All of the staff at Bethlehem Ford are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Their welcoming demeanor makes you feel right at home. They are truly a neighborhood dealership and part of the local community. It is a rare find and I am happy that they are only a few blocks away.

The Ford folks did a great job for me. I was getting ready for a trip and needed new tires, inspection stickers and an oil change. They were able to get the work done the same day at a good price. Also gave me a ride to and from my office. Excellent!

I called Nazareth Ford where I have been a customer for three years and they didn’t want to accept the X plan. Then I called another Koch dealer who said the car I was interested in was in the loaner program and unavailable for sale. They did offer me a more expensive vehicle. Finally I called Bethlehem Ford. I cannot say enough good things about this dealer. They will get all our business from oil changes to our next car. Not only did they actually have the car as advertised, they did everything they could to save us money and make the process easy. It’s a shame that some dealerships put profit before people in these times. Whatever the other two dealerships may have earned is surely lost now that I am a loyal customer to this dealer.

Justin the service manager went above and beyond on getting my mustang back on the road after a lot of manufacturing issues and the team at the shop did a great job replacing the long block and the transmission in just 3 days. Car drives better than the day I got it new

Worst place ever! Do not go there. Rude marble mouthed mechanic and condescending manager. Total rip off and scam and completely overpriced. Zero stars and will never buy another Ford because of this garage. Can never get through and no one calls back. Can’t say enough bad about this dealership.
