I searched and searched for a Chevy 2500 HD with low miles and a low price and I found it at Klamath Falls Honda. I drove 5 1/2 hrs one way and when I arrived they were all set up for me no haggling and they gave me a fair deal for my trade in. I left within an hour and was on my way home with a truck that I love! David and the whole staff were outstanding and couldn't be more professional if they tried. I am definitely happy I made the drive.

I searched and searched for a Chevy 2500 with low miles and low price and I found it here at Klamath falls Honda. They had the lowest price in 5 hrs of me and I drove 5 1/2 hrs to get my truck. I showed up and everything was ready and I was out the door in an hr and that is with the test drive. David was very helpful and all of the staff are very professional and courteous. I am more than happy with the deal and I never had to haggle with them the price was right and there was no pressure. Thank you to all of the staff at Klamath falls Honda I plan on doing business with you again in the future, it was worth the drive!

Bruce Owens was very kind and helpful. My wife and I did not feel the normal "pressures" that come with walking on a car lot. Also the staff as a whole was very helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to explain how features of the car worked and if they weren't sure of it, they would get back to you or take the time to research it. I was very impressed and will buy future cars from this lot. This was my second in two years!

Our experience at Klamath Falls Subaru was great, and especially refreshing to my wife and I because we were just recovering from a bad experience with another dealer in town. Will Newman helped us sort out for ourselves what features were most important to us. There was no pressure for a quick sale. Will even encouraged us to take as much time as we needed to talk it over between ourselves. Once we made up our minds, he and the rest of the staff made the sales process easy for us. We love our new (to us) Outback. Next time we need a car, we will be looking for Will to help us out.

I have owned pickup trucks for the last 31 years. I'm retired now and I needed a more comfortable vehicle to travel around the country. As I live in Oregon, the vehicle also had to preform in snow and icy weather. Cassie Kropp was the saleswomen at Klamath Falls Subaru who helped me buy a Subaru Outback. I had no interest in buying a Subaru of any type before talking to her. She showed me that the Outback would be the perfect vehicle for traveling. She was professional, friendly, confident and knowledgeable. She encouraged me to compare a number of different vehicles and brands and then showed me why the outback was the superior choice. Cassie was determined to get me the right vehicle whether it be a Subaru or some other brand. I settled on the Outback because she was able to show me how it out preformed other brands. What amazed me the most was that she was determined to find me the correct car for me regardless of the brand. If she sold me a Subaru, great, if not she would have sent me after the vehicle I needed. Then she introduced me to Ron Settlemire, Finance Manager (the money man). He quickly took me through the labyrinth of paper work involved. Maximum trade in value, expert advice and clear picture of the numbers involved. I have been buying cars for over 40 years, this was the first time I felt the people involved were as concerned that I bought the correct car for me at the best price, as they were that I buy a Subaru. I firmly believe they would have sent me down the road to another dealer if that dealer could have offered me a better car at a better price.

Our kids are grown, and it was time to downsize. My wife wanted an Outback, and after doing some research we decided that a 3.6r model with eyesight is what we wanted. I looked at our local dealership first, but realized that some of the large dealers in Portland had some very competitive pricing. Having owned a few Hondas, we had a relationship with joint service department across the street. It was going to be a guilty experience for me to go out of town to purchase the Outback, and then bring it their service dept. for repairs and maintenance. That is when Jarred and the team made it worth our while to buy local. I was so impressed with the way we were treated by the entire team, and the deal they gave us, we purchased the extended warranty for piece of mind. Ensuring we could have the lot where we bought our Outback, keep our Outback running the way it is supposed to. Overall the best car buying experience, and so far the best car we have ever owned.

Cassandra was amazing. No pressure sale and she made us feel comfortable and was very attentive. I've been to many car lots and have dealt with plenty of arrogant jerks,she was laid back,mellow and very easy to get along with. My husband and I are expecting twins and was looking for an affordable SUV. We decided to go with a Subaru because of the all wheel drive and other safety feature. We had a really great experience at Klamath Falls Subaru, never felt pressured to to buy out of our price range. We were shown as many choices in prices with used vehicles as we wanted, we even looked at what it would cost us to buy new, and their sales rep Cassie Kropp was awesome and very patient with us. Love the no hassle, honest and no pressure approach to car buying with Kalamth Falls Subaru. I absolutely hate going to buy a car because of the pressure and guilt many car dealers put you through. Not the case with these guys. They let you take your time looking, answer questions when needed and don't follow you around like a stalker! Bruce Owens was the best as he took his time, didn't pressure, was honest and upfront and made the entire experience fun.

I contacted 4 different Subaru dealers in the southern Oregon region to find the best deal on a new Forester. Although Klamath Falls was certainly not the closest dealer to me, I chose to do business with them because they listened to me, the customer, about what I wanted and gave me honest answers to my questions. They were also willing to meet me with the car in Medford for delivery. Thank you to Cassie K. for getting everything worked out to make this deal. From the initial e-mail and phone negotiations, to the temporary delays, (on my part), to the closing experience at the dealership...Cassie et al were greatly cooperative, patient, supportive, Johnny-on-the-spot in correcting any little glitches that came up, friendly, and attentive!! I came over from Medford because the best price was at KFS, and the whole process felt so good. Stayed the night before in a motel, and Cassie even picked my up the next morning at the motel! How's that for customer service? :o) I absolutely LOVE my new Outback, and HIGHLY recommend that Subaru shoppers check out Klamath Falls Subaru!!

Previous to my coming to your dealership, I visited the Subaru dealership in Medford, OR, and was very put off by the sales people. When I visited the dealership in Klamath falls, I fairly quickly developed a trusting relationship with Will Neman. I was highly stressed about buying a new vehicle and he was very helpful and calming with my concerns. When I needed service, the service staff were equally wonderful. I am a single woman with trust issues, and I have never felt stressed when I have dealt with the staff there. Our intention was to buy a used subaru but ended up buying a new 2016 Honda Pilot. We were helped by Cassie Kroop and she was a great salesperson!
