If you want a stress free and easy experience this is the place to go. Dave made the process way more smooth than i could have ever expected and he got me a better price than the other spots i checked. Will only be handling my car situation with him going forward. Thank you for the amazing car!!

I've purchased many of vehicles in my life. I've dealt with numerous dealerships and many sales people. I have to say by far LaFontaine Chrysler's team Jeremy Cheaney and Hunter Murphy are awesome. I told Jeremy want I was looking for and he delivered above and beyond my expectations. Both Jeremy and Hunter showed nothing but respect and kindness making sure I was satisfied every step of the way. I will continue to do business with them and definitely send referrals there way. Derek Smith the service manager does a fantastic job. Had a couple of small issues with a used Jeep Grand Cherokee I purchase. Derek resolved them immediately once it was brought to his attention. Matt the service writer also does an excellent job. Matt acted as a liaison between the dealership and my insurance company. What a difference in the way their service department has stepped up in the past year or so. Professional, courteous and result oriented. Their service department is setting a new gold standard on how customers should be treated. Completely satisfied with the results and will definitely be back for service and vehicle purchases.

Recently leased a vehicle from this location. Dave Facknitz, my sales rep. was absolutely incredible. Everything was done in one day, over the phone. He had the vehicle delivered to me and my old lease picked up. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. He looked at all the options available for me and when there was nothing I was interested in, he worked his magic to get me into a vehicle that I really wanted and love. This was my first time leasing from this company and the excellent service that Dave provided made me a customer for life.

In all the years of buying and leasing vehicles this was perhaps the most enjoyable and professional experience I have had. I followed the recommendation of a coworker and contacted Eric C. about a new vehicle, he found what I was looking for and within 24 hours I was in my new vehicle. What impressed me the most is the fact that I spent 20 minutes at the dealership. All my paperwork was prepared ahead of time and it was fantastic. In past adventures to dealerships I have spent up to 2 1/2 hours taking receipt of a new vehicle. Eric C. was as professional and as helpful as they come and I will be going back to LaFontaine Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Fenton in the future.
