Not impressed with the service rep that waited on me. I have had him before and felt the same then. I feel he tries to charge me for stuff that doesn’t need to be. Example, I brought my daughters car in for THE WORKS oil change. I told him that the wrench light was on. He said it would be 125.00 for a diagnostic check. I told him no thinking to myself it might just be because it needed an oil change. Sure enough that’s all it was. I’m glad I told him no. The last time he was going to charge us double for some work that had been approved by another service rep for a lower price. Our family has been customers for 33 years and I don’t like being the feeling of dishonesty. I know back in day the service reps were informative and honest. I don’t know if any of the old crew is still there, but the newer ones make me feel uneasy. If I come back I do not want to deal with Greg. I got my oil change and in the process he called to say the car had a nail in the sidewall, hopefully this was true.

So I actually bought my car from Lewis Toyota. When I took my car to Lewis because it was misfiring. LEWIS said sorry. Nothings wrong with it. After throwing a fit, I had them re-check it. Of course, only then did they find an issue. But still they couldn't diagnose it. They took it to Laird Noller, because they had the correct computer to diagnose the problem. I had bought a 3800 platinum warranty with Lewis. They then told me sorry...again. The carbon issue I was having wasn't a covered service. My cruise control didn't work either. But they would cover that. But they weren't going to fix themselves. They'll just have Laird do it. Which honestly....after the BS I got from Lewis....I didn't want them touching my car anyways. Not only did Laird fix my cruise control, they also tore my car apart and fixed my carbon issue free of charge. So, I'm giving Travis and his excellent crew a high five. Travis has been kind, compassionate and professional the whole time. Thanks Laird Noller. 😁😁😁

Been thinking about buying a new car. Took my old car in for it's regular oil change and ended up test driving a new car. I was hoping they had the one I liked in Red and they did! So I got to test drive it. Great experience, not the hassle of former car buying days at all. Seemed so quick. Thank you Laird Noller for a great experience. Go see Barry Riddle, he will make you a great deal. And I love my new Explorer!

Purchased a slightly used vehicle here this week. Very good experience to this point. Brought the vehicle over from Lawrence for us so we didn't have to make the hour round trip. Really nice folks to work with. We'll see how the vehicle holds up and post-sale interactions go. Great Job to this point Team Noller!

Excellent salesman, answered all our questions satisfactorily, very informative. Business office, same thing. It still took 4 hours from first test drive to heading home with new car, that’s just something that doesn’t change. But they did a great job of moving things along. Would definitely recommend.
