Brett is an awesome salesman. I was interested in buying a car and he took a video early in the morning and sent it to me and got me set up for an appointment to purchase the car. The whole time he was very kind and took care of us throughout the whole process. The finance representative Antonio was also very good. Got me a loan with good incentives and was also able to match with a competing bank's APR that I was also looking at. The whole process was very smooth and the customer service was outstanding! Highly recommend.

This was my second opportunity to buy a car. The first time I bought a car I was young and did not know what to expect. I went in to Toyota Annapolis to buy a Toyota Highlander and I had an idea of what I wanted my car payment to look like. I went right in to Henry, a car salesman and he was so helpful and informative. He was very personable and did not pressure me in any way to buy a car. I ended up getting the exact car I wanted around the price I wanted to pay. Overall it was a wonderful experience. I recommend the Toyota Annapolis over any other Toyota in this area of Maryland.

I would highly recommend you ask for Armando at Koons Toyota of Annapolis. Our new car buying experience was the best we have ever experienced, from beginning to end. Armando was an outstanding salesman and walked us through the process and answered all of our questions. Alex and Antonio in the finance Team were very patient with us, especially given this was an out of state purchase. The Koons team is outstanding. Buy a car from them. You will not be glad you did.

Looking for a Toyota vehicle?!? You must go see Mikey Harris! He’s THE GREATEST guy to work with and most of all not pushy like others in my past purchase experience. He’s on your side working towards the best deal for the vehicle you want on the lot. I had a mat ordered and it was incorrect so I went directly to him. He took care of it and I knew I was in good hands. Most of all I must say I am very very happy with my 2021 Toyota Sienna hybrid Minivan. I recommend seeing Mikey for any sales. You won’t be disappointed!.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a car dealership. I have Chris and Latonya to thank for that. They are both very good at what they do! Chris took his time with me to made sure the car I picked was the right fit for me and was excellent at following up! There was not a single moment where I felt like I was just another sale. He’s awesome! Latonya is very good at what she does as well. After talking with me she guided me in what was the best route for me to take in regards to purchasing. She even recommended a few products to me that were in my best interest. She assured me she would make sure I get the car I wanted and she pulled through even when I had doubts myself. I’m very please with customer service I received here and I also really appreciate the fact they didn’t treat me any different than any other customer despite my age.
