I was referred to Lake Keowee Ford by the Dodge dealership. The sales manager met with my husband and I at the very last minute when they were closing for the day. He listened to us and pulled the perfect truck for us out of his lot. Within 15 ? 20 minutes we had a deal made and all the paperwork complete. This was the best car buying experience I have had and will definitely recommend Lake Keowee Ford to others!

I had been looking for a used Dodge Durango for about a month in Nashville TN. The car was for my wife's birthday and I had exhausted all local vehicles. I found one with the year, milage, and trim level my wife wanted at Lake Keowee Ford. Steven Jackson provided me every single detail about the car and answered every question I had. He had me 100% confident that I would find exactly what I was expecting. Drove down 5 hours from Nashville and was back on the road in an hour. Never thought I'd drive that far to buy anything, but this experience was well worth it. The next purchase we make I will keep Steven in mind without question.

I had a recall for my 2014 Mustang so I asked the service department to service my car while it was there. This is the first time I have used the service department since I work full time and always use Valvoline for quicker service. If the dealership offered the same quick service, I would take my car there. Might want to consider this as an option to maximize your service department. The price for the "works" was very competitive. Thanks!

The service is good and the waiting area is nice. The only thing to change is wifi password. You advertise free wifi while you wait but you have to ask for the password. Maybe you could ask if the person that is waiting will need to access the internet and give it to them.

I have a 2015 Ford Edge, The service for a recall for a water leak was completed in a timely manner and I was pleased to hear I had no problem. I also had requested a privacy cover for my cargo area and Brian, the service director, spent a lot of time dealing with Ford to get me the proper cover. I appreciate all that was done for me.

My husband found the 2014 fusion online , while I was out of state with family. He searched with the idea of finding a used car with low mileage, all wheel drive and priced so we could pay in the twenty thousand range, with our 2003 CTS trade in. John Davis was very helpful, honest, direct and overall trustworthy in his sales and presentation of the vehicle . I appreciate that experience over another I had with another dealer. The atmosphere of the entire business was positive, with other staff involved and cooperative ,from my experience. We are enjoying the new car. We plan to return to have the small paint chip repaired on the trunk hood. We are waiting to receive the title.

2014 Ford F150, the service overall was good. I did not know there was warranty work to be done until after I signed the paperwork which I had to wait 3 days to get my truck, and I never was told what kind of warranty work had to be done. After I got the truck home I looked under the hood and found the motor was covered in some white stuff. I wished the service was more aware of the importance of cleaning up after service is done especially a new truck. I am not sure of the service department.

My salesperson was Brandy Anderson, who was excellent. I knew what type of vehicle I wanted (F150). She quickly identified my needs / desires and found a match. The negotiation process was spirited, fun, and mutually effective. The only disappointment was the failure of the internet manager to reply with a request for more information. I still have an outstanding "We owe" and a speaker that needs to be replaced. There seems to be some communication gaps between sales and service. I found Brandy giving one version of the process while Kline gave another.

We test drove a couple and went back and forth trying to make the right decision for us and were never pressured.
