EXCELLENT SERVICE & ATTENTION TO DETAIL (Again). Service Desk Rep very professional took all our information. It appeared all the Service Bays were filled.... testament to their Customer Service. Was only in the Service Waiting Room a short amount of time. The Person who serviced our Truck came out and went down line by line of his check sheet and informed us on the Condition of our Truck. I normally don't like to drive from Alma but Krapohl as proven by results they are the best.

I have bought three trucks here. It was a great dealership. Now everyone is new and treat people with no respect. I paid for Simonize on my 2016 to the cost of $600.00. It is warranted for seven years. Took my truck in on a rainy day to show them and they said I did not know what I was talking about.. Never again

I've been going to Krapohl for years and I definitely favor their customer service and fast paced but knowledgeable workers. Last time I was in I didn't have time to wait for a tire rotation so they signed my receipt and said I could come back at a better time.

I absolutely love my new -used C-Max SE! It is a very smooth ride, and has great pick-up when the light turns green. Salesman James was so helpful, and so was the rest of the staff. I'm very happy 😊
