I bought my 2020 Silverado from here back in June. It was in immaculate condition and had super low miles. Their asking price was very fair as it was roughly 5-6k below the values I got for it on KBB, True car, and Edmonds. I also thought the 2800 I was given for my 2012 Fusion on trade in was pretty good too, considering the condition it was in. Rob, my salesman, made the process very quick and hassle free. I was expecting a bunch of back and forth mind games, BS addons, etc that you would expect when at a car dealer, but there was none of that here. He was also able to get me a good interest rate with a well known lender, despite my fairly short credit history. If you're in the East, TN area and are looking for an almost brand new used truck with super low miles, I'd go check them out.

My experience at L & M Motors was as good an experience as one could hope to have when going to an auto dealership, which most of the time is about as pleasant as a root canal. Gary in the service department was extremely courteous, helpful, straightforward and all the work was done at a very reasonable price I will be using them whenever I have a need for service on our vehicle

MY 2014 RAM 3500 WAS DAMAGED WHILE LEFT AT THE SERVICE SHOP FOR REPAIR. THEY DENIED THE DAMAGE CALLED ME A LIAR SAID THE DAMAGE WAS DONE PRIOR TO BRING IT IN. THEY ARE THE WORST DEALER EVER REFUSED TO FIX THERE SCREW UP NEVER DO BUSINESS AT THIS PLACE

I have purchased two vehicles from L & M. 1 new Chrysler van and 1 used Chrysler van. These people are far and away better than any dealership I have seen. They are low key sales people. They will give you a great deal up front (No salesman running back and forth between the customer and sales manager working on your behalf HA) and then it is your choice as to buy or not. If you shop around, you will come back to L & M for price, service,& good service.If you are interested in buying a new or used vehicle, I suggest you see Leon Hammond, his son Kevin, or any of the sales people at L & M Chrysler in Athens, Tennessee for the best car at the best price.

L&M Motors is my choice for any/all vehicle business. Whether it's a visit to their service shop, or going in to purchase a vehicle they have always been courteous, competent and professional. I know of no other dealerships I would rather deal with, when it comes to vehicles. In short, I know a good thing when I find it and L&M Motors is just such a place.

you call them and ask how much would it cost to repair, they quoted me two prices, because of car having 2 different size engines. told them we would use quote of larger engine. stressed that I only had a certain amount of cash, because of being unemployed for over a year. have no income,no unemployment and no saving. he seen what size engine, I again asked a third time the amount it would cost. Told him not to , I stressed not to go over set amount. He handed me a bill for 3.5 time the amount, then got very rude to my daughter. Would travel 60 miles to get my car repaired before ever using them
