Came here for a used jeep. We worked with Elizabeth and a little with Brandon. Both were terrific people to work with. This was my first time buying a newer car and buying from a dealership so I wasn’t the easiest customer but they took great care of me and my gf. We’re extremely happy with the car. And honestly I feel like we got a really good deal for our trade in and our new car. Really reasonable people, easy to work with. We couldn’t be happier getting into a jeep and working with them. They stayed late and allowed me to be paranoid about making sure everything was perfect. 5/5 easily. They’ve earned my trust

Picked up my new Ram truck. Worked with Brandon for a smooth transaction. No 1985 sales tactics, just a straight forward process. They quickly added running boards and a cover. Love the truck.

It's one thing to have a great experience with the Sales department(which I did) but more importantly it is the experience you have with the service department that tells the tale of how great a dealership is. The service department at Krystal is outstanding. Andy has a great team and is a manager I want maintaining my Jeep Grand Cherokee . The service department at Krystal was the reason I chose to purchase my latest Jeep at Krystal. Keep it up Andy!

The service department person Jason happens to be one of the most helpful, professional and honest service advisor I’ve come across in years. Our VW Routan minivan which in truth is a Chrysler has come across many service advisors over the years and he’s one of the good guys.
