My family came to Lakeshore Auto to purchase a quality car that can be utilized best for my needs. We test drove 3 SUV/trucks, finally ending up with a 2004 Jeep Liberty. I am used to purchasing new cars from dealers with high negative equity being rolled into each car with a high monthly payment, while being persuaded into a BAD car deal. Car was paid in full with cash. Negotiations and amount that I had to work with were given from the get go. There were some things wrong with the vehicle, but Frank and his staff stood by their words to fix the minor problems at no charge even though car was AS-IS. I now have a better understanding that I don't necessarily need a new vehicle when a used vehicle is just as good without high payment. Lakeshore Auto definitely has gained my business and I will recommend their services to family and friends. Other Jeep Liberty's at other dealerships are priced higher. I believe I have received above fair and reasonable service at Lakeshore Auto. I LOVE my new 2004 Jeep Liberty.

I had purchased a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica from lakeshore auto and it was the best experience i have had buying cars. Everyone there was helpful and pleasant to deal with. Frank and Rick were Knowledgeable about the car and Robin was fast and knowledgeable about the financing! in the future i will purchase all of my cars from them!

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Promised repairs that were a condition of sale were addressed very slowly. It was almost like they hoped I would forget about it and just deal with the car as is. It took them 16 days to get a key to replace the worn out key and 14 days to get promised paint job completed. I will not be purchasing anything from this dealership in the future. I felt that their customer service was not even close to acceptable industry standards. They gave me the run around doing repairs that were condition of sale and it took me to hound them frequently in order to get my car the way it should be.
