Over the past 10-12 years I've bought 3 cars from them and have never had any problems with any of them. They're great people and offer decent cars at reasonable prices. One of the vehicles I bought overheated the same day I drove it home and they had me bring it back to their mechanic and fixed the problem free of charge. I drove all of the cars I bought from them for multiple years. I traveled up and down the highway from Knoxville to Nashville and enjoyed them all. I'll buy from them again soon.

Bought car for our teenage daughter. I understand it's a used car but when they tell you there's nothing wrong and it only needs a brake change you trust that they are being honest. NO. The check engine light came on at the end of the first day and the engine began to stall. We did some research and some fixes just to have the car to continue dyeing, putting my daughter in dangerous situations. I also suspect they are clearing codes so people don't know they may have problems. DON'T PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE DISHONEST.

Didn't get the car I was suppose to get because the insurance was too high; nevertheless, the agent there was very helpful and friendly to me the WHOLE TIME! Thanks! I am rating their customer service. EDIT: I got the car, runs as "advertised". Honest dealer, big props up to him. He was able to lower down the cost so I can cover the insurance better.

I bought an '05 Nissan Quest for $2k w/ 131k miles. Eric was super calm and helpful. We paid by check, he wrote up the temp plate and we drove it back to Kentucky. Even though I knew this was a beater which suits my needs right now the only real issue is some clonking on the front end when turning and weakish brakes BOTH VERY CHEAP and easy fixes so I am very pleased with these guys and this was much less problems than I expected for the very low price. UPDATE: brakes are not weak, it's because my old car was a Z3, the brakes are fine. I am extremely pleased with this deal. Best car I have bought in 15 years! UPDATE: They sent the title by mail with all the details taken care of which made it easy for me to get tags here in KY.
