My husband was working with these people for nearly a week attempting to buy a car from them. He gave them a $500 deposit on Friday. They told him Saturday that they were working on paperwork (after HE CALLED THEM), then did not do anything the entire day. Monday he calls then he was told that they had to go through “MGD,” which they had not told him up until this point. He was already at the bank prepared to send money to them. This entire time HE called THEM all but two times. They constantly told him that they would get back to him and send him photos and videos within the hour and he had to continue to call about it. The gave him a lower price and not 2 hours later raised it back to 14,900. This evening, Monday, they SOLD THE CAR to someone else after having $500 of ours since FRIDAY. I would give 0 stars if I could. Completely unprofessional. They also screen the reviews on their website to make themselves look better.

When trying to think of buying a car I’ve been having troubles where to buy and the whole process of getting a car. I was recommended by some family members to come see the cars as they were satisfied with there purchase and how they handle. The service was great, it made the process easy and understandable. I thought it would be hard but it was not. I really appreciate the service of Brandi Leyva. She was great and nice to help me with the whole process of purchasing a car. I appreciate it and I recommend you guys to come and see for yourself.

I would never go anywhere else for a vehicle! The entire staff have always treated me, my family, and friends with kindness and respect when purchasing a car or truck! Because of that we are all driving L&L vehicles and have been going to them for the past 10 years! Steve and Adrian Lara, the owners, not only operate a reputable business, but are genuine GOOD people! That reflects in their staff as well. Rebecca helped me get into my 3rd vehicle recently. She listened and did what was best for me. She made what can be a stressful situation comfortable and enjoyable. You can get that from the entire L&L family. Visit them, see for yourself!!!!!

We went in with a checklist for the car we wanted Brandi approached us, heard us out, and gave us reasonable options. She suggested a minivan for our family that met all of our needs and she answered all of my worried questions with facts about the car and their services, making it an easy decision in the end. Had a truly amazing experience buying our family car with Brandi Leyva. Felt so welcomed she was so kind and caring had an amazing welcoming smile went beyond and above and even stayed late to make sure we had our car that same night. Totally recommend her sweet as a cupcake 🍰
