This is our second car purchased from the Klein dealership and have had nothing but a positive relationship with everyone who is employed there. They are friendly, offer good service and seems to be looking out for the customers best interest. We will be back and would recommend Klein to anyone looking for a new or used car.

We knew what we wanted in a pickup and set a budget for it. They made it happen- and better than we had anticipated. Chad, Randal, Jason and the Klein crew worked magic for us. I don't think we could have found a better place to do our business with. We've dealt with them in the past and certainly will in the future. I guess we've been "Kleined".

Everyone at Klein exceeded my expectations! I live 2.5 hours away and it was TOTALLY worth my trip! Big thank you to the owner, Mr. Klein, for talking my phone call before the dealership even opens, getting paperwork started and having the car ready for me. Kurt for making the trade in/sale as quick and painless as possible and Randall for explaining the finance portion as thorough as possible. This dealership if focused on customer satisfaction ------- mine was exceeded!! They take the time to fully understand what you are looking for, then obtaining the answers you need. Follow up is the best I have had with a new car sale ----- all concers were addressed.Their Service Dept. has always been a large asset to the dealership and customer. Over night parts are always provided when time is a issue.Thank you Klein's

Jim & Chris in the Service Department did an excelent job. I signed up for a new option with OnStar that will let me know when it's time for an oil change. I got an email from Klein's right on schedule informing me of the service work needed. I made an appointment and had my truck back with 24 hours of getting the email. It was fast and easy. The Service manager also let me know it was time to rotate my tires and took care of that for me as well.
