I took my sister in to purchase her first car! We were greeted and helped by mike and he was great! He helped her get into the car she needed and wanted. Dave, the finance manager, was INCREDIBLE, hands-down the best car buying experience I have ever had. Not only did he stay 2 hours late to finish this deal for her, he explained everything to her to make sure she understood everything, when he could’ve rushed through the process to get everything done to get himself out of there on time. He was not pushy at all and you could tell he genuinely cared about her and his job. 10/5 stars for Dave.

MRJ Constructors has purchased three company vehicles from Trisha Rice at Korum Ford. We are a commercial building contractor that has built other Ford dealerships but choose to use Trisha. *updating this review to current times: 🦺Vehicle Break in’s on Korum Service Lot-poorly supervised lot by non working video cameras. August 3rd 2020 A Korum employee stumbled upon items on the ground around my vehicle and one other vehicle, police report taken. My scheduled service for the next day August 4th was ignored, Korum Still has my vehicle as of August 13, 2020 The acting manager Brett told me yesterday they do not have a projected date as to when they will complete this scheduled service they committed to do on the fourth of August. Korum Ford has had a significant change over in employees, this being over the past year and a half, service has taken a significant turn for the WORSE. Previous review: I have been a client of Korum Ford for over 30 years, I must say; their standards in practice have always been Outstanding. They carry a positive Team approach and work very hard to help with your vehicle needs.

Brian Camp was my salesman. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He spent over an hour with me after my truck was delivered to explain how things worked. His help was greatly appreciated since I had never driven 3/4 ton truck before.

I went into Korum Puyallup to have the oil changed in my leased vehicle. A very kind salesman informed me that I could complete my three year lease anytime (I was within the 3 month window), as soon as I’d l like. He introduced me to Mike Cook who was very helpful and informative. Mike listened intently to my needs and found me a vehicle with everything I was looking for. He kept me informed with texts and phone calls. Within less than a week, the car I wanted was delivered and the new lease was started! Smooth as silk! I greatly appreciate Mike Cook and Brett Solomon for an their assistance! A++
