The LaFontaine Chrysler Service Department personnel were highly professional, personable, and helpful. Our Service Advisor (Zane) provided terrific assistance, keeping us fully updated on the progress in inspecting and repairing our Jeep Wrangler. In turn, the Assistant Service Manager (Mitch) likewise assisted in getting our vehicle quickly repaired and in keeping us apprised of the progress and ensuring the repairs were covered cost-free under the warranty. We were highly pleased with the professionalism of the LaFontaine team. Zane and Mitch are wonderful front-line ambassadors for the LaFontaine Dealership.

My Grand Cherokee was hit in a parking lot and I chose to come to LaFontaine Body Shop for the work to be done. I worked with Joe and he was fabulous. I felt taken care of, the work looks fantastic and Joe was wonderful to work with. In today’s world, good customer service is priceless. Joe and LaFontaine treated me very well! Loved my first oil change with LaFontaine! Zane was incredibly helpful with some questions I had with my Jeep, and I appreciated that. He made me feel like he was interested in what I said and that he cared. Plus, a bonus, they washed my Jeep for me! So different from other dealerships I have been to in the past. Thank you Zane! Update*. I have had my Jeep Wrangler now for 1 year. I am absolutely in love with my girl! And I will tell you, I love the service my Jeep and I receive when we go to LaFontaine for my oil and service days. I don’t mind I have to drive almost two hours to take my car in, I love to drive and I love awesome customer service. They are so nice to me and they take the time to be interested in my story as well; not just another old person that is bringing her car in to have her oil changed,,,I have nothing but good things to say about LaFontaine Jeep in Lansing 🥰
