I've purchased/leased 14 cars over the years and my buying experience at Lambert GMC was by far the best one. My salesman, John Sdono, was awesome. Not once was I led astray or did I feel like I was being lied to during the whole process, which includes a great experience with Gabe in Finance. I really thought a "good" experience at a dealership didn't exist till now. I will definitely be a return customer. Thank you!

We were helped by car salesman, Nathaniel, after finding a preowned car on-line listed at this dealership. We called to verify the car was there and he helped me by phone. He stayed late as we were an hour away so that we could test driving 2 different vehicles - each was in great shape and clean. Nathaniel was positive, knowledgeable and professional. He had great follow-up with no pressure. We would definitely come back here again to look for cars and would ask for Nathaniel.

I was super pleased with my buying experience the sales staff and and finance were helpful and easy to talk too would definitely go back again! as for the kids that cleaned my truck before I left I was not extremely impressed with how clean the truck was before I left none of the jambs were cleaned and the roof of my truck was brown and I bought a white truck and none of my windows were cleaned at. Not impressed.

I don't leave reviews very often. I don't ever leave bad reviews. This place can pound sand. I was their last priority as a used car purchaser. Salesmen that was supposed to help me, Nathaniel, never actually talked to me when I was there. Was pushed off to some old dude who just wanted to reach retirement. Not interested in anything I had to say. Nathaniel was busy selling new cars. Glad they have their priorities, but would have loved to actually have a conversation with the salesman that reached out. Then, after talking to them for two weeks, they sold the car two days before I had agreed I would buy it. I had no deposit down, so fair enough, but still. You would think they'd at least wait till the agreed upon date. Like I said. They can pound sand. Just not a good way to sell cars, let alone run a business.
