EXCELLENT SERVICE & ATTENTION TO DETAIL (Again). Service Desk Rep very professional took all our information. It appeared all the Service Bays were filled.... testament to their Customer Service. Was only in the Service Waiting Room a short amount of time. The Person who serviced our Truck came out and went down line by line of his check sheet and informed us on the Condition of our Truck. I normally don't like to drive from Alma but Krapohl as proven by results they are the best.

It is warranted for seven years. Took my truck in on a rainy day to show them and they said I did not know what I was talking about.. Never again

I usually don't enjoy the vehicle buyng experience. Dealing with Richard Waddell has been such a positive experience; he actually makes it enjoyable and goes above and beyond for his clients. If I have any problems or questions they are 100% ready and willing to do anything for customer satisfaction. I leased a 2015 Ford Explorer last year and they were wonderful. I love the vehicle and have had a great experience everytime. As well as great service Krapohl Ford are a huge and generous part of the community. I have never had such a pleasurable time at a car dealership. Mr. James Yun was polite, informative, and honest with us, and was not the ?typical? pushy salesman I have dealt with at other locations. My car wouldn't start. I had it jumped, and then drove straight to Kraphol. They took it in and fixed it immediately. They also took care of 2 recall situations. While there, I asked if I could have an oil change and tire rotation, which they did as well. My experience to have immediate service without an appointment was impressive. I went in thinking I was going to buy the full synthetic engine oil because I wanted added performance and rather than just sell me the most expensive thing they could, the guy talked me into the regular semi-synthetic for about half the price. He also informed me that it wouldn't have any real impact on my performance, so it was a win win!

I had a loud humming coming from the back of the car. It was decided that the tires needed to be replaced. My tires were checked and I was told the power wheel/tire was unsafe to use. I wanted to buy tires, but none were available. A rotation was done, but it didn't make the car any safer to drive. They said it would be 2-3 weeks before I could get tires. Zero in stock.

The service appointment was for performance of two recall repairs, which I imagine were completed successfully (but have no real way to assess this). Got a new set of Michelins during your spring tire sale. I placed the order and they arrived the next day. Scheduled the install and it was accomplished in just less than an hour. Very efficient and I appreciate everyone's work (desk folks and installers). My only suggestion is to spray a glossy tire glaze when you install a new set of tires on completion of install. If someone spends almost a grand on a set of new tires, it would be cool if they looked new and not so dusty on delivery... lol... But not a huge deal... I cleaned 'em myself when I got home : ))

I bring our Focus, Edge, CMax & F150 to Quick Change for service. The staff is great in caring for customers. There are two items that I think could user some attention. First, it has been my experience on many occasion that when the staff member checks tire pressure they do not fully tighten the valve stem caps. I have lost several over the years. Secondly, in the past door hinges along with hatch & tailgate hinges were lubricated. This extra attention to detail has not occurred with several of my last visits. I know - a bit nit picky. Overall service & price are great.

Where to start? As a younger person I have had varying experiences at car dealerships in the past. It's often the case that I am treated poorly or not taken seriously when looking at expensive vehicles. That was not the case at Kraphol Ford. James Yun was my car salesman and he took me seriously right from the start. He treated me with respect and wasn't too pushy. Anytime I had a question, he was responsive and accessible. He made me feel comfortable with the car buying process and never tried to sell me something I didn't need. I ultimately ended up leasing a 2015 Ford F-150. I have already recommended friends and family speak to James when considering their next car, because I know he will treat them the way people want to be treated when buying a new car.

Have a 2009 ford focus, which I purchased from Kraphol, used about 3 years ago. Needed a battery last January, so I naturally went to Kraphol Ford and purchased one and had it installed. Last week I had to call road service, battery was dead, got started, drove around and came home, later that day went out to see if car would start (battery only 1 year old) so figured it was the weather. Again, battery was "dead" had to call road service again, after the car was running I took it to Kraphol for a battery test. The battery "failed" and was replaced, with no cost to me. Kraphol ford is a "GREAT" place to purchase a new or used car and next time I am in the market for one, I will be there. Thank you for good servicd.

Well woke up and car decided it wanted to go haywire. Didn't feel comfortable driving it, with no appointment service department understood and got me sat up and gave me a loaner. The service I received was excellent. I went in because of vibration. The power washed in my wheel wells for no charge. Then the nozzle for my windshield fluid fell off so they sold me the part and put it on for me. One guy gave my son some popcorn and gave him some paper and a pen to draw with. Awesome customer service!!!

I drove in at 7:30 a.m. on a Monday (2/2) after the heat in my 2014 Fiesta (w Ecoboost) went out the previous day (2/1). I provided information to the service manager and was quickly assigned a loaner car for use until repairs were completed at the end of the week (2/6). My repair experience was quick, convenient, and--because my car is still under warranty--free. The only hitch was that the repair took longer than expected, because the part had to be ordered, was broken during the process of installation, and another replacement part had to be ordered. Because I had a loaner car, I was not inconvenienced by the delay. Thus far, my car is running fine and I'm warm again.

WellI still hear the ringing in the rear of the vehicle and suspect a fuel pump that probably wont last must after the warranty runs out, but nothing I can do right?Car still pulls ( but now to the right) but as discussed, may be the tires, although I expected better from Michelins.** Was not happy though when just after I bought the vehicle, the service / sales manager, not sure of his title, advised that Krapohl Ford would not cover a damaged tire from a screw which appeared to have been in the tire for awhile, (noticed while I was half way to Washington DC.) Question- Was that supposed to encourage me to buy again???- If I owned the business I would have "ate" the cost of the $240.00 tire to guarantee a return customer.Please note, Jeff, the Service rep I delt with this last service appointment was very professional!!.

The staff was helpful. At a previous visit I was told of another repair that was needed within a month. The cost was expected to be in $700 range. After the most current fix, I was told that the other repair was no longer needed. I was baffled as to how a big repair no longer needed service. However, I am grateful that upon further inspection, backed up by three technicians, that the big repair (big mistake) no longer needed attention.

Went to recheck air pressure in the tires and discovered Value Stem covers missing. Have to say that I hadn't checked them before I left, so just maybe the did indeed just happen to fall off. But to lose two when I really never do, would leave me to believe that they didn't get placed back on.

I brought my escape in for the 15 month checkup: oil change, tire rotation, system check. Everything was done very well and in a quick manner. The only glitch was that the Service Tech that checked me in forgot to write down the tire rotation and if I hadn't asked about it when they said my car was finished, I would have assumed it was done and it had been missed. However, even though they were quite busy, they took my Escape right back in and finished everything completely.

FastLane is our top and only choice for regular service... Just a few days before my last oil change on the Taurus X, my wife found that it wouldn't start. A quick jumpstart later, and all seemed well, but it was nice to know she could have the battery tested at her next oil change. The FastLane team put her mind at ease regarding the battery and also her tire treads - all, of course, in addition to quickly and effectively changing the car's oil and filter and completing the other inspection points. Service was good. The only issue I always have after an oil change is how to reset the oil change due time. I can never remember how and I keep getting the annoying oil change due soon message. I then have to pull out the manual to figure out how to reset. It does not seem intuitive when fussing with the displays although I am sure it is simple. If your staff reminded about how to quickly change that it would be helpful. I don't think of it while there because the message does not appear until the next time the engine is started. Otherwise service is great, never a problem and usually very quick.

I purchased my MKZ from Krapohl because the service, sales staff and staff are the BEST. I previously had my truck and LHS in to be serviced at Krapohl's and I was very impressed with the service, repair and every staff person. My truck and car had been in two times at another vehicle repair establishment and the problems continued to exist. I brought them into Krapohl's and they were repaired and run perfectly. When I have either vehicle in for service I am able to have a loaner car. This makes all appointments so easy from the time I bring the vehicle in until I pick my vehicle up. When I need a loaned the staff person kindly completes the paper work, delivers the loaner MKZ to the front. It is just like driving my own car. I told the service department staff that when I was ready to purchase a car it was because their service was so great. When I was ready to try an MKZ, the sales agent loaned me an MKZ for a couple days. This was a great selling point and I after two days I purchased my MKZ. He assisted with all paper work, title etc.Krapohl Ford and Lincoln offers the best staff and service and I have highly recommend Krapohl to my friends. The tech noticed two of my clearance lights were out and I told him I had replacement bulbs in the driver door map pocket. He installed the new bulbs at no charge. James was our salesman and we were very impressed with him. We never felt pressured and he went thru different payment options and different cars with us. When I came to pick up my car he stayed an hour after the dealership closed explaining everything to me and going over my new car, inside and out. I bought a 2012 Chevy Cruze on Nov 21st after test driving it the night before. I had been to another dealer the day before & was appalled & disgusted by the 'pushy' salespeople trying to force me into a buying decision after driving a car around the block, even after my boyfriend told them repeatedly I was only looking at my trade-in/buying options. I left that dealer vowing to never step foot in there again. So I started looking online for used vehicles within my size & price range & saw a cute used Ford Focus at Krapohl & was told by Mike to come in & take a look. No pressure, no feeling like I was getting pushed into a decision. I went to Krapohl right after work & was greeted by James. Unfortunately, the Focus was sold, but he told me about a 2012 Cruze within my price range & encouraged me to drive it to Rosebush & back. I loved it!!! And then James & I sat down & I explained how I was interested, but all would depend on whether I'd be approved for a low interest loan, what my trade-in would be, etc. At NO TIME did I feel pressure to buy. The staff were all incredibly nice from James starting the loan & sale process, Dave going through all the paperwork & Mike spending the next day showing me all the bells & whistles. I've looked online at other dealers for 2012 Cruze cars with low miles & ALL of them were anywhere from $2,000-5,000 more than I paid!! Krapohl staff are incredible & I felt secure enough to go in by myself & not have them try to take advantage of me. I've been told by friends that Krapohl service staff are just as awesome, so I will get oil changes, engine service, tires, etc. from them from now on. Huge shout-out to Dave, James & Mike Yens!!! James at Krapohl Ford was great to work with! He helped me consider all the options in purchasing a new vehicle and was very honest in terms of what would get me the most "bang for the buck." He worked hard to find the vehicle that best met my specifications through a dealer-to-dealer transfer and made sure my requested extra feature of a remote start was installed prior to pick-up. He spent a good amount of time during pickup of demonstrating all the features that saved a lot of hassle in figuring out everything on my own. I found the entire process of purchase very easy. James was helpful but not pushy at all.

Like normal when I have a problem and go in, they get it done. My issue was a tough one because it was here and there and I figured most would have said we can't hear it or its not doing what you said. Long and behold they got it right and took my complaints serious and found the problem and corrected it all in a very timely matter. 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium and had a bad left front wheel bearing. Car is back to feeling as it should, couldn't be happier with the service.

Pulled into service bay with help of the staff and was greeted promptly by service personnel. Oil change was done promptly and because it was part of a recall was done at no charge. There was complete understanding of the recall needed and only minimal waiting time was required (less than 20 min.) The waiting room had comfortable seating, bright lighting to read numerous magazines that were available and they even had fresh made popcorn which made my wife happy. My passenger for squeaks since the oil change not sure what was sprayed on it but it was fine before. Was told it used synthetic oil but regular oil change was done. No new sticker to tell us when to service it again. We have had a great experience up to the oil change.

I took my Flex in for an oil change. As always, everyone was helpful. There is one thing that I wish to note. As I was driving back to Clare, other cars were indicating to me that my lights were not on. I know that your routine is to check this function. However, it wasn't set back to the original position, leaving me to wonder why they didn't go on automatically. In short, it's great that you check each and every function in detail, but please return them back to their original setting. Each time I exited the car, the alarm for the lights would sound. I had to figure what the original setting was. This occurred two times, at the store and then again at home.

I have a 2014 ford fusion and recently hit a deer. Apparently this deer liked to slide it's behinds across the hoods of my car damaging the passenger side door and the whole front end of my car. The service people were very nice when I called to have it fixed. The grill was broke, the hood of the car was lifted, and push over to the drivers side, and the entire front of my car had dents; where the deer tried to jump over my car, but couldn't so then the butt landed on the hood and slide across. I was able to get a loner car while my car was being fixed which help me keep up on my day to day activities. (Truly Thankful for the loner car) I called to check on my car they estimated that it would take 7-10 days to get fixed. When I received my car back it was clean and looking like new. When I went to look at the passenger side I could see the wax job and the paint job. I think it just needed to be buffed out a little more. Over all my experience was good I would recommend using the ford dealer ship and service departments.

I visited many dealerships looking for the truck I wanted. My local Ford dealer (Midland) most certainly could have gotten me the truck I ultimately purchased but I found them to be pushy and I did not like the experience. When I came to Krapohls I was met by Rick Waddell who was a great salesman to work with. Not only was he not pushy at all, we was very knowledgable and very kind to me, my wife and my young kids. I chose to do my business with him because of these facts. I would recommend Krapohls to anyone and would tell them to go see Rick when they come. The rest of the my dealings were good as well. I visited the Quick Lane for an oil and filter check. The staff was very courteous, and was able to recommend the service that was best for my car and its mileage. As a woman, I've had bad experiences elsewhere, with mechanics suggesting unnecessary services. I have never had this happen at Krapohl Quick Lane, and would recommend going there even if you have not purchased a vehicle from their dealership.

I was looking for a new lease and was blindsided by a salesman at another dealership with hidden fees. I called this dealership and was redirected to James (Yun?) who proceeded to answer every question I had with extreme patience and knowledge. I ended up leaving the dealership a couple of days later with a better version of the car I wanted for a minimal increased price.
