There are many reasons to visit this dealer for your next vehicle needs. Ryan was my salesman and he plus the rest of the staff worked with me in a non-pressure way and I drove off in a new vehicle. The nature of the business these days can reveal the true personality of some dealers because they can ask the high prices and express a 'take it or leave it' attitude. That's not the case here. They are down home folks and work with you in a genuine way.

We located a car that was in their inventory. Made three trips throughout the day to make sure this was “THE” car we wanted to purchase. My experience at lakeside could not have been much better. My sales person Garrett Lantz seamed to be committed to getting me what I came for. Though the vehicle I came to test drive was not the one , Garrett found me what I was looking for and didn't even know it. The whole staff made me feel at home throughout the purchasing process. Ryan Greenler was very effective, and professional. From the time we called and made it to the dealer, Ryan had the Camry SE 2012 in front ready for us to check, drive, and answer all questions prior to purchasing the car. Ryan was always consistent with his approach, not pushy, great listener, made us feel comfortable, and most importantly lot of patience. Thank you Ryan for all your help with someone who left her phone back home. I'm sure you will remember us as we will remember our passwords. Lol.

Marc in sales was very helpful and polite. After taking our new purchase home we found that one of the tires was a different size. I called and we set an appointment up for the next day. After arriving we were informed that they were going to install all new tires free of charge. We got 5 miles down the road and the check engine light came on, I immediately turned around and went back. They did a quick scan and cleared the check engine light. The following day it came on again and we noticed when we started the car white smoke was rolling out of the exhaust. I called back and we set up another appointment to have this investigated further. As of now it is still in the shop. Even though we don't have our new to us purchase car we are very pleased that the professionals at lakeside Chevrolet are taking the time to figure out this issue.
