I had a service appointment 9/2. Reminder call came in 9/1. I made appointment for my other Jeep for 9/13. That appointment got lost and was given 9/15 when I doubled checked the next day. We took it in for oil change and front end sound. They didn’t even get it up in the air. We were told so many things…”a worker was on the phone for 2 hours trying to figure out if I had the Jeep Wave, they’re over booked, our appointment only guarantees us a drop off time, 2 guys are out on medical.” No phone call updates, nothing. We finally went up there, heard the BS listed above, and got the car our of there.

Good dealership, definitely will recommend them to others. Also I myself will be back in the future. I recommend you do your own homework before you buy any car from any dealership. However these guys know their stuff and I appreciate everyone's help in my buying process.

Purchased a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee L from them. It’s been maybe 3 weeks and the truck has given me problems from day 1. Extremely hard to reach the GM. They have no rentals available & the one they did have available didn’t fit in my driveway due to my electric fence & narrow driveway. So I’m without my truck or a rental for possibly a week! My sales person is nice he’s goes above & beyond. But the management didn’t seem interested in compensating me or even trying to make me feel better about helping in the days to come. And of course you call & only get to speak to a voice service

They had my car since Monday night. Waited two weeks for an appointment. The car needed brakes and oil change and transmission checked. Today is Thursday I called to see if my car was done and it was never touched. Nothing. I will never go back terrible service. Do not take your vehicle for service to this dealer. You will regret it! I’m going to pick up my vehicle take it somewhere else and I’m calling Chrysler to report this dealership.

Shawn was very kind and helped me settle the issue at hand. I’VE CALLED AND EMAILED Chris AND THERE HAS BEEN NO RESPONSE. This place has turned into a total rip off in their service department! My 80-year-old mother has waited a month to get her 2003 Dodge Caravan repaired. Why does it take forever to receive parts for a dodge caravan? It’s not a foreign vehicle and dodge is one of their specialties. They seem to want to make repairs that were done recently, and they are willing to hijack their prices and quotes for service repairs on an old vehicle, Their mechanics are leaving and they don’t reassign a new mechanic for the job and they don’t care to communicate with the customer the current status of the vehicle unless the customer calls them. I think they owe us money by now. I’d give zero stars if I could!
