I love this place, especially Jeremy the salesman and the service clerk.. I wanna say Caitlyn. Here’s my problem with the place. It seems like whenever I go there, it’s usually for an oil change and I’m dressed down. The staff just gives me the... “he’s probably not buying anything look” except for Jeremy, he always comes and talks to me, just about anything and that’s what I appreciate. We purchased two Brand new vehicles in 2014 from this location, I’m sure they don’t know that.. however, I just wanna feel more welcomed when I step into there. I love looking at the new product while I’m waiting for an oil change. I just wish the other staff (other than mentioned) would actually help verses trying to find out if I’m buying something or not. A conversation can possibly turn into a sale. Maybe I’m overcritial because I work in the service industry. But who knows, not enough to keep me away, so see ya next oil change. Updated my rating to a 5 star.. because Caitlin and the service team are excellent.. now parts on the other hand needs work. I hope to keep a relationship with this dealership forever tho. Great work.

My son was interested in buying a new Ram 1500 last Friday. After they evaluated his trade in and went over the payment they scheduled him to pick up the truck Saturday morning. When he arrived Saturday they informed him he didn't qualify for the new truck and asked if he was interested in a different they had and he wasn't. The interesting thing is they still cashed his deposit check even though he didn't purchase the vehicle. He was told they needed proof the checked. He called his bank and received the cleared check info returned to Kolosso for his money and they said they couldn't until tomorrow. He's 20 and 3000 is a lot of money to be waiting for when you are buying another vehicle and need the down payment

I cannot say enough about our experience with Jesse Jilek. He sold us our Jeep Cherokee 2020 last July, he was so easy to work with and INCREDIBLY helpful. It's been over a year since we've seen Jesse and we are having issues with one of our tires. We called the store and were not getting much help (which is the first time ever we've had issues). I reached out to Jesse personally and he had everything all sorted out and our issue taken care of within 30 minutes! Something he didn't have to do, but as always he goes above and beyond for his customers. This was my first stop looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. We told the salesperson what we were looking for and she was nice to show us a couple options. She did not seem too enthusiastic but did not push us into a deal. I would have liked to see a little more excitement when talking with us.When we asked several times for the out the door price for the vehicle. Our sales person and the finance manager asked numerous times how much we can afford a month. They also did not alter much from the sticker price.

Aaron Collar did an excellent job in all regards. We went back and forth on trade-in and add-ons to the truck multiple times. It took a bit longer to get back on my trade value than I had expected but the trade-in manager was doing a lot of calling to see what he could get me on trade. At the end of the day, the sales team listened to what was important to me and did not try to sway my opinion or significantly influence my purchase decision (I was very particular about options, color and model). Aaron went above and beyond to make my purchase experience from Kolosso a great one. I will be bringing friends and family by to talk with him when they are looking to purchase or rent a new vehicle in the future. I can't say enough about how important the interaction is with your sales representative when purchasing a new car. In my experience there are certain dealerships I won't even work with due to a poor experiences with their sales reps. I was very comfortable working with Aaron and feel we were able to work out a mutually beneficial deal. I will be back in the future.

The 2nd weekend we came in was due to special sales and financing that were sent to me in an email by the dealer. I was a little disappointed to find that those specials did not apply to the vehicle I wanted. (hence only four stars) With that said after some consideration and willingness of the salesman to let us test whatever we wanted to. We decided on a vehicle on the lot when we thought we would be placing an order for options and color. Thank you for being as patient as you were as it was well worth the wait for me. Best dealership I found for no haggle hidden charges or fees. Found the car on the internet search of 100 miles from my home. Called the dealer spoke with Amber Kabachinski. I told her what we wanted and what I needed on a trade in based on my research. She called back and with 15mins I received a price I was willing to pay. I got what I asked for on a trade in. Price was $4000 less than my first visit to a Chrysler in Franklin who after 2 hours of forms and high pressure we walked. Price was $900 less than another dealer in Madison. Dealt with one Sales rep (Amber) and credit mgr. No high pressure from Sales Mgr. Amber did an excellent job showing us the entire features of the new Chrysler Town and Country. I will be back again.

While it is unfortunate that a Caravan with only 37,000 miles on it would suffer an expensive AC repair (blown evaporator coil), the folks at Kolosso took wonderful care of me. Even though the vehicle was slightly out of warranty, they got the repair covered with only a deductible, an amount of which I considered very fair.I was kept informed of the progress of the repair and the repair was done very professionally. I had been hauling grand kids around, so the car was kind of dirty when I dropped it off, but was quite clean when I picked it up.I am very happy with the service that I have received from this dealer. Not just this time, but every time.

I came in to have my air bag inflator replaced due to a recall notice I was mailed, and brought the notice in and they had me scheduled for the very next day. The overall service went well and didn't take long, I was in and out very quickly. The only thing if I had to complain about something is when they washed my car afterwards, they didn't dry it so the next day I had water spots all over the car and windows, so I had to rewash it. Other than that, everything went well!

I was unable to drive in for the repair because of a surgery and medication which didn't allow me to drive. Brian did an excellent job of working with my wife on identifying all possible options to get brakes repaired prior to our grandchildren borrowing the car for the next week, so they would have transportation back to college and home again the following weekend. As a returning customer I really appreciate the extra effort.Quality of repair will be five stars if I do not have to return with any brake issues. Time will tell, based on previous visits I am sure this issue has been properly repaired.

The wiring component needed to make the repair was not in stock on a Friday afternoon. So, I will have to return next week when the parts arrive for the completion of the repair. Not pleased to have to do the driving trip again, but it is necessary.Both the Service Advisor and the actual technician kept me posted throughout the evaluation/investigation of the electrical problem. A factory defective part was found, not the fault of the dealer. Everything was thoroughly explained and instead of repairing a defective part, they proposed getting a brand new part for a more reliable and assured repair. I could not be more pleased with their attention to me and the resolve of the problem.

Upon arriving at the service facility, Brian recognized my name and voice, and issued me over to his desk so that he could proceed with the appointment (this was quite impressive to me). My jeep was finished 2 hours earlier than estimated AND Kolosso was able to cut me a spare key (my son lost our only spare).I love the way I'm treated at Kolosso. When my old Jeep finally retires, I will be visiting Kolosso again, for a vehicle purchase. :)

We leased a 2016 F150 Ram. The process was too long from walking in to walking out. Basically took all day long to get everything processed. We were "owed" floor mats and running boards and we were not contacted by the dealer to schedule as we were promised. I had to make the phone call to schedule and the receptionist was "rude". Disconnected me the first time and when I called back she said it was an "accident" but the tone of her voice led me to believe otherwise!

I took my van in to get new tires and for them to explore why the timing belt was making noise. Mike the service agent did an excellent job of keeping me up to date on the work that was needed and done. The building is state of the art however I felt they did not develop a proper space for customers to wait while they were getting their vehicle service. The waiting room(if you can call it that) was right next to the show room using a open concept; though pretty- it did not allow you to sit there quietly or in peace. You just seem out of place there sitting with all the customers who were shopping for cars. After putting on four new tires, I was told that the air sensor light would stay lit and all I needed to do was drive around it for a while for it to go off(standard procedure). As the tech did not test it because they stated I was low on gas- the light is still on after several days of driving on it; I call back asking them to fit me after work and was told they could not fit me in. When I called them to ask them to fit me in and told them I was looking for new tires and some repairs (which cost me over 1k on tires and repairs) they made room for me. However correcting what they screwed up on, they apparently could not fit me in. Granted, I gave them the car the whole day for the repairs while this time I was asking them for 2 hours at a specific time; from 3:30 or 4 until closing. If the tech would have just tested the tires when he was changing them it would have solve the issue but as he didn't I will have to take it back in and see where they messed up on. I know people will make mistakes however I feel that correcting those mistakes right away is necessary. Just my 2 cents. Its so easy for people to take money but when they have to correct an error suddenly the schedule isn't open nor flexible.

Car overheated due to a coolant leak one week ago and I had it repaired at a local repair shop due to urgency and proximity. One week later, check engine light appeared on and off. Took it back to the same shop and they dismissed it as nothing to worry about. Friday on way home from work, car began to rev and lurch while idling. Got it home and worried all night. Will it start? More cost! Need a rental? Decided to call and see if Kolosso could take me in early Saturday morning. They squeezed me in and found a sensor plug was bent and popping in and out making the car think it was too cool/ needed more fuel. Possibly bent during coolant repair. They said they could order a new part (2-3-days)but said they could probably just try to bend it back . How cool to give me a choice to save time and money. Cost me minimal labor charge and I was on my way in less than an hour.I was so so thankful and relieved. Well done.

Good Chrysler dealer to go when repairs are needed however, I after the experience I had with Chrysler and my new car I wouldn't recommend buying a new car under Chrysler again since I have owned one from buying it 2012 with 21000 miles on it and now 53000 miles I have had the same problem with the transmission, and torque converter 3 times now replaced which is crazy for any car to have but as far as service I would recommend this place if your looking for a new/used dodge, Chrysler vehicle, especially a truck

I brought my truck in for service last week. Scheduling was awesome. They got me in right away. They were helpful and professional upfront. The only complaint was that I also had them wash my truck so I could get an estimate on damage done to a door by a shopping cart. The service report indicated that it washed off but when I went out to my truck to leave I could very plainly see that the scratches were still there. Not a huge deal, they didn't put the scratch there. Some clown at Home Depot did. I can go back and get an estimate some other time. Again not a huge deal just seems like the department that washed it failed to do their job in its entirety. On a huge plus side, I got a recall service, oil change, interior vacuum and wash all for the low low price of $0. They didn't charge me a dime. I will be buying my next vehicle from Clint at Kolosso Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM. No question in my mind. I would recommend this facility and Clint to anyone.

Though the key wouldn't open the van we were interested in, he went to a nearby lot to get the model that we wanted to test drive. Though at first I wasn't going to purchase from them, Hollis emailed me back the next day to let me know what else he had found in my price range. While the oil change was being done, they informed me that a headlight was out and asked if I wanted that changed. I asked what the cost of the bulb and service would be. I was told that the cost of the bulb was approximately $18 with labor being about $10 for a total cost of $30 with tax. I declined this and went down the road to the local parts store. I purchased a replacement bulb for $4.08 and changed it myself. I have reservations for future repairs because of the cost differences.

We were bored and went looking to see what was "out there" as we thought we might et something in the not to near future. Met a wonderful salesperson, Justin Marshall who was extremely helpful and patient with us. Left a couple times and said we would "think and talk" about it. My husband sounded as if he wasn't wanting to do anything yet so I forgot about it. Then he wanted to go backand talk more and see about what he could do for a trade. Once again Justin was there for us and very patient and concerned as were other employees from other departments. Had Justin not been so personable and patient I doubt that this purchase would have happened. As it is we are happy with thr vehicle.

We love our new Jeep, however when we picked the vehicle up, we were a little disappointed,The car was not clean and there was a stone chip in the front. The chip was repaired and they re-cleaned the car, however when we got home we noticed scuff marks and dirt in the back seating areaand dirty windows inside the car. Also, we were promised a full tank of gas but it took $15.00 to top off the tank at our gas station. Our son saw our car and is considering purchasing one. We recommended Greg Lider at Kolosso.

My wife returned home from the service visit with a laundry list issues, my issues with this is that she spent a year trying to service and not 6 months after the warranty expires we get a list of issues with the vehicle. Seems to me that either the car is a lemon or the service department is not very honest with the customerEither way not very professional and will need toreview why we bought the vehicle in the first place and where I get my vehicle serviced.

My wife and I decided to take a drive down to Appleton because of a mailer we received regarding winning a prize. Of course, we did not expect to win anything big, and what we won was the standard aluminum wallet that most people got. While we were there we met with Tim and explained to him that there was probably nothing he could do for us since we owed more money on our vehicle than it was worth. Even if he could help us, we would need our payments to be as close to what we were already paying. The car dealers in Green Bay were not able to help us. Somehow, Tim worked it all out and we traded in our 2007 Chrysler Town & Country for a brand new 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan. Not only was Tim a huge help in purchasing this vehicle, but it was enjoyable just sitting and talking with him. Mike made the entire financing portion go smoothly and in the end, we drove away with our new vehicle, extremely happy with the deal we got. Thanks Tim, Mike and Kolosso.

I bought a 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan from Kolosso Jeep/Dodge in Appleton (70,000 mls at $12K). Had been doing a lot of research online and took a lot of confidence from the "full vehicle inspection" advertised. Of course, everything was checked off as working fine, but I soon discovered that the brake calipers, transmission, battery, window heaters, wipers, etc. were in very poor shape or not working. Being self employed and in the middle of my peak season when I started discovering all this, I wasn't able to take the van in to address these issues until after the 3000 ml. period had been exceeded. So, I have to eat the repair costs. Point is, the vehicle inspection checklist from Kolosso Jeep/Dodge in Appleton isn't worth the paper it's printed on! Beware!

Gotta say...I was a bit apprehensive in purchasing a vehicle from a major brand dealership. I've heard the horror stories...hidden fees, high service rates, a total money-grab...etc., etc., But, Kolosso worked hard to earn my business...twice within a year. I purchased a used Chrysler 300 for my wife in March...then a used Ram truck for me in October. Both sales were handled by Steve Kissel...can't say enough about how enjoyable he tried to make the whole process...but it all comes back to after-the-sale support. Without that, all of Steve's hard work would be for nothing... The team at Kolosso service has worked on three vehicles for me...the two I purchased from them, as well as an older PT Cruiser my daughter bought several years ago. The work ranges from simple oil changes, to a very involved electrical troubleshooting experience on the Cruiser, to medium complexity warranty work. In all instances, the guys in service treated me fairly, with respect, and whenever there was a concern or a difference of opinion as to who should pay for what, the team worked with me to resolve the difference as fairly as possible...they showed me by their actions that they wanted me to remain a loyal customer...to date, I remain just that...I'd recommend these guys to anyone!

I had a lifetime powertrain warranty but I did my service inspection 45 days to early so they canceled the warranty. The dealership was unwilling to help straighten out the problem. They also felt no responsibility to explain to me that I was doing the inspection to early. I would never purchase a dodge product again. Dodge closed the dealer I purchased the truck from, this never would have happen from that dealer.

My sales guy, Greg Lider, let us test drive as many vehicles as we wanted. I really didn't know what I wanted or if I wanted to buy or lease. He gave us absolutely no pressure, was very professional and yet was fun and interactive with us. I had visited two other dealerships. The other two places only let me drive a couple vehicles, made me narrow down what I thought I may be looking for before taking a test drive, and made me feel like I was taking up their precious time. Not Greg, he was fantastic! I picked the Dart and I absolutely love it!! I never even expected the Dart to be the vehicle I would be getting when I started my process. The team at Kolosso is professional and yet they make me feel very comfortable and welcome. Thanks!!!

The buck is more important than the customer. They would not honor a coupon, even though on my last receipt it said I had 4 more oil changes, even though they saw an expiration date. So for the price of an oil change they lost a customer for good. Oh well.

Here's how easy is is to buy from Kolosso Jeep, really. You walk in & ask ,"who wants to sell me a Jeep?" and Hollis Hoeft (Sales Consultant) will promptly assist you. The guy is a super professional, no nonsense kinda guy and he really put me at ease. I told him what I wanted on trade value for my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee on a 2014 Grand Cherokee...and he came back with an answer within 3 minutes. Guess I left too much $$ on the table, huh? Not really. I'm a car guy and understand fair value and market conditions pretty well . The bottom line: I was satisfied, as was Kolosso. More car dealers should practice this simple approach. Buying my 2013 Dodge Dart was easy, and Steve K. my Salesman was AWESOME. My gal and I very much enjoyed the Selling part, but the Closing part was a bit of a mess. After the 4TH contract they got it all right, but I believe I purchased the 2nd 2013 Dart they had sold, and it had a 'NEW set of rules' as far as being an 'ALL NEW VEHICLE' IN 2013. Otherwise we've had 4 visits for service. 2 for 'oil changes', and 2 for minor problems. Both problems were fixed to at least the 'original' standard of performance. 1 was a Chrysler Corp. 'RECALL', the other was a A/C - Heater Control that had to be replaced, and is working 'perfect' as the day I purchased the Dart in October, 2012. I have had many Auto Dealer 'experiences' in my day... but at Kolosso Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram, my personal 'overall experience' has been... SUPERIOR, as a 1st time buyer, and their team is great. We plan to 'UPGRADE' in the future, and will for sure start with our Kolosso Team!

I purchased my Jeep Wrangler a couple days ago, at which time the Mastershield treatment was scheduled for two days later. I brought it in as scheduled and was met with the same above-average courtesy and professionalism that I experienced when purchasing the vehicle. Here's the thing. I brought it in much earlier than expected and they didn't have a loaner vehicle on the premises. No problem. They got on the phone and made calls and in about 15 minutes a car was delivered by a car rental company. Kolosso is a fantastic dealership with terrific people.

My overall experience with this dealership has been terrible. At first everything seemed great. The salesman was very helpful and I purchased my truck I drove it home very happy. About a week later i started having problems with the truck. First, the heat did not work after the window sticker said it was fully functional (bought it in summer). Then the water pump started leaking heavily. I called the dealership to get the repairs taken care of under warranty. I was told the water pump would be taken care of under warranty but I might have to pay for the heat to be fixed. When I brought it in, which was a 50 min drive each way, i was told they would look at the heat issue when they fixed the water pump. When I picked it back up the water pumped was fixed but they could not determine what was wrong with the heat so they did not fix it. Also, my serpentine belt now squealed horribly all the time.I decided to talk to the management about the heat issue but kept getting transferred to different people until i was again sent back to the service department. The management team will bend over backwards to sell you a vehicle but have no interest in providing service after the sale or living up to their company "values"After going back and forth with Kolosso, the company agreed to fix the problem but only after a lot of calls and and debating. The only helpful person in the whole team (after they made the sale) was the Service Manager. Since i purchased the truck 4 months ago other issues with the truck have emerged, the most recent being my power steering pump needs replacing. I know vehicles will need repairs and that a dealer cannot catch every little issue before a sale is made, but i expected Kolosso to stand behind their sale. Like I said before, Kolosso will bend over backwards to make a sale, but from my experience they wont stand behind their sale or make much effort to make sure they have return customers. I wont buy from Kolosso again, and will not recommend them to anyone else.

Buying a car has always been a painful trial for me. Kolosso and John Todryk was DIFFERENT. As a female asking questions of male salesmen was frustrating when they would pat my knee and tell me I was "a girl and didn't need to know that". At Kolosso I got quick accurate answers and respect as a customer. When I wanted to take my time in making a decision there were no pressure tactics. We will be returning for our next car!!!!!!

We were very pleased with every aspect of our experience with this dealer and the salesperson we worked with. The salesperson was very knowledgable and professional. He knew all of the ins-and-outs of the vehicles we were looking at and did not "down sell" any other dealerships. He really made us feel like he wanted us to "know what we were getting" for our money.The biggest point for us was the fact that everyone was so friendly and patient with us. We took our 2 1/2 year old son with us. They were great with him and he had a blast playing in their kid friendly waiting room.The only negative point is that they didn't provide the new vehicle with a full tank of gas (it was at 1/2 tank). Pretty minor considering the wonderful service overall.

I stopped in this dealership originally looking for a used vehicle that was going to be able to get me to Arizona with a trailer WHILE providing decent gas mileage. As you can see, that opens up a broad range of choices. Jason Wilber helped really narrow down my choices to a few used vehicles, but then suggested paying a little bit more for something new. At first, I was a bit skeptical of the whole thing, but he took me through the entire process, which was extremely helpful considering I was purchasing my first vehicle. I ended up walking away with a new 2012 Jeep Patriot, which fits both the criteria I was looking for AND it cost me only a little bit more than some of the used vehicles I got. Jason was a pleasure to work with and could actually talk to me, which is more than I can say about some of the salesmen in the Appleton area. He was energetic, nice, and never put me under pressure.
