I knew that Kunes Country Ford in Antioch was the right dealership for me when I started to walk in the door. Everyone I met welcomed me as well. I found my salesman who was busy helping another customer, and waited only a minute or so. I thought I was going to buy used, but quickly learned that wasn't going to work for me. My salesman, Jamie, suggested leasing. He educated me on leasing, helped me find the right car, and walked me through the buying process. Then he set up many features on my car, and taught me how to use them. When I left, I found there was gas in the car and driving this car, a Ford 2016 Focus, was a pleasure. I was very impressed with Jamie and with this dealership.

This week has been as stressful as it gets. As a mom with 5 kids, our family car broke down, and the repair was higher than what it was worth. With a strict budget, Tony Walus was able to help us find a van that met our needs. While working out the financing, they gave us a loaner van so I could still get the kids around. Once everything was settled Phillip Lafata did everything that he could to work within the budget and down payment that I had. These guys definitely bent over backwards to ensure that I had a safe vehicle to transport the kids in. I seriously will not be going anywhere else. I have a handful of kids that will be driving, I can trust that these guys will keep them safe within my budget.

I wanted to take the time to thank Kunes Ford in Antioch, IL. I had a wonderful experience with purchasing a new car over the weekend. I visited the dealership twice and had the pleasure to work with Brian Bohm on both occasions. He took the time to show me vehicles, wasn't afraid to drive with me on test drives (ha) and was very knowledgeable with his Fords. He made my experience comfortable and allowed me to make a decision for myself. Not once did I feel pressured by him to buy a vehicle. I stopped in to look at getting a new leased vehicle through my company. I did not have a lot time as work has been keeping me busy and asked Mr Hendrickson to cover a lot bases for me on this. I covered what I needed in a vehicle and that my company would be making the final deal etc. Mr. Hendrickson was very helpful and went out of his way to make this deal happen in a timely fashion as we did not give him a lot of time to get all the paper work etc done. He made sure we met our dead line and got me the new lease vehicle I was looking for. I would recommend Mr. Hendrickson as very knowledgeable and extremely helpful sales person. He gets the job done.

I had been researching 2016 Expeditions for a couple of weeks and basically had a general idea of what we were looking for. Steve (the internet guy) had saw that I was looking around and contacted me. It was the start of a great relationship. Even though the expedition we were looking for was not on the lot, he went out and found several that came close to what we wanted (Limited model Magnetic and Shadow Black with a bench 2nd row). Steve provided additional information on additional options that would benefit us in the long run and would better meet our needs. After thinking about it I fully agreed. I came into the dealership with the information I had gathered together as far as model, color, price, etc and we sat down discussed and came to an agreeable vehicle and price that fit perfectly with our life style. Our goal was to have it by the end of the December. Steve worked hard for us to get the dealer trade in place, get the new expedition to his location, have the exterior and interior protection coating applied and ready for out pickup by early afternoon on the 31st. One more thing I would like to add is that Steve put our needs up on his list. He is able to multitask(which I like in a person) and get our deal finalized. He was very organized and worked with the managers to provide us with an acceptable agreement. All of this lead to a Fantastic and Great Experience!!

Started shopping via internet for a new truck. Steve Z. gave us internet quotes that were very competitive which brought us to the store with an appointment for a test drive. Once there we were greeted immediately and the car we wished to test drive was ready and waiting. A previous dealership had US waiting about 10 minutes before we could actually drive the truck... with an appointment. Steve Z. was extremely helpful in locating the vehicle we wanted and patient when it came to decision making. We ended up getting a different truck and there was absolutely no pressure to buy extras or drive away in something we could not afford. He didn't try to entice us with rebates or incentives we didn't qualify for and gave us a fair price for the truck we bought. Car buying is not fun, but this was as painless as it gets.

Wow what a great place to deal with. Everyone there was very nice & friendly. Aaron Olson emailed back and forth with me immediately after I sent an email in. Once at the dealership Andrew Keily gave us Connor to work with. He showed us the vehicle we came in to see and after not liking it he pulled another vehicle for us and that is the 1 we bought. Connor was a no pressure salesman and really tried to make a connection with us . Andrew came and talked to us thoroughly about the vehicle and gave us a great deal on it. I had a specific SUV in mind that I was looking for, and found it while searching online. Only problem was the dealership (Kunes of Antioch) was 150 miles from my home in Bloomington IL. I sent an email in and right away got a call from Jim Novak who said it would be easy to do business 3 hours away. We negotiated the cost of the car and other details with several emails, texts, some pictures (including my trade-in) and did the entire deal online and over the phone! It was painless. I put a lot of trust in them and the car without seeing it in person, but I felt confident with the whole process, especially after Jim said they are a faith based group. It wasn't a few hours later that Jim's dad Paul left for the trip to my house to drop off my new car and pick up my old one. Paul drove thru the rain and got to my home 3 1/2 hours later. All done in the same day. Jim and his Dad Paul are just the loveliest people. These are the kind of people you want to do business with. Jim calls to follow up and is available for any questions. I am super happy with my new SUV and the entire experience.

I went in to Kunes Country Ford knowing exactly what I wanted and needed and Max, my salesman, did a great job finding the Ford Escape I was looking for, and most importantly for a great price. He took the time to go through the inventory and reviewed a number of vehicles with me and we were able to work within my price range. The time came again to purchase and we decided to contact Kunes Country. We met with Aaron, told him what we were looking for and he hooked us up. He contacted us and advised he had some cars to look at (ones that we suggested) and after trying them out decided it was not what we wanted. We received our first response within an hour, whereas with the last dealer we waited three days for a solid response. Great service by Joe Demeritt. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat. Was happy with the experience and with my very first Ford Truck! I went in with the intent of just looking around at a few vehicles. A few short hours later I left with my truck. There was zero pressure. I had to get some service done to my vehicle right away (Xylon coating and the Linex bed spray). The service department promised it would all be done in one day and by a certain time. I was called about an hour early to let me know that my work was done! Extremely satisfied.

First they probably will delete this but I bought a car they sowed me a car fax but later to find out the car fax was to a different car so check vin on it also the amount I bought car for was changed after I left and loan was 3 yrs but they added a year on it and kept payment the same all after I left I am in middle of trying provide all info and paper work I have to lawyer and authorities to stop them I have since met 3 other people this dealer has did this to they will definitely say it not true to you but I have facts and proof of it and the truth will come out soon

There are not many times I am left speechless, but dealing with Kunes Country, left me speechless. When I say, they work with all credit, they definitely do! I told Taylor on my initial phone call that I was dealing with credit that was shot down and wasn't even sure if she could help me. She let me know that she could and would help me, so we set up the appointment and I went Saturday, 12-13-14. I also let Taylor know, how recently in the past, I have set at dealerships for over 6 hours before I had someone tell me they can't help. Kunes Country and Taylor Bray HELPED. Taylor was upfront with me at all times, she listened to my wants and needs as if I had A1 credit and she put me in a great car, with a great car note and even a great interest rate. There are so many more ways I could state how great they were there and how they always kept me up to date with the process and made me feel at ease. I am the proud owner of a 2010 Chevy Malibu. I have told everyone about my experience and hope that they visit the car lot and I am sure there experience would be great just like mine.

I've just purchased my 4th vehicle from the most honest and fair car salesman Bob Heath of Kunes Ford in Antioch IL. I truly consider myself lucky to have made his acquaintance about 3 years ago. After I had tried many other dealers that where obviously trying to take advantage, offering me low trade in values and high sales prices I was about to give up. Then just by chance I walked into Kunes Ford and was greeted by Bob Heath and what a lucky day that was. I was shocked! The values that he put on my trade where even higher than I thought that they were worth. And it just got better and better. I was then offered by far the lowest price on the vehicle that I had been shopping for by thousands of dollars. Needless to say I bought. But it just gets better I always take my car to the dealer for its routine servicing and I have now come to believe that the fair and honest treatment that I had experienced from Bob was an actual company philosophy. The Guys in the service department are great! And it gets even better, recently I had been through a foreclosure on my home and my credit had suffered badly. Last week my wifes transmission went out and the car was too old for a repair. I didn't hold out much hope on getting an auto loan but I thought what have I got to lose give Bob a call. I can happily report that Bob not only got us a loan but at a rate that was truly amazing. If its not too late to make a long story short if you are ever considering buying a new or used car or even service you would be a fool to go anywhere but Kunes Ford in Antioch. I believe the fair and honest treatment that I always receive is a Kunes company philosophy but ask for Bob Heath and then you tell me Im exaggerating.

After visiting their web site and narrowing down my choices, I started an email conversation with John Janowski. We kept in touch and set up an appointment for my wife and I to test drive some trucks. This was by far the best experience we ever had. After arriving at the dealership, John had us show him which trucks we were interested in test driving and then he handed us all the keys and told us to take them for a test drive. No backseat pressure or dealer talking in my ear while I was concentrating on the nuances of the test drive. After we made our choice, the application and financing were a breeze. Like many people who are referred to Kunes County, I have less than perfect credit. I wasn't made to feel ashamed. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. I was in contact with Aaron and Lori before I drove from Wisconsin to see a car that I found on the internet. They made sure I had everything in order before arriving. After being a bit of a brat about finding the "right" car, I didn't think it would work out, but thanks to Aaron and Scot's diligence, I was able to drive away in the car that I originally came to see. I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle that day. I found the exact car that I had been wanting, but after only a week of looking, I didn't think I was ready to buy. Had a vehicle I was looking for on their web page. Went to view vehicle and decided to buy if the price was reasonable. Settled on a price after not too much haggling. Sales staff and bus mgr were very professional and seemed to be sincerely concerned over the customer's happiness with car and deal. Other than the prolonged pitch to purchase a very expensive extended warranty everything went well and had the deal sewn up within a half hour or so. A minor repair is needed to the vehicle and the salesman arranged for a Jeep dealer across the street to repair it. Overall, for buying a car a relatively painless and enjoyable experience.

Will recommend to friends and family I met with Aaron Olson on 4/19/14 and purchased a 2011 Ford Fiesta hatchback with very low miles. My trade was a 2000 Isuzu Rodeo with low miles. Mr. Olson worked with me for 4 hours to get the right price that would meet my monthly payment requirement, as my credit was not stellar. At no time was I pressured to purchase a specific car, or any expensive extras. All my questions (and there were many) were answered promptly and correctly. Before going to the dealership I had researched the values of the Fiesta and my Rodeo, and I feel I was given a good price for the Fiesta and a very fair trade in for my Rodeo. The lady who processed my finance information was very thorough and again, did not pressure me to buy extra warranties, etc. Mr. Olson is currently training a soon to be new salesman named Joe, who knew the Fiesta thoroughly and took his time showing me all the features of the car and how to operate them. In short, I have never recommended a car dealership or salesman before as my experiences have always been negative. Kunes Cpuntry Ford obviously cares about their reputation in the community. Even though I was not a wealthy customer or someone with a lot of cash, I was treated extremely well. I will recommend Kunes Country Ford, Aaron Olson and Joe to all my family and friends.

Kunes Ford had the car in the color and options I wanted. Did some communicating via the internet and worked out the details. Showed up a week later and took a test drive with salesman Mike Turney. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. An hour later everything was finalized and the following day I took delivery. All Mike had to do was throw me the keys!

We worked out the details of the deal painlessly through email, and everything that was offered/promised was delivered. I really wish that dealerships in my local area were as friendly, courteous, and FAIR as Kunes, but since they aren't, I would return again to purchase another new FORD.

I worked with Tony in sales and Scot in finance. Both were wonderful. As a first time buyer I wanted to weigh all options and make sure I was making the right decision, Tony and Scot allowed me to do that with no pressure. I told them what I could afford and they worked to find a vehicle that I love. Tony didn't even mind that I came in on one of the coldest days of the year for a test drive! I had been looking for the perfect car for a few months and was pleased to see a number of affordable options at Kunes Country Ford of Antioch. This was the first time I purchased a car for myself so I was nervous about taking the plunge. The sales rep, Mike, was very friendly and knowledgeable making the experience comfortable. Once I selected my car (which ended up being different then what had originally envisioned based on Mike's recommendations), the financing discussions were very easy. I never felt that I was being taken advantage of or that I wasn't being offered the best price. Everyone who we worked with at the dealership was very professional and added to the experience. Was looking for a new truck but did not arrive with the intention of purchasing that evening. Had emailed the salesman (Chuck Anderson) earlier on an F150. He met us and showed me the vehicle. We had just walked out of another dealership earlier and had been given a huge hard sell and were treated like we didn't know what we wanted. Chuck made it a completely different experience. He went way out of his way to answer questions and made sure we knew exactly what was going on. Chuck, the sales manager, and the finance manager all made it an overall pleasant experience.

When we walked into the dealer it was very crowded. I thought we would have to wait for a long time, but within two minutes we met Tony Walus. He Made us feel comfortable right away. He asked us what we were looking for in a new car and what we needed it to do. I told him I would like to have a blue car, and he said he had the perfect car for us. Within a few minutes he pulled to the front with a blue 2013 Ford Edge. We went for a test drive and I fell in love with the car. When we got back to the dealer the paper work got started right away and in about 30 minutes we were ready to drive home in our new car. Thank you Tony for making buying our car such a pleasurable experience.

My husband and I went to Kunes Country Ford in Antioch to look at bigger vehicles after the birth of our son. We worked with Jon Castleman to lease a new Ford Escape. Jon did everything he could to keep our payments down while getting us all the options we wanted in our new Escape. Jon was very professional and friendly while keeping us laughing. That was important to me as I was a little concerned at the thought of a new car payment. We ended up trading in my car on the spot and driving away in our new Escape. I cannot thank Kunes Country Ford of Antioch or Jon Castleman enough for their services. We have been using this dealership for repairs for a few years now and have now leased a new vehicle through them. Great dealership with great and professional customer service.

The Paperwork process was easy. The actual salesman was only with us for about 5 minutes and that was mainly for the test drive. Didnt really show us anything about the car. Was out of there in about an hour. We drove 2 hours to get our new vehicle. On the way home we noticed some issues. When my wife called to see if there was a possibility to fix these issues she was told that if its not a safety issue that they would not fix it. Will probably not go back.

Very Friendly service by everyone. They show us details about the van that we might have otherwise missed until we needed to use them in the van. When we discussed pricing they worked with us and explained where every penny was going. Everytime we went there everyone had a greeted us with a smile even though they were not the one who made the sale. EXCELLENT SERVICE.
