Kenny and the team at L&L are awesome!!! This dealership is great, I bought a 2012 Ford Raptor from them site unseen and they were upfront about everything! They were straight forward on pricing for the vehicle, warranty and the process to get everything done. We did it all over the phone and via text! This was some of the best service I have ever had. For someone who has purchased 13 cars - this is high praise! Tyler the finance manager was quick to work with as well and fair on pricing for the warranty. Would recommend this dealership 10/10!

I have to leave 5 stars after today. I had a very sweet lady help me with my GMC Acadia and it's stereo & navigation. I honestly didn't know costumer service could be this awesome! After years of going down the road to neighboring competitor and dealing with them & how they treated me poorly, as though I was a burden over the years. This was really an eye opener & a very pleasant experience. Costumer for life!!!

I took my Ford edge in to get fixed. They did not fix the problem. They left my brand new battery that they put in just sitting in the battery box not tied down. It was hard to get Chris on the phone to find out any info. He said that they would get it figured out and call me the next day. It's been over 2 weeks now and still no word. I feel like I payed almost $200 just to get screwed around. Thank you Chris for showing me that I can't trust L and L.

L&L Motor is always a treat. I love their great service. They truly care about their customers. Also, I noticed their pricing is extremely competitive. They don't do the sneaky fees like a lot of big city dealers, so their bottom line is actually less. I love their honest, straight forward approach. I will definitely be back for my next purchase. I can't wait for the new Bronco!
