Best Buying experience I've ever had. I found the Truck of my dreams online, at a very good price point. I called and spoke to Brandon Gonzales and he really went the extra mile. Hussein the sales manager was a great guy too, he wanted to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. They gave me a great offer on my trade in as well, and I walked away from a new car purchase at ease and very happy. OH, did I mention Brandon and Tyler (also very awesome) came to deliver and pick up my trade. Couldn't of been better! I will always go to Koons RAM first. Thanks Guys!

Bought a Jeep here all through email. Flawless experience on all levels. Ordered exactly what I wanted. Waited about 6 weeks and it came. Picked it up and the entire process couldn’t be easier at all. Highly recommend. This dealership and Craig Bender were top notch and awesome. No idea why other dealers don’t offer this service and quality of service up here in the PA area. Well worth the two hour drive.

I had a great experience with my recent purchase of a 2021 Jeep Cherokee Latitude! Brian at Koons did an excellent job of finding the perfect new car for me! I had certain luxury features that I wanted as well as the right color and he found them! He was very patient, low key and professional as I compared the Jeep to about 4 other car models of different companies which were in the same class. I had many questions and he answered them all, one by one. We negotiated an excellent deal and I got a great price on my trade! I could not be more pleased! I highly recommend Brian for all your new car purchases!

We worked with Cristian Omar from Koons Tysons for our new car. We was still shopping around that day and didn't expect to really close a deal. Christian said hi to us the very first moment when we got in and his sincerity and professionalism were impressive. Since it's a big purchase, we asked questions and compared different cars and he kept being very patient. He even went extra miles to facilitate the communication between his manager and us, and we had very pleasant experience that day and was happy with what we got. We also worked with the other staff for paperwork and registration in the office and they were all friendly and efficient. Overall, Koons Tysons offered the best car for us with the same price range after comparing with many dealers in NOVA. I won't spend time to write this if I am not a truly-satisfied customer.

Wonderful car buying experience! Signed up for an appointment to test drive a vehicle, soon as we arrived they were ready with key in hand. We decided to explore other vehicle options and Nicole was very patient and accommodating. During this time there was no pressure to purchase. It was pleasant to not have a salesperson just trying to make a sale, but instead helping us to find a vehicle we would like and keeping mindfulness of our budget. They also worked to make sure we got approved for the lowest financing and longer term option to help get the payments lower.
