I traded in my 2019 Sierra on a new 2021 at the end of June. I knew exactly what I wanted and had all of my financial aspects ready to go. Once the truck arrived it was a very quick in and out experience which I was pleased with. For starters they gave me the vehicle with about 40 miles until it was out of diesel-not a big deal though. Next, two days later the vehicle died pulling into a driveway-never to start again so far. The truck was then towed to my nearest GMC dealer where it has been since. Obviously the vehicle breaking down was out of their control so I didn't initially notify them. Then after about a week I received a generic message stating something along the lines of "I'm sure you're enjoying your new vehicle..." Obviously I was not a just sent a brief response that it had broke down 2 days later-in which I never was contacted about. Finally about a week ago I contacted them again asking for my purchase agreement since I'm not past the duration for a buyback and I was told they would see what they could do to help my situation (I purchased a truck because I needed a truck and am now stuck going from loaner SUV to loaner SUV). They sent the purchase agreement the next day and I replied via email asking what my options were since they had said they would at least see if there was something they could do. I would've completely understood if they weren't able to do anything but I never even received further contact. My intent was to upgrade once again in a year or two and would've definitely been a repeat customer due to the ease of the buying process, but do to their shortcomings after they made their sale I will most likely be taking my business elsewhere.

I was having some issues with my car and brought it to Koehne for them to give me an estimate. They called me promptly and let me know the cost wouldn’t be more than $1,000. I asked multiple times for a breakdown of costs and wasn’t given one. After looking online at what the parts would cost (not factoring in the dealer discount they probably get), I assumed labor and parts would be about 50/50 so I told them to go ahead. Upon my car being “fixed” I went to Koehne only to see that parts were $120 and labor was almost $800. For replacing parts that were not hard to get at, this seemed extremely high for labor. I questioned them on this and was almost talked down to for questioning it. The lady helping me got another employee to help. It was clear he was trying to hurry through the costs and not explain things throughly. After again questioning the costs, he conveniently noticed they had over charged me by almost $200 for labor. A mistake that would not have been caught if it weren’t for me wanting them to explain the bill to me, which they should do in the first place. The employees did not apologize for this mistake. As a woman, asking questions about cars and their mechanics is not my expertise and I will admit that, but being belittled and pretty much taken advantage of by trying to not explain the bill is unacceptable. On top of that, having the bill be overcharged by almost $200 is even more outrageous! Imagine how many people get over charged and don’t realize it? To top it all off, something they said was fixed on my car was not and it was clear it was not fixed as soon as I started my car in their parking lot as the problem noise was still audible. To me, it is clear that Koehne is just after dollar signs and does not care about the customer. I would not recommend anyone take their vehicle there to be fixed.

Was passively trying to find a new vehicle and found one that fit the bill at Koehne. I had previously gone to some other dealerships and had little luck (pushy salesman, bait and switch, etc.). Was assisted by Mark Somers. He did a great job guiding me through the process and helping get me into the truck. Would purchase from him/Koehne again and recommend to friends.

Went in for an oil change without an appointment for my truck. They uncovered some nasty air filters with mice nests and sent me pictures to confirm replacements. Happy with my service.

This was the first truck I have bought from a dealership and I will be a customer going forward. Sue was amazing she went over and above for my wife and I. The entire staff made us feel very welcome they worked with us to get the Silverado I wanted and stayed within our budget
