I outgrew my vehicle so I really wanted an SUV. I was thinking of all kinds of options. My Dad asked me to try out Mike at the Klaben dealership in Warren because he bought 3 vehicles there with him, and every time has gotten treated the best. My dad is not easy to please and sometimes difficult to work with so I knew this must be a good guy. We went down to the dealership together and I met Mike, I told him what I was looking for and price range, and hours later I have a new car! Not only was Mike courteous and extremely knowledgeable on the vehicle and it's features, but he actually took the time to show me every single feature of my new vehicle and what it all does and how to work it. I never at all felt pressured of rushed with this guy. Also, I know the service is top notch because when I got my old Toyota serviced I would actually bring it to Klaben as recommended by my dad. I highly and emphasis on highly will recommend Mike Rumple and the Klaben dealership/service center to all my friends and family who need a new or used vehicle. I'm being 100% honest when I say his attitude is how salesman should be and their approach to customers. In finance, Natalie was also extremely nice and made the experience very comfortable and easy. Everyone I encountered in the staff was also friendly and welcoming. They all seemed to genuinely like each other too like a family. Nice to see coworkers work together like that!Perfect experience!

Typically, buying a car is a painstaking process. Salesman hounding you, bad service, finance people over selling you etc. I drove from Cleveland to Warren to see a car. I ended up not purchasing the initial car I went to see. However Mike Rumple was kind, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful.I ended driving back to Warren from Cleveland the following week- the negotiation was done over the phone and everything we discussed was exactly that when I got there. No surprises- financing took 15 minutes, Mike spent 45 minutes going over the loaded MKZ a bought. Nick in Finance was quick, and knowledgeable. Bo the Manager gave me a very fair price on my trade in.My hat goes off to this dealership, to Mike, and the rest of the staff. This is the 2nd car I have purchased from Klabens and needless to say I will b purchasing all future cars there as well. The Klaben family are good people. My salesman Mike Rumple was very professional and went over every option with me and made me feel comfortable. I saw the vehicle on the lot via driving by, I called about it, we communicated via phone and text, which by the way I always received a quick reply, I was sent pictures of the car and sticker, I came in signed the papers and drove away, so easy! It was the best experience I have had with a dealership and salesman, besides my previous purchase at this dealership, for any car purchase. I have always been treated professionally and respectfully when I come in for oil changes or anything needed for the vehicle. No creepy shiesters here. Love the car as well.

I cut a tire on glass on a Friday. They ordered the tire in for Monday, installed it at the time specified with very little wait and price matched the tire with a big box retailer which save me quite a few dollars. In and out in about 30 minutes.

I found the 2009 Ford Focus on Carfax on a Monday morning at school. The price had just been lowered into my range and I was ecstatic. I emailed Klaben Ford and inquired, and they called me back right away. Jim Valesky was awesome. I was ready to pay in full for the car and I just had to find a day to come down there from the north. He set the car aside for me and I was able to get down there, test drive and purchase it and drive it off the lot. The mechanics forgot to tighten a nut onto a bolt of the bracket insulator, and my engine fell out of its proper place halfway through the day. Jim Valesky jumped into action and had the car towed and the bolt reset, and made right with me. He didn't abandon me and continues to show an interest in my and the cars well-being. Overall I can say that Ford Klaben of Warren is an amazing dealership with a wonderful car salesman..

I was referred to Mike by two of my good friends and they would never steer me wrong. Mike is the most friendliest, honest, accommodating, and knowledgeable salesman around. For my second lease, I had the pleasure of working with Chuck Potashnik. Mike was unfortunately busy when the time came around for this lease. He told me Chuck works closely with him and that he'd help me out. Chuck had a vehicle ready for me and worked with me, even though my finances weren't so great at that time. I have chosen to buy three Ford 150's from Gary James and Klaben Ford. I keep coming back because of Gary James and the guys in service department. It's a nice gesture for Gary to give me my first oil change free. The service department is great and friendly to work with on any problems or repairs. The only problem I have with my new purchase is the slip yoke on my Ford 150 still makes a horrible noise when it engages sometimes when driving and braking. The service department did re grease the slip yoke while it was under my 30 day warranty but the noise is back and it's out of warranty.

I took my car to Klaben Ford Lincoln's Service Department twice recently. First I had a free oil change and they washed my car, including sprucing up the interior. Then I needed new tires along with an alignment. When I dropped off my car, someone drove me home and then when the work was finished they picked me up and brought me back so I did not have to sit in the waiting room for hours. I always feel like I am a valued customer when I go there and I know they will take good care of my car. John Renier is an excellent service manager. I think I also dealt with Karl on the second visit. Great staff!!

This was my 5th new vehicle purchase in 15 years and by far my best experience. I was buying a Focus RS which is a pretty sought after car at the moment. I had emailed or called at least thirty dealerships within 250 miles and all wanted over sticker and wouldn't let me test drive it. Jim at Klaben in Warren was the exact opposite. They were not asking an ADM (Additional Dealer Markup) and mentioned more than once that their goal was to cultivate long-term relationships with local buyers. Furthermore, before I even asked to test drive the car (and was expecting a no), Jim Valesky asked me if I wanted to take it for a ride. It really made me feel comfortable pulling the trigger on trading my 2012 Raptor.Speaking of my Raptor, Mike Klaben approved a more than fair trade-in price. I've never met a nicer guy that runs a dealership.I also appreciate Nick Papantonakis getting me through the finance department in under 15 minutes. Brought my car in for two minor annoyances. Cooled seats weren't cooling...and Shaker radio volume was terrible...too low. Both conditions were said to be "within normal operating conditions" of the system. In other words...they are broke from the Factory...and you're out of luck. Was disappointed that no one could figure out why they operated badly. If I knew this when I purchased the car...I would not have wasted my money and ordered these two very expensive options. Service guys were friendly..but not very helpful.

I had a battery replaced and some of my settings inside my car (clock, miles until empty, SIRIUS radio) were not set for me before I left after service. Katie tried to reset some for me.I have since received help from Mike Urbania and a phone call from Karl. I appreciate this, but I would have preferred having all of this taken care of BEFORE I left. I had to ask Katie for help or nothing would have been reset for me. As I told Mike and Karl, this is frustrating and somewhat disappointing. For a long time have liked the looks of Ford Trucks. Klaben Ford had an older truck within my price range and low miles. I took it out for a drive and fell in love with it. My dad came with me to be a second set of eyes. He loved it too. The truck drove very smooth. It was very clean inside and out and a great ride. The salesman was Chuck Potashnik. He was great too. He treated both my dad and myself very well. There were a few minor scratches on the truck and Chuck had them touched up for me before the purchase of the truck. What impressed me the most was they filled the gas tank up for me. Its the little things that people do to make a customer happy. The body shop people were super nice too. The body shop technician went above and beyond what I requested. Klaben Ford has good people working for them. There people take care of their customers. I came to look at a used Cadillac SUV. It did not work out, I test drove the 2014 Flex SEL AWD just out of curiosity and was not ready for what I encountered. It had all of the bells and whistles that the Cadillac SRX had and even more. It drove very nice and seemed to be the perfect crossover that could accommodate a variety of driving needs and situations. It was also a Certified Pre Owned vehicle which made the decision easy. A quick phone call to Karl in the Service Dept. where Karl indicated to bring it in as soon as I could for servicing! Brought truck in for repair to damage to roof in transportation, they told me the entire interior roof had to be removed, and the back window. When I got home after picking the truck up I saw heavy body shop dust all over the interior, extremely heavy on the back seat, area, it is so imbedded I don't think it will ever come back to new condition. Service managers, were fine, but whoever actually worked on my brand new truck was very careless as to keeping the interior free of the body shop dirt. I hope they can correct this problem.

I did not purchase my Explorer from Klaben Ford but I have it serviced there. I am always treated as though I buy all my cars there. They have a very clean and customer friendly waiting area though you dont get to stay there long because the service people get you in and out very pretty fast.I trust the work that they do and have never had any reason to look for another dealer to service my car. My son (a first-time buyer) and I (a bank employee in the consumer loan department) came to the dealership with only two stock numbers in mind. He honored our request to see only those cars, let us take the one my son liked the best for a drive, and dealt with the two of us very professionally. I'd say it took a great balance of skill to handle a woman in banking and a young first time buyer but he did it well. He answered all my sons questions and made him feel at ease. I made the trip to Warren to see Mike about the possibility of buying my lease. I had 2 payments to go, was over mileage and out of warranty. Mike was extremely busy that day, but as always, he greeted me with a "Hello, my friend" and got right to work trying to figure out the best deal for me. 2 new trucks were brought around the building for me to test drive. After trying each one out, I was still torn because my 11 year old son wasn't with me to help choose. He is probably the BIGGEST Ford fan you could ever meet! I had dropped him off to spend the weekend with his dad and he was about 10 minutes away. Mike handed me the keys to one of the trucks and told me to take it and show my son. He had a couple other deals to work out and by the time I returned, he'd have something ready for me to decide whether to purchase my current truck or buy a new truck. I took the truck to show my son, he fell in love (of course, who WOULDN'T fall in love with a new truck?) and I headed back to Klaben to tell Mike the decision. He was with another customer so that gave me time to sit and think about which new truck I wanted. After my decision was made, everything went very quickly and smoothly as usual. Mike took the truck around to be washed while I did the signing. He retrieved bags for me to clean my current truck out with and when he saw me crying while cleaning out my truck, he gave me a hug. (I guess I get a little emotionally attached to my vehicles) After it was all done, he went through the vehicle delivery checklist and explained all of the bells and whistles to me and connected my phone to SYNC. He made sure I knew how everything worked, shook my hand, took my picture with my new beast, and I was off! I will always do business with Mike. He is very knowledgeable in his line of work and he is not pushy. He gives you the space you need to think about your purchase while making sure he gets you the best deal. Every time I come into the dealership, I am treated as a friend, and not just another customer. I can't speak highly enough of Mike and Klaben Ford Lincoln of Warren! **I also need to give a shout out to the young man at the front desk who brought me a water after noticing I was waiting for Mike to finish up with his other customer. The staff at Klaben is TOP NOTCH!

I had initially visited a Ford dealer closer to home - who really did not seem very interested in my excellent condition 2010 Nissan Murano SL, or selling me a new Ford Escape Titanium - even after three visits. They never actually gave me a trade-in price after they test-drove the Nissan, and never called me back to follow-up. I decided to look for another Ford dealer, and found Klaben a few miles from work. Within an hour, we talked about what specifically I was looking for, test drove a new Ford, test drove my Nissan, and priced out an escape - including my X-Plan discount and other Ford incentives. They hit my desired trade-in price from KBB (which I was thrilled about), and we ordered a new Ford soon after. Klaben Ford followed up several times after the order was placed, and the day it was delivered they put together the exact financing I wanted. The car was flawlessly prepped, and even had a full tank of gas and scheduled a free 5,000 mile service.My salesman Mike Urbania was not a typical pushy car salesman. He was professional, engaging, made some excellent suggestions, and answered every question I asked. When I took delivery of the car Mike spent a lot of time going over the process, and walked me through every step. He also spent a great deal of time going over all the features and technology, took my picture with the new car, and reminded me to call his personal cell number if I had any problems or questions in the future.I have bought a lot of cars from a lot of dealers in my life, but this was perhaps the best buying experience I have ever had.

The wrench & engine icons appeared on the dash screen of my 2010 XLT Escape-lost cruise control and had fluctuating speeds. Called and had a lovely lady named Katie set up an appointment for the next day at a time that I needed and requested. Arrived on schedule, I told Scott my problem and also asked him how long it would take to diagnose the issue. He replied in 45 minutes to an hour. I told him I would return within 2 hours. Much to my surprise, upon my return, Scott said it's been repaired and you are ready to go and the best part, no cost it was under the extended warranty for the throttle enhancement program. So, bottom line, called got the day and time that I needed for the appointment, they performed all work within the time quoted and back on the road knowing that it was repaired properly and I just experienced true professional attention.

We have been buying Ford Trucks since the 1980's although we have bought new starting in 1996. Klaben's has always been fair with pricing and trade in's. Klaben Ford has the best stock in trucks I have seen and if it is not in stock they will find it or will order it( unlike some dealers).Gary James is the best person to take care of our Truck needs. Gary has always listened to what we have to say about what type of truck we want, I would recommend him as a fair and honest person who is a great salesman. He never "sold"us our trucks he helped us make an informed decision so we could buy Trucks that better fit our needs. So here is my story...on Monday June 6th I went to HancockCounty Chrysler Jeep dodge in Newell, wv to exchange Compass Jeep Mercer for a bigger vehicle. The financial person messed me around for 4 days!!!!! He kept telling me all was good just waiting for final approval...Well on Thursday afternoon around 4pm I got told they can't count my second income???? Really money is money!!!! So do I recommend this dealership xxxx TO THE NO!!!!!! So on Friday June 10th my dad and I headed towards boardman, ohio to start shopping... We got lost and ended up in Warren,OHIO. We had to pee so we see a big ford sign and dad says well it's ford and we will find something there!!! My experience with Jim Valesky was a very positive one. He possessed great professionalism and exercised great care executing my purchase of a 2016 Ford F150XL pick-up truck. I threw him one curve ball with a Ford finance headquarters cash rebate offer that I received while reviewing Ford truck specifications on the Internet. He didn't give up on pursuing this and was able to get me the additional discount, once he reviewed the original e-mail sent to me. I did some initial research on local dealer inventory and pricing, and even though the type of truck I wanted is not common, (Regular cab, RWD and 8' box), Klaben had one on the lot that fit 98% of my needs. This truck is so much more sophisticated and well equipped than my entry level 1998 Ford F150XL I feel like I'm driving an upscale sedan truck. I like that they were very patient with me. it's my first car and I spent hours on the lot because I couldn't make a decision on which car was the best for me. It was hard because there were many cars I like with great prices and low miles. I like that my sales person show me how to used my new car "technology wise" examples auto park, sirus, seat massage, heated seats, my foot pedals can be adjusted, steering wheel adjusted, etc... the point is he spent a great deal of time of teaching me about my car, and answers the phone every time I call if I have a question. I stopped at the Klaben Ford dealership after work to take a few cars for a test drive. Chuck came over to me after a bit and offered to help me. We took a few cars out and I really liked the Fusion that I drove. It was fairly priced, and I knew this because I had done A LOT of research online about these cars prior to stopping at Klaben Ford that day. I went home and slept on it and returned the following day to purchase the car, it was used, but had low mileage and was just what I needed. Chuck was friendly, fun and very knowledgeable, but not pushy. Amanda helped me with the paperwork and financial part of the sale, she was also very down to earth and friendly. My salesman was Gary James. I saw the vehicle on line and contacted Gary. He made the process easy and painless. I flew in to Akron and drove a rental car to Klaben, (Gary returned the car for me). Everything was ready to go. The vehicle exceeded the description! I signed papers and was on the road in under 30 minutes. Gary called me later in the week to check on my satisfaction. My only problem was needed a code for the key pad, which Gary obtained and provided to me within 15 minute of our call. I've bought many cars in the past ten years. Purchased a beautiful 06 Lincoln Town Car Singatyre Limited from John Filkorn ladt week. Not only was Johm professional but this was my experience. I went in there because I saw an 06 Lincoln with 53k on it. Took her out with John and fell in love. Being I have only gone to buy here pay heres I wasnt real excited. Told John what I had for a down payment and what I wanted to spend. 30 minutes later John calls me. Explains that I didnt NEED to go to slum dealers and that I was approved. I went down to do paperwork when we noticed there was only one key and one key fob and no floor mats. Anybody who has ever or currently drives a Lincoln knows the 80bit keys are over $140 unless you get a generic key. John ordered 2 brand new lincoln emblemed keys and key fobs. That was $400 tight there. Then instead of aftermarket generic floor mats they ordered the factory vin searched embroidered floor mats for MY CAR. Not something from pep boys. Those were $260. John and Mr Klaben put over $600 in foo foo items at ko charge to me because in Johns words "its what we do here we are a real amd reputable dealer". I will NEVER shop anywhere but Klaben Ford and Lincoln.

This is my second vehicle purchase from Klaben Ford. I turned in a 2009 Mercury Mariner and got a 2016 Ford Explorer. Their service was exceptional and the dealership was immaculate. The whole process was quite painless and I would recommend them to anyone that wants to purchase a Ford product. The 2009 Mariner gave me no problems for the seven years that I had it. It took care of me in all kinds of rough weather and was great on gas. That was my first Ford product and I am now extremely loyal to Ford Motor Company. My older car had been totaled in an accident and I had been forced to look for a car to replace it. This would only be my 3rd time in my life purchasing a new car, but the first time doing it totally by myself. Klaben Ford and specifically Mike Rumple were recommended to me by a family friend. This friend knows cars and knew I did not have the luxury of looking around playing the game because of my car situation. He called Mike Rumple for me to explain my situation and introduced me to Mike on the phone. I gave Mike some brief info on what I was looking for and I met him at the dealership in about an hour. Mike spent time with me going over options. Initially I wanted a new car, but my friend and Mike described the benefits of at least looking at preowned certified cars. Klaben Ford had a car on the lot that fit my needs and then some. They worked with me in getting the monthly payments down to something that I could manage. They also gave me time to think about the purchase and made a few cosmetic improvements to satisfy me. What really impressed me is how they worked around my schedule and how they accommodated me living out of town. I was kept informed of things along the way and I could contact Mike at any time with questions. The entire experience was less stressful than I anticipated and I ended up with a car that I am extremely happy to drive and that exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this dealership and Mike Rumple to anyone looking for a car. I would also return to the dealership in the future when I need a new/preowned car.

(He had come highly recommended as well) Mike went out of his way to meet my needs and wants in purchasing a new Lincoln. Clean showroom, friendly staff, very thorough with their work. Only complaint is timing is very slow for staff. They need to layout their work process a little better. For example they should do the paper signing and pre-signing work while car is being cleaned and detailed.

Today is March 3rd 2015, today I rec the keys to my new truck. This was something that at least 15 other dealers could not do. I was in need of a family friendly truck (something with a backseat) and was also wraped up in a loan that wouldn't work for my needs. Thank you Carl, Jeff & John in Service & John Repula sales. While shopping, I noticed my "check air pressure" light come on in my Lincoln mkx. I then noticed I can hear air coming out of my rear tire. I rushed into Klaben Ford Lincoln of Warren and was immediately taken care of. I had no appointment, I didn't call first, I just drove quickly there and my tire went flat when I pulled into Klaben's garage! The four guys in service all cared enough to help me. Carl said "don't worry, we'll get you a tire and you'll be able to leave shortly. We'll fix this right away for you." God bless them. They did exactly that. I am so glad I bought my Lincoln from Klaben. This dealership is outstanding. I greatly appreciate all of the care and expertise that comes along with buying from Klaben. I am a widow and my son is sick on chemotherapy. I depend on my automobile to drive my sick son to Cleveland Clinic 3 times a week for treatments and I also have to drive my son to Emory Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. Since Cars.com is asking for a review of my experience, I have to take into account that the facility was a disaster, though that's understandable under the circumstances. My only complaint is lack of good direction on where to go on site, where to park, where the sales dept is located, etc. As a first-time visitor, I saw no signs, ended up parking in the first open spot I could find in the back, and then couldn't find my way to the sales dept. The folks in service and office were not helpful. One person seemed annoyed that I bothered them to ask for directions. Excuse me! But the only sign was a piece of paper tacked on the wall that I didn't notice in the midst of all the plastic and lumber. The least you can do is PRETEND to not be irritated that I pulled you away from your extremely important work to BUY A CAR. Once I finally got to the sales dept, met with Jim Valesky, things moved along more smoothly. The vehicle I purchased was in excellent condition (2010 Ford Taurus SHO). I'm extremely pleased with the car and got it for under market value. I'm sure when remodeling is complete the overall experience will be much improved. Just be careful at the end not to let them trick you into buying an over-priced (read: cash cow) extended warranty for "a few bucks a month". In my opinion, that was dishonest and I was disappointed after the otherwise excellent service I received from Mr. Valesky. The finance folks should not be using aggressive tactics which undermines the work of the sales people right at the end. The sale isn't complete until I sign. When I start feeling pressured, and catch the finance guy lying about the total cost of the warranty, that turns me off to the whole sale and threatens to kill it right then and there. Using fear to sell the warranty is also underhanded and unwelcome ("If you don't buy it now, you'll regret it! The price goes way up later!" Gimme a break, people). In summary, at present I would not recommend this dealer to a friend. Sales person, yes; the rest of the experience, no.

When I went to Klaben, I already knew what I wanted and the price I wanted to pay per month. I informed Mr Urbania of what I already had in mind. I never felt pressured into buying something I didn't want from Mike. It was a great experience. I would recommend Mike and Klaben to anyone.

Mike Urbania has been my salesman for the last 20 years (purchased new 2 Ford pickups and 2 Lincolns ...Lincoln Conti and MCZ hybrid.Mike has a wonderful personality and goes up and above your average salesman. He even delivered the 2014 Lincoln to our home as my husband was in a hospital in Cleveland for 2 weeks. He showed me the basic operation and invited us back to the dealership to receive useful instructions. He shares his knowledge and we will continue working with Mike on future purchases as we love Lincolns! He represents his company well!

I found Klaben ford of warren, very friendly, informative, and willing to deal. Stacie was professional and eager to help. She jumped right up when I entered the showroom and asked if she could help. All my questions were answered and she was not the least bit pushy or hurried. The entire experience made buying this car great. She took lot of time making sure I understood how the navigation system and all the bells and whistles worked. It was a lot to cover but she had patience through it all. No haggles and it was nice to have the owner in the showroom. I would definitely recommend this dealership when buying a new car.

Mike was tied up with customers so he had John Repula help us out until he was available. I picked the vehicle I wanted and Mike made sure I received everything that I requested and made the sale very easy for me. At no time did I feel any pressure to purchase the vehicle and I was treated with respect. Mike accomodated my work schedule to make sure I received the vehicle and took a lot time and patience go over the features of the vehicle. I will highly recommend Mike and Klaben to anyone I know who is looking for a vehicle in the future. Mr. Urbania has been doing this now for 29 years. He is Honest and Upfront about the deal or your situation. Very Respectful and Understanding. He gives you his cell# you can call any time on or off the clock, he is always there for you. He even comes in on his day off to work around your schedule. He works out GREAT deals for you to meet your financial situation with AWSOME Vehicles. All around GOOD PERSON seems more like a friend than a salesman. I really enjoyed my experience with this dealership and with Stacy Dennis in particular. I very quickly became comfortable talking with Stacy about the Mustang. She helped me go through all the options and packages and answered all my questions. She was very patient with all my questions on pricing the various options. I then told he I was putting off my decision to purchase for a few weeks and she did not pressure me but just let me know she was there to help whenever I was ready. She kept in touch and checked back with me about once a week or so until I was ready to purchase. She then was able to locate the exact car with options I wanted. I have bought many cars in my life but this was the most comfortable experience I have ever had with a dealer. Very satisfying. I told her I hoped she didn't go anywhere because I was going to look for her the next time I want to buy a vehicle. I introduced her to my wife and I think she will be next to purchase. She now drives a Ford Escape she bought from the Kent Klaben dealership.

He has without fail has gotten me every vehicle I have ask him to get me. Not only is he very personable, he is quite a professional in his field. First off have to give props to Ty Davis! He did not make feel like I was being pushed either of the 2 times I have shopped at Klaben Ford. The first time (2008) I visited Klaben Ford I purchased a F-150, as my family grew it wasn't sufficient anymore for my needs. Fast forward to yesterday I visited Ty Davis again, this time he brought the option of leasing to my attention. I never knew how leasing worked (always thought it was a bad thing), but Ty Davis explained it to me thoroughly and I decided it was the option for me!
