Scott our salesperson was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and patient with us. He was able to find the exact car we wanted and got it from the factory for us. The finance manager Jessie was absolutely great to work with. Overall we found the staff friendly, courteous, and very professional. It was a great buying experience with none of the usual hassles and games I’ve experienced at other dealerships. This is a 5-star place!

The experience that we had at Lakeside Toyota was great. We went there because they had the biggest selection of Toyota 4 runners, it was an hour from our home. After looking at the selection we decided that we wanted to special order one exactly like we wanted. Salesman Rudy was the best! We ordered what we wanted, came in a lot quicker than we thought, zero miles, and absolutely beautiful. When we went back to pick it up, it was in its own special bay, shined up and ready to go. Rudy had everything ready to go within an hour or so we were walking out the door. Wonderful experience!

Samer in sales is the best! This was by far the best car buying experience. We were in and out, no pushy deals and we really felt taken care of. Finance Director, Max, is incredibly knowledgeable and took great care of us. The whole team at Lakeside Toyota were fantastic to work with. I will recommend to all my friends and family, thank you!

Where to start. We found a used vehicle online. Went out to see it, and got the usual, used car salesman "fluff" and "smoke". In our initial inquiry, a "manager" replied with a bogus affirmation that the vehicle under went various mechanical checks and warranties. I pushed for an exact description of these checks and services, but to no avail. When we went for a test drive, I showed the sales person the email from his manager. The sales person's reply told me all I needed to know; Scam City. Our sales person apologized for his manager's "mistake", then handed us a sheet of paper with the repairs needed. I took this list, and the vehicle to a reputable repair shop, and 3 of the 8 items were WRONG. And, we were given only one key. They were too cheap to provide an additional key. While we sat inside waiting for the vehicle to be washed, my wife and I were subjected to crude language and vulgar jokes. It may be different on the new car sales side of the lot, but most of the used salespeople live up to the old stereotype. We steer people away from this establishment. Update. We had to change one of the tires one the vehicle, and discovered that's was no jack! We went to lakeside to buy a vehicle that was supposedly ran through various mechanical checks, only to discover that was in fact a lie directly from the manager. We were given one key. One! Too cheap to provide a spare? And now to discover there was no jack; how completely irresponsible. The manager or sales person could have mentioned that.
