pleasant and made sure I understood every document that I signed. The sales area and showroom were absolutely pristine. I was also impressed with the uniform type dress of the sales staff. I've always been a Toyota customer so when I was ready I went to the Toyota dealership and I didnt feel like I was treated very well. As I was looking at trucks Tim came out introduced himself and asked if there was any questions he could answer, never pushed to look at vehicles or to buy that day. Instead asked what vehicle I was looking for, what I did or did not want in a truck. Let's face it, who likes car salesmen? They're grease xxxxx, sneaky, and always trying to pull the wool over your eyes. Not at Klaben Ford in Kent, and especially not Tyler Kline. Tyler was just the opposite of these age old car salesmen labels. From my first contact with him on the phone, and throughout the entire process, he never once tried to hide anything. Mike and his team are great! they never let my truck leave Klaben less than 110%. I also like that Mike jokes around with me, making my experience very easy. Mike also knows that I do not know much about repairs to my truck (and not to be the dumb female about trucks/cars) but Mike knows to contact my husband to discuss repairs needed. Finally Mike and his team treat you and your truck like family. they will not let you leave the lot in a vehicle they would not let their family drive off the lot in.

There was a problem with the wheel well on both sides of my 2010 Escape and the Klaben team was willing to work with me to have it repaired at a reasonable cost to me. Artie was very good about having the repair done quickly for my convenience to not be without a vehicle for long. I noticed there was a yellow coloring on the bumper that had not been removed. I was not satisfied with the repair when the yellowing was buffed out the first time, so Artie had the bumper removed again and buffed and painted the whole bumper. Now my 2010 Escape looks brand new. Thank you again Artie for your patience and diligence.

My first car buying experience went completely smooth! When I arrived, I sat down with Doug Carter and went over my options. He looked at every deal that he could give me and tried to line them up with the car that I wanted. With a big smile he said "I'll be back!" And took off looking for the car he had found on his computer. He took me outside and I was shocked to find that it was a brand new 2017 Ford Fusion SE! I took it for a test drive and instantly fell in love with it. I returned to the dealership, and he asked if I liked it and I said SOLD! Went to this dealer as the prior dealer I have used has always needed an appointment. I arrived to quicklane for an oil change around 5 pmas was leaving 30 minutes later, and the oil change was around 15 dollars cheaper for the works package compared to what I have paid before. At the dealer I have used before, service always seemed kind of irritated that you were there, and there definitely was no walking in without an appointment in advance.

We were greeted immediately in the lot and asked to speak with Joe Bellian, a friend of our son. Joe was with a customer but came outside and talked to us briefly and brought the keys for a car to take a test drive. He explained the new technology and off we went. Upon our return we were offered drinks inside and worked through my trade in and financing. Overall the process wasn't too lengthy - I had researched financing rates and trade in values for my car. Second vehicle I have purchased from Klaben and Bob Paytas. Bob is a "no nonsense" guy, and doesn't waste your time haggling about the little things. This makes be buying process much more enjoyable. On another note, my wife needed a mini van, which Ford does not offer, and rather than trying to sell us something that didn't work for us, he immediately hooked us up with Gil, at Klaben Chrysler. Classy, and appreciated!

My lease on a Ford Escape was up in Feb and I was across the street getting new tires so while I waited I ventured over to the dealership not expecting to walk out with a new lease. But Nate and Doug were friendly, made me an offer I could not refuse where my new payments were only $40 or so more than now which wasn't too bad. They didn't pressure me and left the decision in my hands. They had a new Escape with the right color, features and just made the whole process easy for a customer. They really went out of their way to go over everything so I was comfortable in the process.

Had a great experience with Danny at Klaben! He's sold my family other cars as well so we went to him first. This is the first car I've bought myself and he worked with me really well to be able to afford it on my own, without one of my parents having to add their name to it. I love my new Focus SE and can't wait to drive it everywhere! :D

I had never been to Klaben before but wanted to test drive a used Ford Edge that they had on the lot. Buddy was my sales person and he was awesome! He and the staff there went above and beyond to accommodate me and ultimately I purchased the vehicle. They were fair on the pricing of the car I purchased and on the amount they gave me for my trade. I would not hesitate to buy from them again and would highly recommend them!

We just purchased another new vehicle from Doug Carter at Klaben Ford. Doug has totally changed our view on car buying. In the past we dreaded the entire experience, but due to the way he handles our business, I never hesitate to contact him when we have a need for a new vehicle! Doug personalizes his sale all the way down to handing out a keychain with his #, the dealership and Ford roadside assistance! It's awesome! I've recommended him to everyone I know. Jen Brown in finance is also a pleasure to work with, as is Jason DeMarco in Service. This dealership and service center is top notch. My service advisor has always treated me wonderfully, from everything my car needs to securing me a loaner so I can continue my day with my family while my car is being taken of (I am part of the loyalty link program) The times I have had to wait though the service was efficient and they did their best to get me on my way quickly. I highly recommended this dealer and this service facility.

I received the best service from this shop! Honestly, I will never go anywhere else to have my car serviced. After dealing with another Ford dealership for years I have officially seen the light. Klaben Ford service shop workers are extremely competent & incredibly helpful. For years I have had to explain the issues I've been having with my car and the other dealership in the past was always skeptical or confused as to what the problem was I never received any real answers or solutions until I came to Klaben! The guys at Klaben were fully aware of what was happening with my car and were extremely quick to repair the issue! I am in love with the service I received here! ??????????

As soon as I pulled in the service bay my service adviser Mona was there with my paper work already to sign. with in minutes I was sitting in the clean comfortable waiting with a cup of coffee and a doughnut. In less then an hour the service was done and the car washed and I was on my way ! Fantastic .!!

Staffed reception desk.Sales Associate was friendly, knowledgeable and NOT pushy or aggressive.Finance officer that took the time to offer options, and explanations for the many documents that always need to be signed.Surprisingly large selection of models that I was interested in.Got exactly what I was looking for at a great price with no hassle.Would definitely go back for new business.

This is my first purchase from Klaben. I visited to test drive the F150 with 2.7L EcoBoost engine. Gene Kallmeyer went to the back lot and brought the vehicle up that I was interested in driving. I decided to consider purchasing the F150. Gene is very easy to work with. I highly recommend contacting Gene. Andy Bellian Gene's sales manager helped put the numbers together that resulted in my purchase. Eben Wicks handled the paperwork in the finance department. All of the above gentlemen were great to work with.

For the most part, the sales people were very friendly and fixed any issues we discovered with the car in a timely manner before we made our purchase. There were a couple of minor issues we found with the car after we made our purchase that they did not disclose, so make sure to check the car thoroughly.
