I’m going to bypass my initial interaction with the dealership by focusing this review on my salesperson. Her mannerism was exceptional because she never “pushed” the sale. Rather, she was calm and collected. Even when I tired to bring up my initial experience she calmly apologized and at the end of the day got me into a car. Thank you Kate for your patience and world-class service.

First of all I have been coming to Koons Toyota of Arlington for about 2yrs now. My service advisor is Christian, the service manager he's a good service advisor, he has a outstanding personality. Keeps me informed on what's going on with my vehicle when serviced. If anyone is looking for a good Toyota service advisor Christian is the person that I recommend. He gets you in and out, you don't spend your whole day waiting for your car. Koons could expand the parking, sometimes parking is hard find. Overall my experience is a 5. I drive from Andrews Air Force located in Maryland.

We had a very good experience buying a new car at Koons Toyota. Dave Rothschild was our sales rep and he was very knowledgeable about the strengths of different vehicles we were considering, including those from other manufacturers. We didn't feel any pressure in making decisions on models or options. I highly recommend Dave and the dealership.

Fantastic service! Highly recommend Koons for your next vehicle. Traded in my car for a new one and it was a smooth process with no surprises. Shout-out to David Rothschild; if you're looking for a friendly salesperson definitely ask for him. Only downside is the teeny tiny parking lot. Limited spots available and it's hard to get in and out of. Minor inconvenience, but be aware.

Michael Blocker is an honest, personable and knowledgeable sales rep for Koons. I highly recommend him and will buy other cars from him. He made the car buying process endurable - not his fault that it takes 4 hours to buy a car. The rest of team is helpful and knowledgeable as well. It would be great if there could be a way to speed up the sales process.
