Using the Quick Lane should mean in & out quickly. My last two visits were for 4 hours and 3 hours due to things the dealership recommended. Chris Johnson, my ASM, did a fantastic job. I just wish Quick really meant something besides a chance to add more money making services to an oil change.

When I enter the Service Bay, I am always welcomed. Not treated as a number. The service technician always informs me of the processes, the estimated wait time and upcoming costs. The dealer ship is clean the lounge area most relaxing and clean and my car is always returned in a timely manner and clean.When I purchased a second car for my daughter, the sales process was easy and I was not pressured. Good sound advise were given and buying a car for once did not feel like a burden.

Explorer Sport. The service was okay until today. One of the problems that I had was that I could not found my title to the vehicle and the sales person said it was okay to go to MVA and get a dupilcate. Bring it in when I received it in the mail. When I found out that it would take longer then a week, she said that was fine, that I had 30 days to turn it in. Today my husband talked to the sales person and now it was suppose to be in by the 30th of this month which is today. There is no way I can get the duplicate title today, since I dropped off the paperwork on Monday. The staff was helpful.

Service writer Jody Henry was great. However, I don't plan on using Koons Ford in the future because the Service Manager never bothered to return any of 3 phone calls concerning a paint issue. Actually no more Fords in our family, after 18 Ford products. A letter from Ford Customer Care was very condescending.

The overall experience was good but the hassle of the deal was a bit discouraging. I understand the business's need to maximize margins but being told by the sales manager that "We're making $500 on this car" to make me feel like I'm getting the best deal was a bit insulting. Later I found a comparable model for $1,000 cheaper and the price was adjusted to match that. I appreciate the match but the hassle of the deal nearly made me go elsewhere several times. Nate Pack saved the sale by being a wonderful salesman and maintaining my trust.

Service was fine, but vehicle is turning into an electronics nightmare. Koons had it from 10-29 Feb for repair, we had it for 7 days with everything working and now it is back in a dealership in NC because the interior lights, etc. will not turn off. We have owned the car for 56 days of which 22 have been spent in dealerships for repair. Not good publicity for Ford! 2016 Explorer

Anthony is amazing. He recognizes me every time I go and I appreciate it. However, the repairs took longer then expected and made it so I could not get my car cleaned. In addition, I am not getting any alerts when I need an oil change or any other service on my car. This is the first car I've had that hasn't alerted me when service was necessary.

In response to a recall on my 2014 Ford Focus, I made an appointment for service on Friday. I was reminded via email prior to the appointment and arrived on time. I was concerned with a major snow storm approaching that I might be left without a car for the weekend. I was assured that the repair would be completed in time for me to find shelter before the storm hit. The courtesy vehicle took me home while the recall was completed, and after 3 hours, I was notified that the repair was complete and the courtesy van was dispatched to pick me up. When I arrived, my car was ready and I was able to make it home before the first snowflake fell. This was a very professional interaction.

Koons Ford -- I've done business with them for years. Though my experience 1.5 years ago was not good by any stretch of the imagination, I had a refreshingly good experience last week. I was under time and financial pressure to purchase a new car. My son was involved in a serious accident; fortunately, he did not sustain life-threatening injuries but the accident deployed all airbags, which totaled my 2014 Focus.Sales and finance teams earn their living by 'selling', but I was grateful to realize that they recognized I was stressed and they adjusted the pressure, which allowed me to think a little more clearly. Every sales person wants to earn the largest possible commission, be the top seller for the month. But some sales people do it at the expense of their customers. That might mean a big paycheck next week but not next year when those customers remember feeling manipulated and go elsewhere. The Koon's Ford manager, sales person, finance manager listened and worked with me. They exemplified the difference between sales people and a sales professionals. I purchased a new car feeling in charge of making my own best decisions, and not as if fast-talking wheeler-dealers had made my decisions for me. I was on the edge. :-)

I took in a 2013 Fusion Energi for the 22500 mile service. I was impressed with everybody. We were in a hurry and they went out of their way to get us signed in quickly. When it came time to leave, a couple of people dropped what they were doing to check on the status of the vehicle. They kept me informed and things got done in a timely manner considering that they were slammed with work. However, the work was done well and the car was washed. I'm glad that they now have a comfortable waiting area. We were very pleased with everything.

Andres in Financing was also excellent.MY one BIG criticism is that the entire time spent at the dealership was OVER 6 hours --- much of that time was me idly waiting to speak to whomever the next person was. This was very frustrating and a big part of the reason for not giving Excellent as a rating in all categories.

All the other persons in the service department were very helpful when my service tech was unavailable.Regarding the facilities, the individual cubicles for each service rep provide privacy, but having to walk into the garage to access a cubicle was unexpected.

Went in for an oil change and a slow start or weak battery issue. Oil change completed, slow start issue initially misdiagnosed, but finally battery replaced and problem resolved. Mechanic showed integrity by being honest of his mistake. There's something to be said about that. Good work.

Everything was great! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it seems like all the services were done and the car was washed but the inside was not vacuumed. I am not sure if this is something that is normally included with your service but I think it should be. It doesn't make much sense to wash the outside and not vacuum the inside. Other than that everything was top notch!

I was very pleased with the Service Representative and his willingness to work with me on keeping the costs associated with the repairs/service of my vehicle within my budgetary limits. I'm not, however, completely satisfied with the service technicians due to the fact that one of the items that was identified as a fault was not repaired. As a result, I will be returning the vehicle to the dealership to complete those repairs.

I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end at Koons Ford of Annapolis. My sales consultant, Charlita Hearn, worked hard over the course of several days to find me the exact car I was looking for and had it brought in for me. She made the process easy and much quicker than I expected. We handled much of our communication by phone, email, and text, and on the day I took ownership, I spent only 2 hours at the dealership before bringing my new car home. I could not recommend Koons and their team more highly based on my experience.

Came in on Saturday 10-10-15 for a routine oil change.I was told ahead of time it would be a three hour wait. I came prepared to do some computer work..so I said okay. However, you do advertise a discount if you come in on Saturdays...so that is why I came. It took most of the three hours, but I think if you are wanting us to come in on Saturdays, you might want to have more techs to handle oil changes. I can't wait three hours all the time.everyone was verey polite and helpful though. I really like the Koons dealership.

She told me I owed $32+ but I said I thought there was no charge for a first time service since I bought my cat at your dealership. She adjusted it so I didn't owe anything but she seemed very irritated and barely said anything to me. Maybe she was having a bad day but I don't think I should have been treated that way regardless. I arranged to have my car serviced one week in advance in order to coincide with my travel arrangements. I was met and offered a shuttle ride to any place I chose. I chose to wait in the very comfortable lounge and my car was finished in the amount of time estimated. My car had been washed when it was returned to me and the interior was cleaned of any traces of the mechanics who performed the service. The personnel were polite, efficient, informative and that rare thing in customer service these days, they listened. I am very pleased with the service at Koons Ford of Annapolis.

Overall it was great. My biggest concern is that when ther is a problem you all can't seem to find it and say it's ok. Example: the back starts to close then pops up. Happenes lots of times and yet it does not happen when in the shop. Really? Example: when I shift to park and turn off the car it tells me I am not in park. I have to wiggle the shift to get it to respond. Happens lots of times. They said it is fine. Really? I suspect you all are waiting for the ware try to run out and the. You will fix it on my dime. Other than than those things I love Koons Ford and the people are great.

I am loving my new truck and it was affordable and it didn't have a lot of miles. I was expecting to be at the dealership all night but the whole process only took us about 2 hours which was great. Another plus is that Nate actually came in on his day off to help us purchase our vehicle. Thank you so much for having a wonderful salesman like Nate. We will definitely be returning because now my husband wants a truck.

One of if not the best experience I've ever had when purchasing a new car. Our salesman Desmond might have been the most knowledgeable salesman I've had the pleasure of working with. My husband and I both agree we will continue to use and recommend Moons Ford in Annapolis. Jason in finance was very knowledgeable about the programs and add in packages. Over all a very pleasant experience.

It was a pleasure. Staff stayed late to close the deal. I have only bought imports over the past 35 years with the idea that reliability and workmanship can only be found outside the US with my last two purchases being a BMW and an Audi. Ford has changed my mind and spending trends. I am happy with my purchase and looking forward to many years together.

I bought a 2016 Lincoln MKC 9/3/15. My salesperson was Charlita. She was very knowledgeable of the vehicle she was selling me. She answered all my questions, she was not pushy or assertive and when I made my decision to buy the vehicle she came in on her day off to help me with the purchase. Knowing she was going to be on vacation the following week, Charlita introduced me to Chris who would be able to help me with any questions I might have that week. Andres Zavala was also very nice to work with. He explained the leasing process to me and made me feel comfortable with the financial transactions necessary.

I had the pleasure in working with Greg the used car sales manager. I was in an interesting situation and I know he went above and beyond on everything. I assure you I will return to Koons Ford Annapolis because of Greg. We had a very pleasant experience while buying our 2012 Escape from Koons Ford. The vehicle was as nice as the ad we saw for it and the price was transparent with no hidden fees, quite a different experience from some of the Baltimore area dealers we visited with comparable vehicles. Charlita was very nice and attentive and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We later found out the business manager Phyllis goes to the same church as our daughter. We felt very comfortable with Koons Ford and will definitely return the next time we need a vehicle.

Worst dealership i ever been to. Told me to come up and look a veichle that wasnt even there. Complete waste of time. Come to find out the owner was letting his friend joy ride around in it. Very unknowlegable staff. Way over priced cars. Left me standing in the rain for 20 minutes and didnt even unlock the veichle. absolute worst experience

Doug (the manager) was very friendly, helpful and resourceful in finding for us the exact vehicle we wanted. Best of all, Desmond made us feel like family. He had lots of patience while helping us figure out how to use all the bells and whistles on our new Flex.
