Found my dream car ('15 Camaro SS LE1)....well second to the ZL1, but....at Koons through CarGurus. Made the trip from Harrisburg, Pa and dealt with Lamont. Lamont was very supportive of my (aggressive) driving habits through the test ride (even encouraging me to 'get into it'). After the test ride, Lamont worked with me and a sales manager to arrive at a mutually beneficial sale/trade. The sales team at Koons made the 2-hour trip from PA worth it. Plus the drive home was a lot of fun! I'll be looking at Koons first the next time I'm in the market for sure!

I enjoyed the experience of buying a car at Koons. The staff were helpful from the moment you arrived. We were greeted by our dealer within seconds of walking through the door. He took us right to the model we were interested in and walked us through the entire process without any issues or hassle. He kept an open line of communication throughout the entire process and answered all of our questions. Financing was also very easy and our agent was very informative with every step. I haven't often bought new/used cars, so when I do, I put a lot of work into researching them to find exactly what I need from a reputable dealership. I went to Koons White Marsh after seeing a couple models that fit my needs, and hearing positive reviews. Andrew was a tremendous help! His friendly, professional manner helped me to feel comfortable with the buying process, and he showed me a few excellent models that fit the needs of my family and were in my price range. I appreciated how Andrew and the rest of the team at Koons White Marsh were supportive and helpful without being pushy, how they put a lot of thought into different models to show us, and how they respected my time through their efficiency and promptness. The facilities reflect their attention to quality and detail, and all of the models we looked at were clean, well-serviced, and presented with complete transparency and accurate carfax reports. We chose a Chevy Equinox, and love it! I highly recommend this dealership and would definitely return!

Using the Koons White Marsh website, I located the used vehicle I was interested in, made contact with the dealership for a test drive and also did a financing application on-line. When I arrived at dealership, Graham greeted me and confirmed which vehicle I was interested in. After completeing the test drive form, we went out to look the vehicle over and also checked out a similar vehicle that was on lot. Took a test drive, had my trade looked at, sat down with Graham to talk price and down payment and then went to the veryb nice waiting/lunch room while Graham talked with finnance dept and manager. A short time later Graham came to tell me that I had been approved for financing (I do not hjave the best credit score) and he would come get me when finance guy was ready for me. In about 5 minutes Graham took me to see the finance 'wizard' Rodney. Rodney explained the features I was going to have with the financing deal,(ie: extended warranty and GAP insurance) and gave me the terms of the financing offer. I was amazed... literally amzed at how low my interest rate was. Rodney is definitely a 'finacing wizard'! I signed all the forms to buy the vehicle and was told I was taking it home with me, something I didn't think would be possible. I met up with Graham again, to find he had moved my 2013 Buick Verano in Mocha Bronze Metallic paint, next to my 2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser in Lt Almond Metallic, so I could empty my belongings into the Verano. After I finished doing that, Graham took a picture of me wiht my Verano, thanked me again for choosing Koons White Marsh for my vehicle purchase, then drove off with my PT Cruiser. As I sat in the Verano looking over the dash controls and adjusting the mirrors, it slowly sunk in... I had bought a new-to-me car in about 4 hours. Not only that, but I never felt rushed or pressured to buy a vehicle and was walked through every step of the process with full understanding of each step along the way to ownership. My experience with Koons White Marsh was a very friendly one, where the buying process was very smooth and the staff worked for me, to get me into the vehicle I wanted. It doesn't get much better than that. KUDOS to Graham, Rodney and the Koons team for making mine a very friendly, smooth buying experience! Have already recommended Koons White Marsh... and especially Graham and Rodney... to friends.

I can always count on Brian and Randy for the best in service and professionalism. Whether it be a long appointment or a short one. They always make sure that I leave satisfied. I once drove away and then in 15 minutes realized something was not set correctly with my turn signal. I was told to turn right back around so they could fix it immediately. I don't ever have to hear a lot of apologies because those two guys always make sure my car is taken care of properly. I would recommend their service to any and everyone. I received e-mail vehicle was in stock so I made an appointment for the next morning. I was told that all vehicles at advertised price were sold. Price was different from on line advertisement. Trade value far below estimate from Koons. I was told the reason the price was higher than advertised was options - only option on vehicle was floor mats. I feel like a fool. I tried to resolve my concerns by visiting the dealership. Waste of time. I feel like and old fool.

Our experience was flawless. Most of our process was done over the phone, which was very convenient for us do to our work schedules. We came to the dealer within two days to sign our papers. Upon our arrival we were welcomed by every employee we came in contact with. Our salesperson, Rodney, was near the door, awaiting our arrival. My fiance' was the only one who had met him, I had not. He called me by name before I ever knew who he was. Everything was ready for us. There was minimal waiting time. They have a very nice waiting area btw ;) It was a quick, painless process. As we were leaving in our new vehicle, Cloiron (sp), the general manager came out to thank us and send us off. The next day we received a call from Christian to see how everything was with the truck. Very pleasant experience!

As always the service received, was impeccable, I even came in earlier then the appointment time and they took my car back as soon as I got of the car. The waiting time was great because I didn't have to wait, and when ready they, as always pulled the car out front for me to get in right away and drive off into the sunset.

First time service (oil change and tire rotation) on my vehicle at this dealership, where I purchased. Facility is very clean. Personnel are totally professional. My only complaint is that, unlike other dealerships, the vehicle was not washed or vacuumed, which explains the four star rating instead of five. For a dealership, this should be commonplace.

Randy was my service provider. He is excellent with dealing with customers. His estimate of time to have my vehicle's oil changed was great. Unfortunately, as I was waiting, I browsed the show room, as well as outside. NO ONE asked if he/she could help me. I spoke with Rick (?) the GM, and he apologized. This was a very poor representation of the Koons that I've learned to trust and appreciate.

I enjoy the ease in which my appointments are scheduled. They are ready for me when I get there and never recommend services or repairs that are not necessary. They recommended new tires while I was there for my oil change. I knew I needed them but I did not know how bad they were until they pointed out a large nail in the right front tire. Although I was unable to purchase tires at that time due to finances I was able to go to another facility to get exactly what I needed and they confirmed what Koon's service department found.

I have always had a positive experience at Koons. I always choose Brian Hastman as my Service Advisor because he keeps me informed and is extremely easy to work with. I do have one minor complaint about the "Diagnostic Fee" that accompanies many repairs. I understand the need to have some sort of fee to investigate an issue or repair but feel that the cost of the fee should be pro-rated based on the length of time it takes to locate the problem as long as Koons makes the repairs in the end. Most companies charge a similar fee but either wave the total cost or lessen the total cost if the repair is made by their company. I had a heated seat repair and most recently a cruise control issue repaired at Koons. I'm pretty sure that each of these repairs took some time to locate the issue but not the same amount of time to investigate. While it still takes a Technician to look at the issue, the latest repair's total cost for the labor and part was actually $3.00 less than the cost of the "Diagnostic Fee". I believe the fee should have been reduced based on the time / cost involved in the actual repair.

My car has been running a bit louder than normal. After a couple weeks, I had opportunity to have it checked out. I called and talked to Charlie Burkhardt and asked if I can bring it by to have him listen. It was a good experience. They were flexible with my suddenly changing schedule and made it easy to make and reschedule my appointment. I do wish they had told me that I was supposed to drive up to their service door when I came in but that wasn't a big deal. One of their people graciously moved my car to the appropriate spot. It was done in a very timely manner with a shorter wait time than anticipated.The only thing I am not sure of is pricing. I am very happy with the service thus far, but since this was a free service awarded at the time that I purchased my car, I am not sure how much they would regularly charge for this service. Depending on price I would go back.

My recent visit was a pleasure. Once Again, Koon's e-mail reminder notified me of the need for service...Thank You. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Service rep Brian who as always was friendly and to the point about my service visit (in & out). While in the waiting area, I was paid a visit by my favorite sales person Lamont Anderson who took time out of his busy day to just sit down and discuss what was going on with me and my family. We had a great conversation and some laughs and Lamont didn't appear to be rushed/hurried, but genuinely concerned about what had been going on sense the last time we met. Lamont is solely responsible for my last two Silverado purchases at Koon's. If I buy my fourth Silverado it will be from Lamont, a real gentleman.

Bought a used 2012 Chevy Equinox. It was a nice SUV but wasn't the right fit for me and decided to return it. Took advantage of Koon's 7 day exchange policy and purchased a different vehicle. Jerry Morreale one of the sales managers was the absolute best. Kudos to Jerry! He made the exchange process painless. Rodney my sales rep was just awesome. A very pleasant person to work with. Absolutely love my car!!!!!!!! I was very nervous about making such a big purchase, but Graham my salesman was great. I got a great trade in for my car and the entire staff at Koons were so nice. Chuck that did the finance portion explained every piece of paper work before I signed it and was eager to answer any questions. Last and foremost Graham spent a half hour with me showing me how all the electronic in the car worked. My last car was 13 years old, so things have changed tremendously since then. Your sells representative was excellent. He was very patient with me since I was not sure what I wanted the first time I came. He was very informative and answered my questions. If I did not understand something, he explained it so I could. I returned two days later and purchased a vehicle. I had to return the following day after not being able to get the phone program in the car. The technican had to reprogram something in the car and my phone. It only took 10 minutes. I received a follow up call the next day from the sells rep to make sure everything was working properly. I would recommend Koons to family and friends.

I had been planning to go to the dealership later that day when I received a call from Armando Graham. I had started entering information into their pre-approval system when it hit a snag and would not let me proceed, so I had given up on it, but Armando made an effort to contact me to get things moving. After a quick discussion of what I was looking for, I traveled to the Koons Chevrolet in White Marsh where I met Mr. Graham who was able to show me four cars; two that met my criteria and two that were a little higher in price then I initially wanted, but were close to what I could afford and were excellent deals. He answered all the questions I had concerning the vehicles as well as questions posed by my parents who were there to help me as this is the first time I ever committed to a long term payment plan on a car. I decided to go a little outside my budget on a hybrid car. It wasn't that much more then I wanted to spend in the long run and I feel that it will be the better buy in the long term. Once the decision was made, Mr. Graham got things going and, even though it took a little bit of time, the end result was I now have a new car with great gas mileage and a better overall driving experience. I really have to comment Mr. Graham for giving me great options and a great first time buyers experience. If you are in need of a quality vehicle, and are able to get to Koons Chevrolet of White Marsh, go. Ask for Armando Graham and I think you will be highly satisfied.

The level of customer service is extraordinary. I was greeted by my name when I arrived at the Service Department & the staff is always friendly and courteous. The only glitch in my last appointment was the cashier who handled my departure. She never looked me in the eye and mumbled "hello". Did not explain the paperwork and was very robotic. She wasn't rude, but was the reason the dealership did not get an excellent rating.

Overall Very Good. When it comes to my vehicles I am a nervous mervous, it's like one of my kids having an operation. Do you feel me here? Service writer dropped the ball by not following through in a timely manner with information, like he said he would, about how the repairs were progressing. He was a great guy, but if he says to a customer I'm going to do this, then do this, and if he says I'm going to do that, then do that. It's a no brainer and its not a deal buster. I'll be back with one of my other Chevys, I have 4 of them.

In 2007 my husband and I went looking for a vehicle ..We rode in to Koons at Whitemarsh. My husband immediately fell in love with a 2004 Free Star Van. It was beautiful and had a dvd player too..a plus for our grandchildren. That van was awsome ..NO problems except normal wear and tear. It was paid off in 2012. My husband passed way in 2013. and in 2014 ..I was told I was in the beginning stages of transmission problems. I decided to buy another vehicle. I went back to koons because of the van. I was treated so nice and the salesman RICHARD was a sweetheart. He knew I was very nervous, as I had never bought a car without my husband. I told him what I wanted and the price range. He found it. He took me for a ride/ let me drive/ we went out for like an hour, he even rode with me to my sons house so he could look at it. Customer service after the purchase is important to me. I have three dealerships on my DO NOT purchase list because of their customer service. The relationship with the customer AFTER the purchase determines whether the customer will return. Koons Chevrolet of White Marsh has provided excellent service from the time of initially looking to purchase a car up to today when I had, what I thought was, a repair issue. The repair issue was a "user" error, ME. Dan, the Service Manager, was so gracious and professional throughout the entire process. Kudos to Dan and the Service Department for the excellent service.

I am very satisfied with Koon White Marsh service. I had only one issue/concern. A young lady was unfriendly when I went to the window to asked her for the password to have access to wi-Fi to use my iPad as I wait to have my car serviced. It was clear that I was bothering her based on her disposition towards me. When she gave me the password she shoved it to me on a piece paper and rolled her eyes. I told her thank you and also told her sorry if I disturbed you. She refused to look at me or even acknowledge me. That's not good customer service but even with her negative disposition I am very satisfied with Koon White Marsh over all. I will continue receiving service with you. Again thanks Armando Graham, my sales agent-I will see you soon for another SUV. I think this could be learning moments for this young lady..

Decided to go to Koons for my new traverse. The folks there were great. Got the vehicle I wanted for the right price. The day I went, Chevy issued a stop sale due to issues with the tires supplied on the vehicles. Not an issue for Koons, the guys ordered new tires and installed them without issue. Eric, Nick and Rodney were great to work with. The folks were up front about the price and provide several options for consideration to meet my expectations. Because of the sales team, I might actually go 15 miles out of my way to koons for future vehicle service.. Thanks - Koons.

I recently had my 2010 Tahoe serviced here when my stabitrak turned off. Driving was very annoying. I could not drive over 20 mph. Very pleased to get an appt. the same day after work. about 4pm. but due to the driving condition I was an hour late. Charlie was kind enough to fit me in anyway. Very thankful that repairs were still covered under warranty. Also thankful for the kind service I received made starting my New Years off with a smile.

Me and my wife recently bought a 2015 Chevy Sonic on new years day. We were blown away by the service we received from Joe Stinchcomb. He was a great salesman, actually seemed he really cared ( unlike Bob bell). We were there on New Years eve and a lot of banks closed early so Joe assured us first thing in the morning he would get right on it and do everything he could. Keep in mind all other dealerships were closed because of the holiday. Sure enough the next day he got us approved for the exact car we wanted, did not have to settle for anything less. I could not be happier!!! I would recommend my man Joe Stinchcomb at Koons White Marsh to anyone looking for a new car. you will not find a better salesman anywhere else.

I went out on a limb driving from NE Ohio to Koons to purchase my vehicle. Not knowing what to expect. I dealt with Joe Stinchcomb for about 5 days before I made my trip out there. He did everything a salesman is expected to do and way more on top of that. I could not recommend any other dealer nor would I suggest another salesman. Joe made things fast, efficient and down right fun. I left the dealership as if I had known Joe for quite some time. He along with the other faculty made my guests feel comfortable and at ease. My 2 guests along with myself (all from youngstown Ohio) had such a fantastic experience at Koons we have stated on several occasions if we are going to buy a chevy we will make the 6 hour drive to see Joe at Koons without any hesitation.My visit at Koons went just as perfect as anyone would hope their car buying experience would go.

This was my first service visit for my 2012 Chevy Impala at Koon's today. I was very impressed after pulling in. An advisor greeted me quickly and then I waited in the nice waiting room. Service was so nice, efficient with friendly staff.

A big thanks to Koons who not only gave me the best price for service on my car, but also took the time to handle a recall--a recall that I hadn't been informed of yet. They were super friendly and shuttled me back to work while they serviced my car. I would highly recommend them to any other Chevy owners.

I was in the process of buying my first car with the help of my father, and was shopping around to see who I could get the best deal from. I test drove the car and then sat down and within the hour, I had decided to buy from Koons. It's a long process, but our sales assistant Hani was very helpful and kind throughout the process. This was a wonderful experience!!!! Was able to go and have lunch while I waited on my Equinox to be serviced thanks to the shuttle service. Great customer service from the time I made my appointment to when I picked up my truck!!!! Wanted to also say the car Sales Person that sold me the truck Ryan Parker was wonderful!!! I will bring him all of my friends and family!!!

I do want to say I purchased a used vehicle from koons white marsh in 2010 and I had an absolutely horrible experience. The sales person was awful and just the whole experience in general. So this time I was a little apprehensive about going here again. However, our sales person Mark Stanton, was amazing. He totally changed my mind about buying cars from there again. He was super attentive and made everything easy.

I was quite surprised to get a phone call about an hour after leaving my car 6-5 to be serviced on 6-6. They did the service immediately instead of waiting until the next day. I went right in and picked it up. I was not inconvenienced at all.

Everything went smoothly from the time I arrived on the lot. I was greeted in a pleasant manner and it continued throughout the whole process. I was even given a tour of the site. I loved it. I had been shopping around from dealer to dealer for about 2 weeks. I went to jerry's, Bob Bell, JBA, and then I came to Koons. It was the cleanest dealer I had been to AND had the friendliest staff. I was greeted by Rob Miller, who the dealer relates to as the truck specialist. Good thing because I knew what I was looking for adn wanted nothing less. I have a trailor that I pull and need a truck that can do it. No one else that I have dealt with until Rob knew anything about the capabilities of these trucks. Until i talked to him, I didn't realize how much these trucks could actually do from power to technology! If you need a truck, Rob is the guy to go to in Maryland. No one compares!

I was in for the normal oil change and tire rotation. I asked them to please check my front tire because I believed I saw a screw in it and had a slow leak. They did find it and patched it for no fee. They're great and friendly.

My overall experience at koons was very positive. After visiting many other local dealerships I ultimately chose koons because my saleaman Rob Miller really went above and beyond and showed me how valuable customer service can really be. He worked with me on with the price point I wanted, followed up on questions that I had, even came to the dealership before they opened to help me because of my difficult hours. Several of the other dealerships I looked at offered the vehicle I was interested at a slightly lower price but their customer service and care didn't compare to what I received at koons. I am grateful for the positive experience and will definitely return to koons for any car buying and service needs in the future.

The only issue I had is that after my oil change and tire rotation, my digital speedometer didn't show up anymore. My husband said the same thing happened last time he brought the car in but he just looked at the car manual to reset it.

I went into the dealership this past Saturday intending to browse and not necessarily buy. We were greeted at the door by Mark Stanton. Little did I know he would soon become my friend. My husband and I asked about the Chevy Cruze. We explained I was rather particular and required a manual transmission. Mark took us on a test drive and spent the new couple hours with us. He exhausted his resources attempting to meet my demands of color, price and transmission. I was so thankful we were able to come to an amicable agreement. Mark went out of his way to be courteous and get me exactly what I wanted. On Monday when I was to get the car Mark went so far as to drive it to my job. Mark made the entire purchase so much fun. It was like spending time with an old friend instead of that crazy car salesman you see in the movies. I highly recommned Mark Stanton as the guy to see to anyone looking for a car!

They talked me. I was informed by email each step they were covering. Each step that was completed. They calle me to give updates and offer suggestions for furture work. I was in a difficult position and normally would have found a shop outside of a dealer for the repair, but when I called and got Ken on the phone, he offered suggestions about how to resolve my problem without a service call. He was pleasant, he was supportive, and he listened. And then he was helpful when the vehicle was finally towed in. I'll definitely continue to come back for service, and probably to purchase our next vehicles.

I am repeat svc customer from lago vista texas. I had a safety related problem with 2000 malibu. Lost all 12 volt power, engine stopped on interstate hwy in Alabama. Got to whitemarsh and called svc and got appt for nxt business day 9 am. Bad ignition switch replaced but no GM help. Same sympton as Cobalt recall. I will followup with Feds as it is identical problem! Happy with koons svc response Chrissy and Brian quite helpful.

Cobalt recall. Your personnel were excellent with one exception. I was told that I had my rental for only a couple of hours more and had to leave work in order to turn in the car and pick mine up. They lied saying they had called me the day before. Neither of the 2 numbers they had received calls.

Darla Medina was very imformative and patient. In the begining I made Darla aware of my financial misteps. This information did not stear her away. Actually it made her even more determined to help. Everyone is courteous and welcoming. The waiting room is extremely clean. I had an 11am appointment but got there ten minutes early. They took me right away and I was out by 11:40am. I always receive great service at Koons Chevrolet.

Great experience... Originally purchased my vehicle from Kelly Paris last year (with 8 miles) who was phenomenally helpful, and just had an appointment last week for some routine maintenance (at 17k miles). I was in-and-out quickly with no issues at all - I didn't even get to finish my complementary coffee!I was also made aware of a recall on my vehicle regarding the suspension (if I remember correctly). I was informed the part was ordered and I would be notified when it was in so I could schedule the replacement. Thanks guys!

My service was quick and very professional. Everyone was very polite. The only problem is that they are not sure if my vehicle is completely fixed. I understand this is not the Dealers fault. But if there is a problem with the Camaro. then i feel they should fix everything all at once instead of following Corporate directions and wondering if it is fixed or am i going to have to bring it back in a week or 2. I want a dependable car and now i am worried that it will break down when i am out on the road.

Since purchasing my 2014 Malibu and dealing with Gary at Koons White Marsh Chevrolet that is no longer the case. My recent visit for service to my Malibu was very pleasant. The service team was very polite and attentive. I was made to feel important. The client service area was very clean and the waiting area was very inviting although it was a very short time. Greetings,I had been to quite a few car dealerships in the last 3 months and did a lot of research before I made the decision to lease a car from Koons Chevrolet White Marsh. The greatest reason why I chose Koons of White Marsh had everything to do with one of your Sales Specialist Mark Stanton. I visited two or three times and was always greeted with a smile. He never pressured me... not once! That is not what I had experienced in the other dealerships. Mark responded to my numerous email inquires regarding the Chevy Cruze. I decided to lease the Cruze and after all the documents where finalized Mark continued to assist me with different functions on the car to make sure I was comfortable before I drove off the lot. I was not and I am still not happy about the item breaking on my car especially since it's so new but I do appreciate the fact that your service department at least made some concessions. gm's pArts are incredibly marked up. My likelihood of getting another gm car is very low but my likelihood of dealing with koons is still very high

So, first of all, the word "dealership" makes me think of $$$ and it was alot but I love my Chevy and need it. My regular mechanic could not fix it so I had no choice but to bring it to you. I have always had good customer service at dealers but Brian went above and beyond!! He talked to my friend, was patient with explaining things, worked with us on the price and threw in a bit of humor. Your staff were nice, professional and upfront about everything from the first contact to Cashier. I felt welcomed, like you were taking care of me and my car, your mechanic spent the extra time to get it right and I am confident my car will last me a couple more years. I will come to our dealership when I'm ready to replace this car. I want you to use my comments, we need to hear the good stuff more!!

I was 20 minutes late for my service appointment, and to be courteous, I called ahead to let the person at the service desk know. This person was understanding and told me to come for my appointment anyway, and when I got there, he assured I wasn't that late (even though I really was). Perhaps the circumstances would have been different if the service center was very busy at that moment, but nonetheless, their understanding was much appreciated after a long day.

Came in for oil and filter service. Car was completed quickly. Just had to wait for service to give paperwork to the cashier and never got a copy of my free inspection results. Also, tire pressures were adjusted on hot tires, so when the tires got cold, they were underinflated.

I was scheduled for a five hour repair. The service advisor offered a shuttle ride home. I refused, stating I would prefer to wait. I just didn't want to travel back and forth between the dealership and home. To my surprise the repair was done in approximately three hour. I greatly appreciate the service advisor and the expert tech that preformed the work . They went above and beyond to provide extraordinary great customer service. They both should be commended and compensated for their efforts.

Upon inspecting my receipt, I noticed a $45.00 Service Charge. Upon asking about the cost, I was referred to a sign that was posted on the counter top. I was very surprise of the cost. I STORONGLY believe that the services fee should be posted in the area that you check your vehicle in and the Service Advisor should also informed you. Although, my cost was waived after I inquired about the fee. The service cost was about the same price as equipment. My wife have a Mercedes, the cost at the dealer is $25.00. Very SHOCK of your fee.

I was very displeased with the fact that we were charged for wheels on our new car. I also was displeased with the fact that when my husband asked if they had all weather mats for the car instead of carpeted mats for the car the sales person said yes we can get them. They did not state we had to pay extra for them which I realized later after we left the dealership with the car.

Found car I liked on Cars.com and emailed them. It was around Xmas so I'm sure, like other dealers, they were very busy. Within 24 hrs, I was emailed several times. I called them the second they opened and was quickly transferred to a nice, helpful internet sales specialist. Unfortunately, car was already sold. This was my only gripe, that they didn't keep their online inventory up to date. I was quite disappointed. The sales rep was apologetic and searched the premises to confirm if car really had been sold. She said she would have another rep contact me to find another car like that one. Not long after, I got an email & call from another rep (Mr DL), requesting specific details for my dream car. He was going to search his sources. We remained in contact, however, I did find the car, close enough to what I wanted, a few days later from another Cars.com dealer. I emailed the KCWM rep to inform him. They are the only dealers I felt were so invested, that I wanted them to know, to thank them and inform, if I'm ever looking again, I will contact them.

John W and Brian H. took REALLY good care of me. At one point, I had to tell Brian to stop stalking me. He kept me very informed of every action taken with my car. I did not purchase my car from this dealership, however I wish I had. I have never experienced this level of customer service in my life. Not only did they contact me during the process they continued to stay in contact with me afterwards. They literally held my hand to assure me that things would be okay with my car repair. Initially, I was frustrated that my 2013 Camaro broke down 63 days after purchased, but these guys made sure I was completely comfortable during this circumstance. I can't say how much I want to thank them for their professionalism and their need to go above and beyond. I truly believe that SEVERAL dealerships could learn a lot from these gentlemen. This is how you earn repeat customers. If I had to state one disappointing factor about my interaction with Koons its the fact that there will be other problems and I will not have these guys to deal with.

This year I bought a 2014 Silverado 1500 to replace my 2003 silverado 1500. There was an issue with the cooling system (Cooloing fan runing on High and temperature gauge malfunctioning) that has been on-going since the first week that I have bought the truck. I dont blame the dealership for this extreame embarassment and pain in the but, I do however blame Chevy's quality control process. I say this becase this problem presented at 500 miles then again at 700miles then again at 1500 miles and finaly the last occurance was at 1800 miles. First the Dealership was told by Chevy to change a sensor, then clear some codes and finally replace a computer. While I am very happy with the dealerships handling of this issue and thier customer service (rental car and taking time to talk to me and following up with me) I am not confident in the vehical any more. I am hoping that the dealership is succesful in working with Chevy to buy back the truck so that I can replace it with a new one. If Chevy does not help a loyal customer like me on this issue then this may be the last Chevy I buy. What would make me extreamly happy is to have the Z71 version of my truck. Same color (black) with the navigation package. I feel that this is a fair compensation for this trouble I have gone through and I definately would not mind braging about how Chevy made this right and Hooked me up with some extra features for my trouble. As it stand right now I dont think that any of my friends or family would consider a Chevy but I am sure if they heard how I was compensated after they may change thier minds. I have spoken with John at Koons and I really do think that he is working to make this situation right but I also understand that Chevy plays a role in this as well. To be honest I have been embarassed by this purchase becasue no one wants to have to explain (over and over again) why thier brand new $40,000+ truck is in the shop already. Additionally, I have lost 10 hour of pay/time off as a result of this issue and I have lost confidence in the truck. So to Koons, Great Job keep up the good work and to Chevy please make this right. He answered all our questions completely, understood I had also done my homework and knew what I wanted, used no pressure tactics and was extremely patient as I finally pondered back and forth. I appreciated his make sure the customer is happy approach and felt he genuinely cared that I got everything that I wanted and was totally satisfied with my vehicle. Plus I ended up with a really good deal to boot! Needless to say I LOVE my new Traverse! I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Lamont and recommend him to anyone for an enjoyable car purchasing experience!

Just wanted to say that I have been looking for a car for about 2 months. I found a 2013 Camaro listed at Koons Cheverolet of White Marsh. I emailed them for information and was followed up by Rob Miller who was very helpful and convinced me to drive 1 1/2 hours to Koons and see the car, best move I could have made. Rob greeted me when I arrived and was extremely professional and helpful. Because of Robs help and the feeling of trust he created I purchased the car. There are a few items that need to be taken care of on the car and If it wasn't for Rob I wouldn't have purchased the car. It was his trust and asurance that the car would be perfect when I picked it up that closed the deal. I highly reccomend Koons Chevrolet!

We are an older couple who has been taken advantage of in the past. My husband and son went out looking at the Equinox while I was at work. Both of them fell in love with it and insisted that I come back after work before it sells. They introduced me to Rob Miller who was the greatest salesmen we have ever dealt with. We bought the vehicle from him that night. It has been one of the best vehicles we have ever owned. We got the 4 cylinder for gas efficiency. It has been a small adjustment going from a 6 to a 4, but a great move for the long term. You have to come see Rob for your vehicle needs. Looking to trade and located the vehicle I wanted online. Made an appointment with Internet Sales Rep and Jim Cropper greeted me when I arrived. I wasn't there to see him but he was very helpful anyway. I was lucky because Jim was asked to work with me. A very satisfying experience! Jim went into action and had my vehicle appraised while he located the vehicle I wanted. The 2013 Camaro SS was not on his lot but he explained he could have it there the next day. In the process of shooting the breeze and finding a similarly equipped Camaro SS to show me. Jim found a 2014 Camaro SS on the lot with the same options. He asked would I be interested in the 2014 if the price was right. Jim worked the Sales Manager and put me in the 2014. Thanks Jim!!

I came in to purchase a V6 Camaro. I wanted to have a nice white one with stripes. I worked with Rob Miller (who deals with aftermarket performance as well as accessories for trucks) and he helped me pick out something one step better. I got into a 2013 Silver V6 Convertible!!!! It had a lot of power, but it didn't have the sound I wanted. He got me an exhaust and intake added on, and a few days later gave me the best sounding V6 around! People think I have a V8! Very laid back, a ton of fun to work with, and just an all around great experience. GO SEE ROB FOR YOUR TOTAL AND COMPLETE SATISFACTION WITH PURCHASING YOUR NEXT VEHICLE!!!!

Picked up a slightly used Ford Mustang a couple of days ago, best car buying experience I've ever received. You can't find a better sales person than Gary Harris. All other members of the team at Koons White Marsh Chevrolet were the greatest. As a 25+ year military vet who has car buying experience throughout the US and overseas, I have to say that Gary is the best when it is that time to make your decision on purchasing a vehicle, makes you look forward to the day when you have to go back for another car.

This is my first time buying a car, new OR used and it was simple!!! The cars were well organized on the lot, they were clean, and the dealership was clean and well layed out. Rob Miller started my car buying experience by communicating with me via text to see if this dealership had the cars I wanted to see. He was funny, prompt, and courteous! As I was driving in (without an appointment) he called me to check in, hoping that he'd see me. As I was not from the area, and become easily lost, he actually came outside and stood in the pouring rain to make sure that I parked my car in the correct area! He didn't even have a hood or umbrella!!! He immediately double checked what I came to view then took me through the dealership pointing out the brand new corvettes :) Then I had a thorough look at the car I came to see, as well as a comparable model that I didn't even realize might suit my needs! Rob stood in the pouring rain for at least 30 minutes while I debated back and forth between the two models without complaining or rushing me once!!! I got to look at a showroom model, then I test drove the model I thought I might buy (the one that Rob had showed me actually!). Rob is the perfect salesman for someone looking to buy a new car without pressure. He is on your side for finding you something that fits all your needs and wants! Even something as silly as color and a cargo net! In the end I purchased the one that Rob had recommended because even though the body was a few inches smaller, the car came with all the features of the fancier model for the same price! (And the color was nicer too ^_^) I would highly recommend both this deaership, and especially Rob Miller, for your car buying needs!!! You will leave happy!!!

It gives me the best of all worlds, great handling, good fuel economy while providing the extra feel of comfort and quiet in a mid size car. Something other dealers said could not be found. Rob Miller was my salesman when I bought my 2013 Equinox. I was not certain of exactly what I wanted so, Rob let me test drive several vehicles to be sure I got into what I was most comfortable with. We did not feel we could afford a new chevy truck but Lamont made it happened and he helped with having the leather seats installed .Lamont made us feel very comfortable and that he really cared about getting us . Spoke to Rob about a Colorado. I know they are hard to get. He found 2 2012's and sent me the information. He also told me he would not lower the price. They have already depreciated in cost. One thing he mentioned was to beware of Nissan trucks. He said they had many complaints probably because of the tsunami I am guessing. We never came to an agreement and everything was done by email, which I liked.

I had a few issues with my new purchance, as soon as i brought the issues up to Christain and Brad in the service department they were resolved extremely quick!
