I have a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 Regular Cab 4X4, General Manager Chris Botano is an awesome GM, outstanding personality, Excellent Customer service. Technician Wyatt Excellent. Service Writer I will not mention names because I already talked to the GM about the individual. I rate it 3 stars because of how the service writer handled the situation for my truck, other than that Chris and Wyatt I'll give them 10 stars. My truck was covered under the extended warranty terms, however the tire pressure sensor light on the rear right side was not working and needed to change, however it wasn't, any and all issues that was wrong and was reported to the service writer was not completed. However I still would bring my truck back to Kuhio Ford though I will not have the service writer that I worked with the first time around, other than that Kuhio Ford Awesome job to have such an awesome General Manager and Service Technicians.

Kuhio Ford got me in a new 2021 Ranger. You want a good truck buying experience, and the baddest mid size truck out there, Rellin is the man. The whole staff made it seamless. Beautiful truck, powerful as hell. Sorry Tacoma. Leave you in the dust, and I own 2 Tacoma’s. Words of wisdom, test drive the Ranger before you pull the trigger on a Tacoma. Tech, function meets turbo power. Not even close. Seriously. Glad I did my homework. Paid off!!!!!! Aloha Kuhio Ford for great truck and friendly service all around. Wait until I drive this truck more. 🍒🍒🍒💪🏾

I am sad to leave a negative review,I trusted Kuhio Auto Center with the service for my Ford Fiesta 2014. After years of their” service”,repeat problems in a fairly new vehicle;possible over billing ,multiple issues,I now feel the service department is shady and I do not recommend this place. ——brought my 2014 Fiesta to the service department one month ago ,check engine light illuminated.90$ later,informed nothing was wrong. One month later light illuminates,now the problem is 1600$+ catalytic converter-2014 car,informed that time frame on part was undetermined. Informed service advisor on Friday eve that I possibly wanted to purchase a new Ford ..no contact from sales crew Sat,even though I was a loyal service customer for 7+ years. —perhaps I was judged” not a high paying customer,” but sorry Ford ,i am a high paying customer and am happy with my new vehicle from a new dealership—-your loss

As a small business owner here on Kauai, I believe reasonable and fair prices are important factors for a business to uphold. I brought my 2009 Ford cargo van to the Kuhio Ford to investigate a short in my wiring harness. Prior to bringing the van into the shop I had already diagnosed the issue but could not find the shorted wire myself. Within the same day of bringing the vehicle into the shop the technician was able to trace the shorted wire and fix the problem. Problem is they charged me over $800. They also gave me a whole list of other inspection issues that they wanted to fix for a total of over $7,000. Of which I could pay my local mobile mechanic less than $2000 with all parts included. I will say that Mia who was in charge of my vehicle was very nice and professional. And that is why I gave 2 stars. I will also say that Kuhio Ford was extremely timely in their inspection and repair. Here on Kauai it can take forever to get services completed.
