The staff I worked with personally at this dealership were among the most professional, caring, courteous, and knowledgeable folks I have ever worked with in used cars. They were just a joy to work with. I didn't feel out of place or undermined in the slightest, like so many car salespeople tend to make the customer feel. They were very respectful and very understanding. They did not pressure me into anything or rush the transaction along in the slightest. They were more than welcome to allow me a few days for the whole deal to close. I am very pleased to have done business with these folks and I would not think twice to return to them in the future.

Yesterday, I got my 3rd Honda lease vehicle (5th total for the family) from Ha. Honda makes a great product. Ha makes the difference. SHE is the reason we go to LaFontaine. She provides the best service and goes above and beyond. Feels like a friend is helping you with the buying experience. My wife and I agree on very little. One thing we do agree on...Ha is the best!!! On a side note, it was a pleasure to also deal with Mark Schankowski. Tons of knowledge, super friendly, and got me out quickly.

I have been using Lafontaine Honda for 5 years when I moved to Detroit. Overall, they have been good at servicing my car. I had a poor experience today. My wife went to Lafontaine with an 11:15 appointment. They told her after 30 minutes that it would take another hour to be seen. We expected the car to be looked at an assessed and given an estimate on how much it was going to be. If it was going to take a while, my wife would have just Uber'd back home. Jim Ream lacks empathy and when I confronted him later that evening about why there was a delay, he offered no apology and was very matter of fact about it. I called the manager twice for an explanation, no call was returned and Jim Ream confirmed that the manager got my message. Unfortunate experience, I will be going to another dealer in the area. I was interested in buying the new RAV4 but I will not buy from Lafontaine any more.

Went in for a simple oil change. Left with 2 oil leaks. They stripped the plugs and took no responsibility saying it was bot a honda plug so not their fault. Very dishonest and poorly trained mechanics. Stay far fsr away unless servicing your gerbal's bicycle and then I would proceed with caution.

I called nearly every Honda dealer in Michigan looking for a fair deal on a 2017 Ridgeline. Lafontaine responded promptly, listened to what I was looking for, found it in the color I wanted, and worked out a price no other dealer could match. Worth driving from Lansing to Dearborn for that kind of service.

I have been around the block a few times with the car buying experience. I have met the high pressure sales person who will haggle and hound you and then get their manager. I have met the here is your car take it or leave it sales person. There is the, can't you go find someone else sales person because I don't think you are serious. Finally there is the, "can I kiss your butt, sure lets take off two tires instead of making you deal with four, that's the smartest idea have heard today" sales person. Luckily for me I have not had to deal with any of those at La Fontaine Honda. First off scheduling an appointment is an easy thing to do. No pressure to put down a deposit to hold the car of my "dreams," just come on in next Thursday and we can take care of you. If I need to reschedule that's not a problem either. Not only that but they also are very open through e-mail. So I could advise her of all the tricks I had up my sleeve before I even got to the dealership. She knew and understood that several dealerships were bidding for my business as well and was please to receive their competitive offers.So I get there take a test drive while my current car was being evaluated by the used car manager. I knew which car I was getting but wanted to double check that it was the one I wanted. When we sat down I was a bit disappointed in the offer for my car but more than understood why. I countered with a different offer to try to get the price down. After we discussed the Truecar off and some of the perks I would receive by going to a certified Truecar dealership. I named a flat price and a total amount I would put down. She did the I will talk to my manager and after a few minutes the deal was done. The negotiations were easy and also not stressful. Some sales people, when you do a counter offer make you feel like you just stole money out of their wallet. With Ha, it was very open and professional, it also moved quickly. Finance went great as well, no high pressure buy this protection package. He recommended the wheel and tire and quite frankly have had problems with that before I was going to ask about it anyway. After that was done, I drove away in my new car and am so happy I went.Ha and the people at La Fontaine are great to work with and a lot of fun. They know me by first name and when I am in for an oil change or other maintenance they all say high and will stop and talk. Ha and La Fontaine really do treat you like family. I never worry about going there or about getting anything less than a great deal.

Recently I had been looking for a car and while doing so tried to make sure it was the right car for me. I hadn't considered honda because I had grandparents that worked for Ford and Chrysler so those have been the cars I have been most familiar with. A few weeks ago I had driven a 2015 honda civic and was sold. When I went to the dealership I felt like I couldn't be luckier and knew I made the right choice not only with the car (2016 civic) but with the dealership as well. Words can not express my appreciation and satisfaction I had thanks to Ha as well as those who worked with her for me. Above and beyond my expectations. I call this mean Dean, because, Dean, means to go all out to get you what you want at the best deal for all involved. After all this is a business so the best for you and those he works for. Dean stands up for the product he sales and appreciates those who come back to purchase multiple vehicles over the years as the case with me. I was referred to Juan Benjamin to purchase a used vehicle and for some reason they couldn't get me approved. I believe it is due to the unexperienced finance woman they have working the deals here because Juan was nice enough to refer me to another dealership and i walked away with a NEW car! I called Juan today to thank him for referring me someplace else and found out he was fired for helping others like me get into a new car? Crazy..Lafontaine needs to really rethink their strategy and if they were smart they would've kept Juan as a salesperson!

I recently came to this location in serious need of a car , my motor had blown in my previous one and I needed something asap for work. I pulled up in the parking lot only to find Juan Already on top of everything , he shook my hand, and immediately took me in and Helped make this possible. We were dreading the car buying process after bad experiences in the past dealing with high-pressure dealers, so our experience at LaFontaine was a very pleasant surprise. My wife and I very much appreciated Dean's helpful, friendly, no-pressure approach when we stopped by to look at used Odysseys. We would definitely go back to Dean if/when when are looking for a Honda in the future. An unexpected bonus was that the finance folks at LaFontaine managed to find an interest rate for our loan that was even lower than the already very good rate that our credit union offered.

I made the mistake of going to another Honda dealership, even though I bought my first Honda (a Fit) from Dean, only because it was close to where I worked. I will never go anywhere else-for service, for sales, for check-ups, for anything. At Plymouth Victory I experienced false promises, zero sense of urgency, and they wasted hours and hours of my time to essentially run a credit check,. I felt "bait and switched" because I model I wanted doesn't have a large profit margin. Calling Dean felt like going home! He made sure to match the trade-in so I could keep my budget, was completely honest about what colors and models were available, and he and his teamed worked the phone immediately and tirelessly to find a HRV 200 miles away. We finished the purchase that day, the car was delivered on the next business day, and Dean helped me set up syncing my phone and everything! He's the BEST! Joe worked to get me the interest rate I needed to keep my month payments where I needed them. Amazing service.

My wife and I use to lease cars and so we would often be at different dealerships getting what we needed and turning around and getting another car a few months down the road. Usually I would go into look at what was offered, talk to a sales person who always agreed with anything I said as being a smart choice and leave with a car for two years. Because heaven forbid if I did not leave with a car I would be talking to a sales manager and another manager to close the deal. Nine years ago and now today I chose to purchase cars. I bought my Accord from Bobby after my old car was obliterated in an accident. At first I did a lease and then converted it into a purchase. I have never had the typical dealer experience when working with Bobby and Ha. First off they are very honest with me, if I have a price point I want to maintain then will let me know what they have to meet that price point. They will talk about but never pressure for the next step up in car but never push the more expensive vehicle on me. If I dislike a more expensive car but like a less expensive car it does not even faze them.Yesterday they took two hours out of there day on a "maybe" it is time to buy a new car. They showed me the CRV which I loved and they worked really hard and found me an HRV which I really loved. They ran a credit check and also while I was test driving Ha got my Accord appraised. They were honest with me that the HRV is a hard car to find and so there is very little wiggle room. The new CRV is also in demand but they can be more flexible on. They spent time learning about what I needed from a car and telling me what they had and what they could get. It was pleasantly straight forward. I don't want it to seem like these are cold business discussion, when talking with them I feel like I am talking with friends about cars. I remember one time while had my Accord in getting an oil change, I was talking to Bobby and Ha that I was considering buying a new car, as opposed to having some major undercarriage work done caused by Michigan Roads. Bobby showed me the prices and as I thought about it seemed worth it. After looking at my budget, the repair cost and my needs Bobby could see I was on edge and not comfortable. He suggested I don't move forward with it. He told me I could probably get another 100,000 miles out of my current car and it might be better to wait. I have never had a sales person do this before. IT WAS AWESOME!!!!!In my most recent discussion the price point on both vehicles might be out of reach for me. I might have to go used if I make a move today and I told that to Bobby that I needed to check my budget. Bobby smiled and said ok give us a call when you are ready. I said I will let them know tomorrow. We shook hands and I walked out. No private meeting with the sales manager, no hassle just meeting with friends. Bobby and Ha make the car purchasing experience enjoyable and fun. I would recommend them to everyone who is looking for a car.

I'm writing another review to let all that read this that I'm making a few amends to the last one I wrote about this dealership. I just want to commend Zach Anderson for going that extra mile and way out of his way to make sure that we were satisfied with everything at the end. This man put himself out for us to make sure all the complaints that were brought up to him were looked at and taken care of. I have nothing less then total respect for this salesman and all that he did to resolve all the issues that were brought up to him after the sale. I ended up walking away feeling much, much better than I did in the beginning! People that ask me if they should go to the Dearborn location I tell to look him up first thing. He IS one of the best car salesmen that I've ever dealt with and would be recommended by me in an instant to anyone that is looking for a new or used car. I brought in my car for a checkup and the people working on the cars are great ,my only problem was with the actual wokers inside the dealership. They were rude, and did not explain to me throughly how things work. They did not want to help me unles I agreed to potential fees,but i was explained that I could bring in my car for checkups with out fees ( I understand paying fees if needed , but can't understand why you cant check my car and inform me of any fees). I just feel dissapointed that I do not feel comfortable bringing in my car alone. Just wish that they could explain things better and be more kind.

The coordination between this dealership and others was astoundingly strong. In the same day, my old lease was picked up, and all affairs for my new lease were in order. Ha and Sam were both crystal clear in regards to vehicle features, as well as all pertinent information related to a timely handover. In addition, the deal had to happen within a specific time frame. My visit for an oil change was VERY pleasant. Wade was my service employee. He was great! He was pleasant, cheerful, informative and polite. I saw a lot of cars in the entrance port when I arrived. I thought I would have a long wait. I was surprised when Wade came out in just a few minutes to say my car was ready. That extra touch meeting me at the car door and helping me in was sweet. We senior citizens love manners. I usually drive the distance to get my oil changes because of your service and informative car maintenance receipts. Thank you.

I was not happy with their service. Before they send you their survey they asked you to call them about if you wont be able to you them excellent service points. If you tell them that you wont be able to give them excellent points. They will not send you any survey. I learnt that dont tell them if you wont be able to give them excellent scores. Just tell them send it and take the survey how you felt about the service.

Recently leased a new CRV at LaFontaine Dearborn. It was our third time in dealing with Ha. She makes the car experience enjoyable. She spent a lot of time with us and got us a good deal. Then she delivered the car to our home and picked up two vehicles we were turning in. Jonathon Falcon's response to my internet inquiry was quick and professional. However once they connected me to a sales person they would not provide pricing information via email or over the phone. Their dealership was several miles away and this was inconvenient. Many other Honda dealerships will work with you on-line (Page Honda and Brighton Honda to name two). They also claimed to be able to provide a Costco discount but Costco did not have them on their list. They still seem stuck in the 1980's from a sales standpoint

Took my 05 Odyssey in for service b/c of a recall on fuel pump cover. 1st time using a Honda dealer. The service at LaFontaine met my expectations, which were high b/c of how I view Honda as a company. Logan the customer service person was very helpful and promised that if I couldn't get a ride back to the dealership, that he would pick me up personally to retrieve my vehicle. The work was done quickly for no charge, and they didn't try to sell me anything. I was impressed.

Worst experience ever with the worst staffs. Our sale person was Dean Snell and he wasn't even polite and didn't have any good customer service being a sales person. Bought the Honda Pilot on Saturday but came in to resign the agreement on Monday and to get the truck but the truck was dirty with stain on the seats and inside the front hood was dirty all around. I told Den Snell it was dirty for a brand new truck and he said he'll have them clean it but it took over 2 hours. Went back to look at the truck still dirty and I was upset that a dealer that sells a brand new Honda Pilot didn't even clean it well and plus crumbs inside the truck. Den Snell went outside to clean the truck but still couldn't do anything so my husband took over and cleaned it in front of Dean Snell. Plus watch out for these sales peoples at this Lafontaine Honda in Dearborn, MI Telegraph cause all they do is talk and walk away from there customers and they will definitely sell you a vehicle with the high price instead of the correct price on online. Dean Snell never apologize to us when we were there for almost 3 hours and plus he knew I was 37 weeks pregnant. Also luckily I'm an honest person so when we left the parking lot, I had to remind my husband to go back inside to give him our down payment for the truck. So my husband went back inside to give him the down payment and it took Den Snell almost 30 mins just to process that. My husband told him this had been the worst experience he had buying a vehicle and Dean got kinda aggressive and said did you want me to go on my hands and knees and my husband said no. My husband had call the dealer back to talk to a manager when we got home and the sales manager Kris Purdy said he already had talked to Dean Snell and apologized. I was upset cause this brand new Honda Pilot is for me and this had to be the 1st vehicle that I bought that was dirty and not clean for a brand new suv. I call back to talk to the general manager and the receptionist transfered me to Jim whom I she said was the general manager but it went to his voice mail and I left a message but he never called me back. So today I called back again to talk to Lafontaine Honda CEO Ryan but went straight to his voice mail so I left a message but he never called me back. THIS IS THE WORST HONDA DEALER AND TO EVERYONE WHO WANTS TO BUY A HONDA VEHICLE GO TO ANOTHER HONDA DEALER CAUSE THIS DEALER IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL AND DON'T TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS WELL AT ALL!!!! It's ashame that even the higher up peoples here don't care what the customers say when there employees screw up!!!! Plus there guest relationship Jessica called and I told her how bad the service was and she said she'll talk to the CEO and see what she can do to help. I told her I need in letter head stating that they shred the 1st agreement that the price was incorrect and she said yes she'll send me a copy and in writing on letter head stating that they had shred the agreement information and she'll send me a couple business cards with her name, phone number, fax number and email to me and she'll try to get me a detail cleaning coupon. I never received anything from her for over a week and so I called her back and she claim she sent it to me and she'll resend me the stuff and if I don't receive it the next day then I can call her. Well I never receive anything the next day so I called her but she didn't pick up so I left a message but she still won't call me back so I had call her again the next day and no answer and I left her another message on her voice mail. It's ashame all these peoples that work here lie so much and I hope Honda head quarters will get rid of this whole staff cause they're not helpful, worst customer services and lie to customers. EVERYONE PLEASE BE CAREFUL CAUSE THIS LAFONTAINE HONDA DEARBORN, MI TELEGRAPH IS THE WORST HONDA DEALER TO DO BUSINESS WITH ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AND LIE!!!!

I had a wonderful experience on Friday, November 7th having my oil changed at Lafontaine Honda in Dearborn. The only thing I didn't expect was that the price went up $10.00! I know prices of everything goes up daily, but this was a bit of a shock. I wish we could go back to the $9.95 price or even the $19.95. We were now at the time to look for another new vehicle, which the Honda CRV and Toyota RAV4 were interests of ours. First I have to preface this by saying that between us and our extended families, we have bought our last 6 cars from Lafontaine Honda and had only had good experiences with them. However, this one will be our last, as our experience has been terrible. Everything with the test drive and the initial sale was fine... until we got a phone call several days later saying that they had sold us the WRONG CAR. The sales information we had signed had a VIN for a car that was still on Lafontaine's lot. Nobody had bothered to check the VIN on the sticker with the VIN that was on all of the documents while doing a deal for the most expensive thing most people will buy next to a house. So we had to go back in and re-do the sales process. The dealer told us that we would receive the title for the incorrect VIN in the mail and to bring it in, which we did. They claimed that it would take 4-6 weeks to receive the correct Title and Registration.5 weeks go by. Still no Title. No Registration. I call the Michigan Secretary of State and they tell me they have NO RECORD of a registration for our car's VIN and no request for the Title! So here we are, 6+ weeks later, no Title and no VIN. I have called both the Sales Manager and the General Manager at Lafontaine but I only get their voicemail and they will not return my calls. Only after I got the Secretary of State involved did Lafontaine finally issue the registration and submit the request for the title.What differentiates businesses nowadays is *Customer Service*. What I hope Lafontaine takes away from this is that sure, mistakes happen, but when they do you go out of your way to clear them up and to make sure the customer is taken care of. Get get the problem resolved. Return customer calls and keep good communication going. That's what customers remember and what they tell their friends and family. While the salesperson was responsive, the dealer failed to take care of the mistake without further action by the customer. Because of this, a long-time customer and future sales business has been lost, and I am unable to recommend this dealer if you're looking to buy a car.

We purchased a new, Honda Odyssey at LaFontaine Honda, through an automobile buying program. It was in every way what we hoped a car buying experience would be (but have rarely found). Everything was completely straight forward. There was no pressure, no attempt to sell us things we did not need or want, and they were very helpful all along the way. Because they did not have the vehicle we wanted on the lot, and had to get it from another dealership, we could not drive off in the new vehicle. But they delivered it to us (75 miles away) several days later, after installing a roof rack that we ordered. Because our initial salesman left for vacation at the end of the day of our purchase, we dealt with a second salesperson to arrange the installation of the roof rack and the delivery. He was every bit as helpful and the transition between the two salesmen was seamless. We are delighted with our experience!!!!!!!!

I recently was able to lease my first vehicle. Lafontaine worked much harder and quicker then two other dealers to get me the vehicle for the price I wanted. I now know why my family has been purchasing/leasing vehicles from the LaFontaine family for 15+ years. Only one issue that I have been having is having my phone calls since leasing the car returned. What ever the reason might be a follow up to a voicemail should be received in a timely matter. Other then this small problem I've been extremely satisfied with LaFontaine!

I recently turned in my leased Honda 2011 CRV from Lafontaine in Dearborn, Mi. I was over on miles and concerned about having to pay 15 cents for every mile over as the 3 year lease allowed 15,000 miles per year. Ha Parrinello helped me get into a 2014 Honda CRV EX (lease) a step up from the SE I had before for a few more dollars per month.. I was well along my sales process when I found a Costco benefit for new car purchases. Lafontaine was the only Costco approved dealership and for good reason. I received a call within hours, was assured they could beat the deal I had in hand, scheduled to meet that day and in the same day Tony delivered the goods. They didn't have my model on the lot so they had it delivered to my house the following day. Hands down the easiest and best car buying experience I've had over the years.

I was referred to Ha by one of my family members with whom she has conducted business. The day I went in, I was supposed to be "looking" around. After talking with Ha and getting a value for my old vehicle, I was ready to make my first purchase. With the help of Ha, I was able to lease my first car with the mileage I asked for, and the monthly payment I was looking for! I am proudly leasing a 2014 Honda Civic. It is everything I asked for. Any car buying experience is a little bit discouraging. You always want more for your trade in, or a better deal on a vehicle your purchasing. This wasn't going to happen this time. I'm buying the most affordable car in the Honda lineup and it's brand new. I was pretty much asking to pay top dollar for it. I really wanted this car and I decided to make it happen. Really wish I got a little bit more for my trade in, but I decided to go forward and just get the deal done. Dean and company did a fine job both explaining the situation completely and making it as painless as possible. I would do business with them again.

I wanted to lease a vehicle but wasn't sure what I wanted or could afford. I chose Lafontaine because my sales person was kind and courteous and listened to what I wanted. I told her what I wanted on the vehicle and she let me test drive several. I was able to test drive a Honda CRV, a Toyota RAV4, and a Nissan Rogue. Being a very short person I needed a car with a seat that I could raise high enough to be able to drive comfortable and a dashboard that I didn't feel engulfed by. I went back to Lafontaine three times and did test drives all three times before I made my decision. I was even offered to take a vehicle home for a day to test drive to be sure the vehicle met my needs. I was shocked at how accommodating the dealership was and that certainly was a refreshing change. I had visited other dealerships and was just about dismissed because I wouldn't commit to a purchase on the spot. Ha Parrinello is a fantastic sales associate. She was able to get me more than a fair price for trading in my old vehicle. She took care of all the finance and insurance paperwork for me. She made leasing my vehicle so smooth and painless. She is very knowledgeable and made sure I knew everything about the car before I drove off the lot. My family was also very impressed with her and I think they will also be her future customers. I highly recommend leasing or buying through Ha Parrinello and Lafontaine. They treat you like family!

I am so pleased with my vehicle. Knowing that my lease was coming due in July, I had been reading about and watching TV ads for the 2014 Accord, so I knew the features I wanted, including the color. I requested exactly the car I wanted and Ms. Ha delivered that car at the best price ( I especially appreciate the rearview camera). My car handles beautifully and is so quiet. Ms. Ha is friendly, polite, patient, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to thoroughly go over the features of the Accord both during my initial visit and before I drove my new car from the lot, even entering my "favorite" phone numbers into the bluetooth system. She is an excellent sales representative. The forms were completed previously so the purchasing process was completed quickly. Everyone was very nice.Thank you Ms. Ha and LaFontaine Honda.

Hello I had an appointment at the Toyota building to get my oil change today for my truck that I bought recently. First of all I had the appointment at 12:30 I waited until 2:00 to get it done. I don't know if the oil change take hour and a half to be done, anyway maybe they were behind today which is fine and i understand that. But I came home parked my truck on my drive way I went out in like half an hour and it was leaking on the drive way, so now my drive way is missed up and i have to take a day off on monday to get it fixed, this is so inconvenient. My car was misdiagnosed and had parts put on my car that it didn't need.I still have the same problem with my car, after misdiagnosis. I told the service person that I was told I need a new starter.They check and test the car and told me that my ignition was bad, so lafontain Dearborn ordered an ignition The next week they put it on, the next day I went to start my car and it would not start up. That why I took my Car there from the beginning. So I called the service person I told them what happened he said well it must beThe starter locking up, ( DA ) so he said he would order the part and call me back with an appointment, I have Not heard from him yet it's been two days, I didn't get an apology for the misdiagnosis at all .I've been a loyal customer for eight years to lafontain Dearborn. They just lost a customer because of bad customerService, misdiagnosis, and for putting a part on my car that I didn't need.

Derek Samp was very professional and courteous. He took the time to explain the specifics about the service my CRV needed and how long it would take for the service to be completed. He also checked with me while I waited to let me know the progress of the work. I appreciated his patience in answering my questions also.While I waited, my salesperson Tony stopped by. It always amazes me that he remember what I look like and even questions or concerns I had about my vehicle in months past! I feel like part of the La Fontaine family especially when I receive a Christmas card from Tony.Another gentleman stopped by (didn't get his name) to ask about the book I was reading. We talked about the music being played at the dealership and I mentioned I loved it! He explained it was 70's and 80's music through satellite radio. ( I think he works in the financial office there at La Fontaine Honda.)Everyone at LaFontaine is friendly and helpful.

We were in the market for a used car for our son, preferably a Honda or Toyota. After checking a few of the local used car dealerships the offerings were pretty bad and for the prices being asked it would not be long before we knew we would be spending more on future repairs.We came to LaFontaine Honda because we bought our 2007 Civic Si from Ha Parrinello. Our sales experience with her was wonderful.Because we had a budget, most of the used cars available exceeded what our son had to spend. And, the cars, though they were Hondas or Toyotas, were going on eight or nine years old. We left, disappointed, but Ha said she would continue to look for us.The next day Ha called with an offer that sounded to good to be true. Honda was offering a brand new 2014 Civic with a 2 year lease and the one time payment was within our son's budget. Needless to say, we signed the papers and our son is driving a new 2014 Civic. He loves it!Once again, another wonderful sales experience with Ha. Her easy going manner and conversation lets you know she is listening to you.She wants to put you in car you will be happy with. Her attention to detail and consummate professionalism provides you with a great sense of trust and appreciation for your business.Also, though the years, Ha sends us update letters and pictures of her beautiful daughters. It is a very personable to stay in touch. Our delightful conversations have been more than just about buying cars. She is a good friend and we would highly recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to come talk to Ha.

We have felt confident in each case the car cost and the dealer purchase price of the old car were very competitive. Ha was wonderful. I had no clue what I wanted and was at the dealership 4 times in one week test driving various makes and models. She was completely patient and helped me the whole way. If she didn't have the answer to a question she found it quickly. She did not push me and always considered my needs when recommending cars. LaFontaine allows cross selling so she was with me every step of the way. I ended up with a Sonata but thanks to Ha it was a very comfortable and well educated decision

I was referred to Ha from a previous customer of hers. The friend who referred me talked about how easy the process was for the last 2 vehicles he acquired. I was fortunate enough to learn a lot about the vehicle (Civic) from my friend, who is a huge Honda advocate. I was excited to purchase a vehicle that I knew I could rely on, and would have a great ROI. When I arrived, Ha was very professional and calm. My favorite part about the initial interaction was that she listened to what I said I wanted out of the transaction, and did what she could to accomodate those desires. We ended up having a road block from our previous creditor (Chase), and Ha was crucial in resolving the issue. It took nearly two weeks for the issue to be resolved before I could get a vehicle, and Ha kept in contact with me through text message and phone calls as often as possible. She stayed late to look into the issue on more than one occassion. In the end, I was able to secure the price I was looking for, and am very satisfied with my purchase. I plan on buying Honda again when my current lease is up with Ford. Before this interaction with Ha, I went to another local Honda dealer. I left there feeling like they didn't have any care for my needs, and just wanted to sell me a car. I felt that at LaFontaine and with Ha, this was a partnership, forged from the beginning. On top of Ha's great service, the entire staff at this dealership was more than friendly. I had brief conversations with half the dealership. It was refreshing. I will refer friends and family to this dealership for sure. I have a lot of family that works for FMC, and this was a huge step to break the cycle. I'm not looking back!

I bought a Honda accord sport 2014 in November 2013, I purchased Honda care and the family shield plan, which was an extra $3000, I got a few dents and scratches on my car that is cover by the family shield plan, they were all nice in getting me to buy this car with the extra coverage, now that I have to use it i'm getting the runaround I can't get in touch with nobody awful bad customer service, I talked to three different managers and I keep getting the runaround from them, I wish I had never bought my car from this place at first they was calling me every day to get me to buy this car now I can't get in touch with nobody, are not returning my phone calls, I was told that they have one person in the whole collision shop for all 4or5 dealerships that they own in the same block., I would like to get a refund but I can't get that, I would not recommend this place for service for anyone buying or getting there car serviced.. Go someplace else the Honda dealership on telegraph in Southfield off 12 mile is a good place..

Tony Falzetta is a good salesperson that doesn't have the backup I feel that he should have as a salesperson. He doesn't always have the answers but he does follow up with inquires. His supportive staff on the other hand are to busy, to follow up. Bob in collision has been sick for awhile, but your dealership still offer the Family Shield plans. Bob is the only one who takes care of this program. I feel sorry for other consumers beside myself who requires his services on any Family Shield contract. No one answers the collision phones. Where is your backup plan? The owner has not replied to busy to phone call. Michelle in business is to busy to followup on messages left on her machine. I just recently read some of the reviews on social media which are not good. I need to talk to whoever is in charge before a talk I decide another route.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID !!I went to the dealership after talking to Costco representative as I wanted to lease Honda Accord through Costco Auto Program. I set up an appointment with the sales rep. and I reached the dealership on time. The sales rep. was busy with another customer and he was cordial enough to guide me to a different rep named Mr. Salama Almardaa.I told Mr. Almardaa that I wanted to know the numbers part as I was told by the Dealership rep earlier that they can not disclose Costco Pricing on the phone which kind of made sense. The rep insisted that I should test drive the vehicle first and then we can discuss the numbers part.I did the test drive and when he came to numbers he started asking me time and again that if you like the car will you drive one home today ? I kept on asking him why don't you tell me the numbers first and then I will make up my mind. The sales rep said that the numbers can change anytime and I don't know whether it will be $30 or $40 higher the next day. Till this point I never got the numbers. As a customer and as a Costco member I did all those steps that were required to know the numbers and the only reason of me driving to the dealership miles away was just because of the numbers. In the end I asked him at least if he can tell the numbers as of today. I get a simple hand written blown out note explaining nothing. No mention about the terms, offers or breakups.Very Displeased and I don't think this is the customer service that one should deserve.

Our first inquiry for a car from Lafontaine Honda was answered by Ha Parrinello who turned out to be the most pleasant, courteous and honest car sales person that we ever talked to. Over the phone we gave Ha the features of the car that we were looking for. She promised to call us back and she made good on her promise. Ha called us back to inform us that she found a car for us in the color that we wanted and that it was in stock. She also gave us her honest price. So we went to the Lafontaine dealership on Telegraph Road in Dearborn to look at the car. The car was already prepped for delivery when we arrived at Lafontaine Honda. The rest was truly a no-hassle deal all the way. We finally met a car sales person that we enjoyed working with. Ha also worked real hard to make it possible for us to drive the car home that same night. Even though we did not get any free oil changes similar to what that other dealers offer, we are still happy to recommend Ha and her dealership to our friend and relatives. Ha Parrinello is an outstanding and a model sales person. Ha is truly a great asset to the Lafontaine Honda dealership.

Let me just say kudos to LaFontaine Honda in Dearborn, MI., and especially to our sales professional, Ha Parinello, and Finance Manager Joe Neff. Both were such a joy to work with, and they made finding the right car such an easy and positively pleasant experience. My husband and I found ourselves in a bit of a crisis, needing a new car late on a Saturday afternoon so he could get to his new job that coming Monday morning. Thank goodness for LaFontaine... especially Ha Parinello, who helped us resolve the crisis in record time! She is just such a nice, sweet, professional person who really had our best interest at heart, and bent over backwards to help us! This was my second Honda from Lafontaine, and specifically from Ha. I am definitely a return customer and will recommend LaFontaine and Ha to all my family and friends.

Ha, I believe is the only one, who knows the products she sells. She successfully fought for me to get my speedo replaced when the car was 3 months old with 2000 miles. Other dealers said they would not replace it since, they did not know the miles.DUH!!! I only buy on price. She has given me the best prices on 5 cars. Don't waste your time with other dealers. VH was obnoxious, TH was difficult to get an out the door price and could or would not quote equal car, SH pretty much gave up when they knew I was dealing with LF. SH was upset because their last 5 quotes were higher than LF so that's why they did not get the business. So, go to LaFontaine and ask for HA. It is too much stress to deal with other dealers selling the same product. Others blow their horn about how "great" their service dept is. Buy a Honda and you will not need service. I'm on my 4th Honda and highly recommend HA at LaFontaine for any new car.

Buyers Beware! Manager tried to swindle us on the trade in value of our vehicle by over $5,000 (KBB)We were referred to the dealership through a Costco "discount" program. Any discounts are apparently made up by reductions trade in values. A complete waste of time and energy.

My family has been returning to Ha Parrinello, for very many years now, possibly close to a decade. This was my second experience with Ha and both times she's been really wonderful. I am not a seasoned car shopper, so she's really helped point out some beneficial features that I wouldn't have even noticed that fit in well with my lifestyle, and I got a nice feeling that she wouldn't let me settle until the right option was chosen. Tamika Thomas was such a breath of fresh air for a car salesperson! She was not only friendly and knew her products, but also the right combination of gentle persuasion and knowing when to back off. I hadn't been in a dealership in 13 years and I did not relish dealing with a pushy salesperson who had to make numbers for end of the month. I never got that feeling from Tamika. She accepted my statement that I wanted to look at a competitor's product and crunch numbers on my own. She checked in with me on a timely basis and I appreciate her professionalism. I will definitely recommend her to anyone I come across shopping for a new vehicle.

Signed contract for vehicle with 15,.000 miles, recieved bill showing contract shows 12,000 miles and Mr. Bobby Adams has failed to retuned call or set up appointment to discuss this problem..He states that theorectically I am stuck with a contract that I dont agree with, and after 21 days I still do not have a copy of. He states that there is no boss at dealership I can talk to and that I can not come in an talk to finance manager, Mr. Dan LaFontaine who sold me the car, Mr Adams my supposed saleperson and I feel that he has no concern for me and my feeling that I have been violated and disrespcted now that you have a signed contract that I do not have a copy of or agree with.

I had been driving a 1999 Accord with 130,000 miles on it and had no intention on getting a new vehicle until my husband and I adopted our second child In April of 2012. Our other child is 6 years old, and within a few months, it was clear that we needed a vehicle with more space...not to mention something easier to get the kids in and out of. My husband and I looked at both the Chrysler Town and Country van and visited the Honda dealership where we purchased my Accord (Jeffrey Honda). While the Chrysler was less money, I really wanted to purchase another Honda because I loved my Accord and feel a sense of loyalty to the brand. Surprisingly, the sales person at Jeffrey was not willing to work with us much on the price, and we walked away from the dealership feeling discouraged. My husband then contacted your dealership online and Ha contacted him and went out of her way to assist us in finding the Odyssey we wanted with all the options. She was a pleasure to deal with and made it very convenient for us. Within a few days, she had arranged financing, trade-in for my Accord, and we were picking up the new Odyssey. Ha is a pleasant professional and answered all of our questions as well. We will recommend her to friends and family members without question.

I have been a Honda owner since 1998, my first dealer experience was very poor-(they are no longer in business). When I determined to explore owning a van I looked at many different Brands but found the Honda Odyssey to be the finest auto at the time. (2003).This was a lease van and I found it to be so enjoyable I decided to purchase a new one in 2005. Both of these vans were through LaFountaine on Telegraph road. The service, the sales and personal have all been very friendly, forthright and I believe honest in any dealings with me. I wanted to purchase two new rear tires for my Pilot. However, my intent was to make an appointment for for the following week. One rear tire was low, and after filling it with air, the air began to 'ooze' out! This turn of events meant a visit to your service department a week early, without an appointment. No problem! I had my oil changed and two new tires! As always, I had fast, friendly, quality service from the excellent, if not Awesome Staff in your Service Department. We experienced a problem with the engine fans and because of the price to fix as well as the high mileage, decided to purchase a new vehicle. When purchasing this vehicle, we were in the dealership for well over six hours waiting for various employees to acually show up and help us. We were pressured to give them all excellent ratings, stating that Honda Corporation accepts nothing less, but they gave us far less than EXCELLENT service. Since recently paying this car off early, I have called this dealership numerous tmes to try to obtain information about my potential refund on gap insurance, credit life insurance and extended warranty after paying my car off. I have talked to numerous people, left numerous voice mail messages, been cut off, dealt with people who do not know whether or not individuals have voice mail "set up," etc. The telephone number that was provided me as the Honda number i actually the Toyota number (which hasn't stopped them from taking my name and telephone number numerous times, despite that fact that they are Toyota and I had a Honda).In frustration, I have recently called to talk to the dealership owner, who never seems to actually be AT the dealership. People at this dealership are friendly until you close the deal, then they can't possibly care less about service, and apparenly few of then know how to use a teephone. Today's frustration: A female phone robot who kept repeating that she just works Saturdays answering the phones and doesn't known what is going on. She did provide me with the extension for Joe Neff, who is the latest person I am supposed to speak with, but then she disconnected my call trying to transfer me to his voice mail. She also stated she was not sure if his voice mail was "set up" or not. Why would anyone at any business have a voice mail that was not "set up."

I purchased a Honda Element from LaFontaine 2 years ago , and went to get my oil changed. While there I was approached by Salama who asked if I was being helped, I advised that I was there for an oil change but that I wanted to know more about the equity trade in email I received. Salama explained how it worked and the details of the event. I told Salama that I would only be interested in another vehicle that was AWD, since that is what I was driving. I did not have time to stay that day, so we agreed that I would return the next day.Saturday I returned to the dealer with my husband, we sat with Salama going over what options we were looking for etc. I was offered two CRV's to look at and drive. The sales experience I had with Salama far surpassed that of the Element. Salama was extremely knowledgeable and went over every detail of the sale as well as every option on the vehicle itself. Meanwhile my husband inquired about trading in his vehicle, Salama showed him an Accord that was in the showroom, the husband liked it so much...we ended up trading in both vehicles. While waiting for some information to come back on my car, Salama drove my husband back to our house to pick up his trade in.We are so impressed with the sales experience we had with Salama . La Fontaine has gained itself two new loyal customers.

I came in on a Saturday for my maintenance oil change. I saw my sales person Ha Parrinello and I remembered that she had sent a letter to me that said that I could get out of my lease early and trade up. Of course I figured that it was too soon considering I had the car for only one year. I was surprised to learn that I was able to leave there with a 2012 Honda Accord that is fully loaded (the car is sharp !) and she (the Accord) has a nice ride as well! What makes it even better was my payment was lower as well. I have made a commitment to this dealer because when no others would be there for me,, Ha Parrinello and the staff at Lafontaine Honda are there for me to make sure that I can get what I want. You should come in a give them a try. I know I may sound like their commercial but,,, they really do treat you like family! The reason we keep going back is because she doesn't play the sales game with us like some other dealers and agents we've had in the past. Ha finds out what we want and need and does everything she can to meet our needs. She is very low key, but very knowledgeable about her product line. She truly has your best interest in mind when you deal with her. Last year, Ha went out of her way to help us turn in a Honda our son bought in another state. She didn't get paid for any of that. Ha is not just a sales person to us, she is a friend. My father recommended seeing Ha when my wife's Toyota Yaris lease was up. Although we couldn't come to a compromise on a Honda vehicle, Ha was very helpful in researching all makes/models in the LaFontaine family. My sister recommended that I see Ha when I told her I was going to trade my current Honda in as my lease was up. She had bought 3 Honda's from Ha in the past few years. The dealer that I had previously used had left the dealership I had always gone to and the last I had heard was no longer selling cars, but working in the finance department, so I needed to see a new sales person. I live in Fenton Michigan, yet I bought a 2012 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite from LaFontaine Honda in Dearborn Mi, which is more than 60 miles away. In fact, there are at least a dozen Honda dealerships which are a closer drive than LaFontaine. Initially I contacted the three Honda dealers closest to me (actually visited two of them and test drove at one of them) and while everyone was friendly enough, I knew I was getting some common sales techniques applied to me when it came to determining how much I was going to pay to put this vehicle in my possession. For example, quoting me a price then finding out during the finalizing process that the price I was quoted was for a less expensive model and that MY vehicle was going to cost more. I could go on. I decided to contact LaFontaine on a whim because I am friends with a number of people who have have had fabulous experiences with LaFontaine, in the areas of both new car purchases and repair service.At this point I must say that I am probably a customer at the extreme end of doing pre-purchase research on every aspect of the vehicle I want to buy. I go to the auto show to examine the car, I read all automotive press articles I can find, I talk to people (even strangers willing to talk) who own the vehicle I'm interested in, and I find out every real aspect of what the car actually costs the dealer to obtain and sell the car. So I end up calling LaFontaine Honda (the fourth dealer I contacted) and was referred to a Sales Professional named Bobby Adams. I told Bobby who I was and very specifically what I was looking for, but made no mention of having contacted any other dealerships. The out the door price Bobby quoted me was low - no, make that VERY low. I was so sure he either was forgetting to add sales tax or was quoting a price for a lower model, that I did what I'm sure few customers ever do, I asked Bobby if that price could possibly be correct - it seems too LOW! I added that I was not meaning to be disrespectful in questioning his quote, I just found it difficult to believe the on-the-road price quote I received. Bobby just laughed in a friendly "no problem" kind of way and said not to worry. He offered to have his General Sales Manager, Don Poley, give me a call to assure me everything was on the level. So sure enough, Don Poley calls me within 10 minutes and goes over every figure with me, one by one, from what Lafontaine paid for the car all the way to the price I was quoted, and it was indeed for the exact car I was looking for. Without getting deep into specifics, the price I was quoted was THOUSANDS less than the next best price I was offered at the other dealerships. While price isn't everything, dealing with thousands of dollars price difference does matter quite a bit. And here is where things get even better.I was looking for a white exterior color and a dark (truffle) interior color. Bobby Adams found several in the area and arranged to pick one up from, of all places, the first dealership I had contacted. The day he was to pick up that vehicle, he was told he couldn't have it (for reasons I was not told). Bobby immediately called me to apologize and stress to me that he would find another vehicle for me very soon. It took less than a day and Bobby called to say one had been found and that I could pick the car up in about three business days. It was one they had to pick up from a dealer on Detroit's east side. Sure enough, I was able to pick the car up three business days later and even though he offered to deliver the car to my house, I elected to pick up the car and finish off the final paperwork at the LaFontaine Highland, MI Cadillac, Buick, GMC dealership since I work near that location. Everything I was told or promised by Bobby or by LaFontaine occurred exactly as they said it would. I received a fabulous price on a vehicle that is well known for dealers not having much willingness to negotiate on. I received top notch service from Bobby and Don in every aspect of this transaction. I was able to do all of this without ever physically going to the dealership in Dearborn. One week before I made my first call to LaFontaine, I couldn't have imagined I could do business like this - now here I am, almost in awe of the fact I could get an amazing deal on a vehicle from people that delivered on every promise they made, and never step foot into the actual showroom.Now the icing on this cake: About the time my 15 day temporary license tag was to expire, I called LaFontaine Honda and was connected to Don Poley. I was asking if he could check on the status of my permanent license plate (for some reason, I thought the plate was going to be mailed to me directly from the Secretary of State, even though nobody ever told me that). Don told me the plate was at their dealership. Since Don lives about 10-15 miles from me, he offers to deliver it to me that day. That particular day, I had to work late and before I could call Don to tell him I wouldn't be able to meet him at a reasonable time, he had already left me a message telling me the plate was behind the storm door of my house! Yes, he actually delivered it to my home!In all, this kind of treatment in every aspect of this experience is what makes and keeps loyal customers. I am fiercely loyal to those who treat me well and do what they say they will do - and even more so when they go above and beyond my expectations. As a result, unless given a reason otherwise, I will ALWAYS take my business to LaFontaine and direct those who ask my advice to first check out LaFontaine. They call themselves "The Home Of The Family Deal". Now I know, it's not just their advertising slogan, it's the way they really do business.

Hi I would like to thank Ha Parrinello for her hassle free friendly and knowledge of the Honda vehicles. She went above and beyond by not only filling the gas tank personally, but made sure all of my questions were answered. Some of the other staff at Lafontaine helped also, when I came in and Ha was busy with another customer. The whole experience was hassle free no pushing to sell me anything I did not want and only seemed to want to please me. Everyone at Lafontaine went above and beyond to help make my new car buying experience a very nice one! I decided to buy a Honda CRV EX L with navigation and love the car. This is the third Honda I have purchased and I will continue to not only purchase my next Honda from Ha at Lafontaine, but will have it serviced here as well. Have never had any negative things happen and have been very happy. They have shuttle service if you require a ride to work, as I have in the past, and am sure I will again. Our salesperson, Kim Moore, was very helpful and cooperative. She worked very hard to get us a great price and just the car we wanted. Even though it was just a week before Christmas, she spent lots of time with us. We test drove several cars before deciding on a Civic. I plan to go to LaFontaine for all my service needs. Kim even got the manager to match the trade-in value and price that another Honda dealer quoted us. We are very satisfied. My husband and I highly recommend Kim.

This is my third Honda vehicle that I have leased from Ha at Lafontaine Honda and as always I am very happy with the experience. My Honda Accord Lease was coming up, and it was time to upgrade to an SUV do to the expansion of my family. I had kept in contact with Ha through telephone and emails with repsect to what deals were out there on current Honda leases and finally was ready to pull the trigger on a 2011 CRV. The entire experience was very low key. I am always up front with dealers about my expectations for MSRP, sale price, and my desires as far as payments go, and I'm not really into "haggling" on prices. When I come in, I give what I'm willing to pay, and Ha is always up front with me about whether or not this is a realistic expectation. I enjoy that she is very down to earth, and never tries to give me the hard sell. In general I hate walking around the sales floors of department stores, auto dealerships, shoe stores, and anywhere else where someone is trying to give me the "hard sell". This is not my experience at Lafontaine. Ha answers all of my questions, and then she has some questions of her own to guage what my needs are. From there its a mutual process where she provides me with useful information on the entire process and I'm free to make a decision without someone breathing down my neck. Overall I think that they make the process very simple to understand and everything feels like it is taken care of for you.Unfortunately I'll be moving about two hours away from the dealership pretty soon, but I don't think that will stop me from coming back to Dearborn to lease/buy my fourth vehicle from Ha at Lafontaine Honda. Once you find a good thing, stick with it.

My husband and I were in great need of a new vehicle and we were ready to purchase from LaFontaine. Walked into the dealership late at night, met Kim and the service began! She was a bubbly, professionally poised, get-it-done kind of woman. We sat and she did all the work. Called for insurance, detailing, paperwork, more paperwork and even personally filled the gas tank. The other salesman joined in to help too. Within two hours we were sitting behind the wheel of our vehicle driving home. What a painless whirlwind-of-a-deal she got for us. It is NEVER a pleasure to give up your hard earned money for anything but she sure made it easier. I had an absolutely horrible experience at this dealership. I took my 2000 Accord in for a "diesel" like sound the engine was making. Was told a belt needed to be replaced and also front brake pads and rotars needed something to the tune of $835. Fine, so be it. When my car was "ready", it failed to start. They were able to finally get it to start, and told me that this was a fluke and that I'd be guaranteed to not have this problem again. The guarantee was that all $835 would be refunded (verbal agreement with a hand shake). 3 days later, I was stranded with a car that would not start. Been going round and round, being told that the Service Manager, Mike does not have the proper authorization to make that kind of promise. As a customer, how am I supposed to know who has authorization? He was the manager of the service department. The service all around was horrible, having to wait an entire day with no contact as to whether or not my car was being serviced. Don't get me started on the rental car company they use - I had to return the vehicle early and pick up a new one because they sold it. What a major inconvenience. I will never ever come here again.

I came in to LaFontaine Honda on the recommendation of a coworker who recently leased a car from Kim Moore. It was truly a no pressure visit. I felt comfortable while looking at my options. Kim was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. I have bought few cars in my life but I have to say this was my best experience yet. I was treated with the outmost respect and care by these people. Kim Moore is an outstanding dealer and a wonderful individual. She treated me like family. She didn't let me leave the place without me being comfortable with everything regarding my car. I have asked her numerous questions about the car and she always was prompt and pleasant about all my concern. I never met her before but I feel like I known her forever and that she really cares about me and my feeling/concerns and not only to make a sale. She is the old fashion car saleswoman that puts her heart and soul in her work and cares about people. I wish there were more people like her out there. I was on the verge of changing my mind but she was the one who kept me on the path. I'm glad that I stuck with her and I got my dream car. I don't think that I would like to go back to Lafontaine if she was not there anymore. Thank you Kim you are amazing!

You gotta go see Kim Moore! She set us up big time and kept us up to day throughout the process. We had a Pilot in mind and when they found one that had to be driven from Milwaukee, I asked if she could possibly find one closer so as not to purchase a new car with 400 miles on it. Yeah, I was being overly picky, but she found one much closer within a couple days and we now have an awesome new SUV. Great service - met sales manager, service manager, GM. All extremely friendly and appreciative of our business. Will take my business to LaFontaine even though they are a bit further away.

I traveled three hours each way to buy my new Honda from LaFontaine. This is the second new Honda Odyssey we've purchased from LaFontaine. Other people think we're crazy to drive so far to buy a car, but I think they're crazy to pay so much. I had received a preapproved mailing from LaFontaine and thought it was not legitimate. I had my doubts about going, as we needed a second vehicle very badly and URGENTLY. However, I called the toll-free number and someone called me back immediately. We then set the appointment for the following day, and I was told what I needed to bring to the appointment. Upon arrival there, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Mike's assistant, Carrie, was a gem. She made me and my husband feel very comfortable and at ease, while she completed the necessary paperwork for us. Despite our credit issues, her nor Mike made us feel unworthy of getting financed for a vehicle. Mike Curry assured us, that he was doing everything in his power to get us a vehicle, and he came through on his word. Then, we were introduced to Ha, who was really a down to earth and caring person. I have never been treated like that a dealership. EVER!!! I have had experiences at large businesses, which were not so pleasant. But, boy oh boy, how Lafontaine's staff changed my impression. Everyone that we encountered, made us feel as though they wanted us to have the vehicle we selected. Even the sales manager, was just so kind and nice to us. Ha, did above and beyond her call of duty, in my opinion. She made sure that our vehicle was nice and clean, and with a full tank of gas. Her assurance of the whole process, put me at ease. She walked us through the features of the new vehicle, and even did demos for us so that we would ride in comfort. What more could you ask for in a dealership, and better yet even your sales consultants? In my opinion, they have the best people on their team. This experience has been A1, from the moment I walked in the door. So to anyone, anyone, having doubts about going to LaFontaine-don't worry. They got your back!!! I loved my experience, and meeting everyone in the LaFontaine family group, that assisted us! I have found me a new dealership, and won't be purchasing from anyone else in the future. I mean really what type of consultants, give you their cell numbers to be available for anything after your purchase? See, this is personalized service. Love you LaFontaine Family!!

Entire experience was a positive one as the salesman, William Orr, was able to identify the car a wanted, for the price I wanted in a matter of less than 30 minutes. The enitre process was efficient, courteous and professional. After the necessary paperwork I was able to drive the car off of the lot. This is the second car purchased from Lafontaine Honda and I intend to continue the relationship. No gimmicks or "fine print" in any of the dealings with the staff, everything was explained and the numbers were exactly where I was comfortable. An overall completely positive experiece. Thanks!

I am 20 years old and this was the first car buying experience for myself. I went to go see Ha and she more than helpful, made sure all my questions were answered. I did not buy a Honda, but rather a KIA but I still worked with Ha and i couldnt of asked for a better sales person. She went above and beyond to help me find the right car for me, even after the 3 hours spent driving like 5 different cars. Malcolm was also very helpful in buying my car they knew which one i wanted and helped me get that car. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in buying a car. I will probably never go anywhere else to purchase a car.

We visited the dealership late last year when we first thought about getting a new car. Ha showed us a few vehicles, but we ultimately decided to put the car search on hold. When my car needed an expensive repair all of a sudden, we decided not to fix it and buy a new car. We came straight back to Ha. I liked her as a salesperson because she didn't pressure us, she took time with us even though it was the end of the day on a holiday weekend and she seemed genuinely concerned in getting us the right car/deal for us. We ended up leasing a Honda Odyssey and we love it!

I just got my 3rd new honda from Ha at Lafontaine. What can I say. Ha is terrific, the price was good and they did a great job delivering the new vehicle.I have been very happy with the brand but the dealership is the tipping point for me. I left Ford partly due to product quality issues but mainly due to poor service. That has never been a problem at LaFontaine.Ha has always impressed me with her attention to detail. She remembered from my first visit 5 years ago that I don't like the dealer frames around my license plate and that. It is a small detail but it shows she takes the time to mind the small details.If you visit this dealer make sure you work with Ha. She is the best salesperson I have ever worked with.

I want to personally thank Mike & Ha Parrinello (sorry Mike I cant remember your last name):O). After losing the employment of my husband, things changed drastically! I have been trying to get a good and reliable transportation to my commute to my new job. Mike understood that I did not want to waste his time. Let me just say this; Little things mean a lot to some of us. Mike told me, You are not wasting my time, come on in you are approved! He calmly talked to me respectfully, understanding and just plain neutral about what to expect. Then he told me, We may not get you that truck you want, but Katrina we will get you a car! I was impressed with Ha as well. She comforted me, and really understood the tears. behind my hurt of having a commitment to that Daimler Chrysler Corporation who would not let me keep my Jeep! A commitement so strong that I never once missed a note and was always on time. I want to thank Ha for being a Gold Master, understanding my pain and making it possible even as the dealership was closed, Ha was committed to getting me some good transportation! Ha Parrinello stayed with me and my husband thru it all until everything was completed, she placed me in a leased 2011 Honda Accord; took my 2007 Jeep lease that same day!! The service that was provided was great. I'm not sure if I've ever been to a dealership and experienced this type of service. I never thought I would buy a Honda and I ended up getting two. Ha was an exceptional saleswoman. She always followed up with us to help us get the best deal. I would highly recommend LaFontaine to anyone as we already have who also bought a car through Ha. Matter of fact, we're working on others too. I would refer them to Ha who is again a wonderful person who stayed late with us to finish the sale. I was referred to the Lafontaine Honda dealer by my mother, she had already bought a pre owned vehicle back in 2005, and she had recently traded it in for a 2011 CR-Z. Ha Parrinello had been very helpful to my mom on both occasions so helpful that when it came time for me to get a car she referred me. My credit situation wasn't the best and I needed a reliable car with an inexpensive car payment, I told Ha this and she was able to make a way for me to get the car. Everyone, from the sales consultant to the mechanics, are friendly and personable. Its a very comfortable environment and they never hestitate to assist you with anything, especially Ha. She constantly kept in contact with me about the approval and when I could get the car. She even picked me up and took me to the dealer to sign the final paperwork so I could drive away in my Honda without any problems. She was very precise with the details of the car and the payment plans. When I walked into that dealer I was very doubtful and I felt as if I didnt belong there, Ha changed all of that for me. And all I can say is Thank You! I will definitely be referring my friends to her in the future.

Kyle was very respectful of my time since it was a 30-minute commute for me to get there (and a return commute of 30 minutes back to work). I think the overall process of the paperwork is too time-consuming. I had sent all my information in the day before and the morning of but some of it was still not completed by the Finance person. Kyle kept after her on my behalf. Other than that, Kyle was a delight to work with, he answered my endless questions and he respected my wishes. By that I mean I asked him not to call me until I could get back to him with an update on my ability to purchase. He did not pester me unlike the salesman at another Honda dealership (which is why I didn't purchase THERE). I highly recommend Kyle and Don at LaFontaine.FYI - I was recommended to Kyle by Brian Kleman. I have purchased from Brian in the past and will start with him in the future as well.

Everyone at the Dearborn La Fontaine Honda was friendly and enthusiastic. We were especially pleased with our salesperson, Kimberly Moore, who's vivacious personality made us feel right at home.
