First and foremost I want to say thank you to RICHARD PRICE our salesman for doing a remarkable job! He gave me and my husband the time we needed to make our choice when buying our new Kia Soul. The financial manager was amazing, he worked very hard to get us to the price point we needed to be. The staff was remarkable, everyone was so nice and the environment was very comfortable. They did not push us into buying anything and I truly feel they had our best interest in mind. I love my new Kia!! I 💯 recommend you go see Richard Price for your next vehicle.

AC and the rest of the staff were great in accommodating us although I'm regretting not putting my foot down and coming back the next day to finish the deal...being at the dealer for 4 hours (til midnight) was excruciating! I would've given 5 stars if they were honest and told me up front how long it would take instead of being told every 1/2 hour "almost done".

Just don’t go to any Kia dealership. They’ve had my car for over a month under warranty and I’m left carless. Walking to work in the heat so hot you could throw up or the rain so hard I could get pneumonia… I’ve asked several times for a loaner car and they keep denying me. My car is under warranty… only a 2015 with 70k miles and I’m left without a car for over a month. Any other dealership would have given a loaner until repairs are done with no extra fees. Kia won’t even give you info to be able to give you a loaner. Just leave you high & dry for months without a car. I’ve talked to the service Manager AND a service advisor without any help or direction to get help. Thank you for not taking care of your loyal customer of 6 years.. I’ll be trading my Kia IMMEDIATELY for a DIFFERENT brand.

My boyfriend and I recently went to test drive a Kia Telluride. Wonderful vehicle. Was helped by Richard Price, super nice guy, not crazy pushy. Ended up going home with it that night.

3 weeks ago i bought a new kia forte. Barely put miles on it and it broke down on me going to work. Oh well it happens. But when talking to the service department they did not care about my issue with my car and did not give me any leeway on a loaner or how soon they can look at it. I work on the road. My car basically pays the bills. Now that i have to wait a week i loose a week of work. They wont do anything for a loaner for my situation. They just kept brushing me off in the service department. Unfortunately due to this horrid experience i wont be buying a new car from them (i have had zero issues with sales. Id give them 5 stars) because of how the service department treated me.
