I have no idea how or why this company currently has a five star rating!! Don’t deal with small private auto companies like Koons! They’re cousin to Free Bridge in Charlottesville Virginia! They’ll hook and sinker you!! Run, run as fast as you can away from these companies !

James and the other guys who work there like the man who takes care of insurance, were the best. They were not only able to work with us, as two individuals who have bad credit, but they got us in a car today and let us trade in our car as well. James went through EVERYTHING, in detail, let us test drive and made sure we knew what was going on 110%. We didn’t think it was possible and he made that possible for us when we really needed it! Definitely recommending coming here if you need a car, even if you have low credit, trust they will try their hardest to work with you!
