I'm not a fan of dealing with sales people who are pushy, smaltzy, lie, cheat steal, and will sell ice to an Eskimo to make a deal......so in general I don't have a good opinion of sales people. Mike D breaks that model for me! I have just purchased my second car from him and while yes the cars represented at Lambo D are top notch, Mike's attitude and way of dealing with me is PERFECT! Ask him a question, for additional information, or go to bat for you and he does it! Mike answers his phone, his e-mails, always and never once pushed me in a direction I didn't want to go. Super nice, super helpful and gave me the time to make my decision. I'm not stupid rich so I protect every dollar and have to feel right about what I'm doing when I make a high dollar purchase. IF I were Mike I'd think I was crazy with all the questions I ask, and the hemming and hawing I do before I finally just go for it. I already told Mike I hope to be back in 2-3 years with another trade up interest and will definitely do business with him and Lambo D!

Although I never physically visited your dealership, my experience via telephone and email with John Hrad was most professional. Purchasing a car sight unseen is somewhat nerve racking, however John was able to set my mind at ease through the entire deal.

i bought a used gallardo from these guys, it was a hard negotiation but in the end the price was really good, then i couldn't have it shipped until i sold my ferrari as i had to free up garage space, and they were kind enough to store it for free for THREE MONTHS, then they treated me as if i had bought it new for $250,000, rather than used for $125,000, which is really unusual as normally dealerships, even exotic ones, treat the new car sales customers much better than used bc they make more $ off of them, john hrad was very fair, nice and knew a lot about the car, i had a preinspection done and picked up a minor problem with the convertible top, so they immediately fixed it, no questions asked, they also agreed to replace all filters and top up all fluids, even after delivery they were kind enough to walk me through the car's controls, etc, so just a FANTASTIC STAFF AND EXPERIENCE, no wonder why they are one of the highest-rated lambo dealers in the COUNTRY, i should also mention sales manager louie bonsukan was also very nice and fair which is not always the case with sales managers:)

Scot Whitworth was my salesman. He was very professional and new a lot about cars we looked at.We first looked at a Huracan, both my wife and I drove it. The lease company killed the deal on that car. I have excellent credit but they wanted $90K down. We were also interested in a 2012 McLaren. We purchased that car instead of leasing. Again, Scot was knowledgeable on the car we were interested in and made a reasonable deal. We left the car so they could paint the wheels and I am due to pick it up tomorrow. Overall good experience except for the leasing company.

Las year I purchased from them a brand new Aventador and the process was so smooth that right then and there I decided I would use them again for any future purchases, and I DID!! I live in California and the purchase process even though it's out of state for them since they're in Texas is so smooth and accommodating to my needs, they made it effortless for me. I am busy running my business and don't have time for a dog and pony show or any shenanigans and let me tell you they do not have any dog and pony show or any shenanigans up their sleeve. I just got my new Hurrican, they took care of my paperwork, tittle at the DMV they make sure I get my pink on time and if not THEY follow up for me. Shahram and John took my call about a dead battery in my R8 (It's not a simple replacement in these cars), quoted me a price half of what the dealership wanted and told me to bring it in right away for service. I was expecting to leave the car overnight but Shahram told me he would have it back to me in 45 minutes. Wow... people just don't expect service like that on automobiles these days. Thanks guys.

After researching quite a bit over the internet for the best Lamborghini dealership in the country and zeroing down on Lamborghini Dallas, it turned out to be one of the most amazing buying experiences for me. John Hrad was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions as a first time buyer with tremendous patience, never ever resorting to a condescending tone which some of the luxury/exotic dealers seem to use sometimes. He was gracious and open enough to rate my choices of vehicles that I have short-listed scouring the various dealerships, never ever trying to push me into a choice ! Louie was supercool with all the paperwork and finance angle. The whole process once I finalized the vehicle to its arrival in California took just 14days. Car was in fantastic condition and actually arrived a day ahead of schedule. I will strongly recommend this dealership for any potential buyers out there.Ready to rock on :-)

The process for all 3 purcahases and 2 trade ins has been a seamless and easy process as I live in upstate NY and have dealers alot closer but chose to deal with Dallas enough said.

Whether this is your first super car or your tent supercar there's no better place to go. everyone there is low-pressure very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I had a mechanical issue with my purchase a month after I brought it home - they fixed it no charge no questions asked and apologized to me for the inconvenience. This was a car without a warranty so they were not obligated to help, but they did it anyway. Don't waste your time anywhere else, go there, go to the best!

Had a bit of a panic when i thought the alternator went out - turned out it was the tensioner. Had to order from Italy : ) Even so, they did things quickly, and got work done recommended by the factory (high pressure fuel pumps and lines) in a pretty quick fashion. I took delivery of a 2006 Gallardo SE. The entire transaction went smoothly, even with a minor hiccup with the paperwork, Louie and Mike resolved it in literally 5 minutes. The car was delivered promptly via GTS auto and on time (earlier than expected). The driver was courteous and respectful to the vehicle as he was backing it out the trailer. From the first day I called Mike to enquire about the Gallardo without knowing my financial background, he took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and helped me decide on what vehicle to choose. Unlike other dealerships who didn't bother to return my calls, Mike did and was very patient as I had a contingency on my previous vehicle. I would certainly without a doubt recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a high quality exotic vehicle.

I recently purchased a used Ferrari 458.Their description of the car was very accurate. They told me when I could pick the car up and it was ready on time and it had been prepped like a concourse auto !!! I asked if it had two keys, they said yes, but when I picked the car up, it only came with one....... No problem, they ordered a key from Ferrari and will pay the cost to have it programmed, with a smile. I highly recommend them as an honest, pleasant dealership.

I would have given 10 stars! 90 percent of my experience was done over the phone with Scot in constant contact. They even stayed late so I could come and pick my car up that day. I visited this location two times for warranty service and I was totally disappointed and unhappy with their level of service. For the first visit, I found out when I came back home that the issue that I visited for was not fixed at all.So I had to visit the dealership again for the same issue and explained the issue to service director nicely and in detail.A week later after the second visit, I noticed that they damaged my vehicle.They were supposed to replace some parts on the rear spoiler, but they just put some glue and applied heat on the area by damaging my vehicle.It seemed like the service director would not listen when I explained the issue and he did whatever he wanted to do. Very unprofessional !!!

john hrad was very pleasant to work with and also efficient and honest, the only thing he could have done better is perhaps call me at my office when he said he would, although i do understand there is a 1-hour time differencei haven't received my car yet, as i didn't bother flying out to dallas from NYC, i just hired an inspector, who was the same one that john used once to inspect a sports car he was buying for himself. clearly there is a potential for a conflict-of-interest since i used the inspector that john recommended, but this does indicate the level of trust i have for johnthe inspector found out that the mechanism to close the convertible top was a bit misaligned, so john had the mechanics disassemble it and bend it back so now it is much more aligned, still not perfect but instead of being off by a noticeable 3/4" it is now off by only 1/4" which isn't really very noticeable and doesn't affect the operation (which wasn't even affected when off 3x more)he also agreed to replace all filters and top off all fluids and change the oil and provide a new oil filter, and also furnish a car cover bc the old one "went missing" sometime during it's ownershipoverall, very pleasant to deal with, although i won't get my car until may so ask me later for more complete feedback once i actually get and drive my lambo!:)

The team at Lambo Dallas is just amazing. I'm waiting on my 2016 580-2 from them and in the mean time I wanted to grab a 458. They helped me out and got the Ferrari for me at a simply unheard of price. Did they have to do this for me...no. Did they...you bet they did. My current purchase is my fifth car from Lamborghini Dallas. Lamborghini Dallas is absolutely a fantastic group of people to deal with. From Tim McKenna, John Hrad, MIke Durkey to Shahram Julilian in service, Louie Bonsukan in finance, Mark Plummer in parts and all the techs. I have so much fun dropping by even when I am not buying a car. I have challenged them to "keep them honest" as part of the buying process and they have yet to miss a beat. I recently purchased a 2014 Audi R8 from Lamborghini Dallas. Although I live in Southern California I flew to Texas to make this purchase. After finding the car online I called the dealer and spoke with John Hrad. I found him to be helpful, friendly, knowledgable, and professional. He even had an Uber car pick me up at the airport. even after the deal was made he spent sufficient time with me explaining some of features of the car that I was not familiar with. For the past twenty years, I have bought cars from one person. I bought Porsches when he was at Porsche---five of them. I bought Audis from him when he moved to Audi---seven of them. I became accustomed to a personalized buying experience that was respectful, honest and tailored to my needs. I walked into Lamborghini Dallas without an appointment and was paired with John Hrad. He had never met me, and he had no reason to think that I came to buy my perfect Huracan. I had done extensive nationwide research to locate the exact car that I wanted and flew to Dallas expressly to see this car. John was professional and accommodating. He honestly answered questions that I had about buying a car from a location several hundred miles from where it will be garaged. He provided me the type of buying experience I had become accustomed to over the past 20 years from one of my best friends. That type of approach is my definition of professional: treat everyone as a VIP. Thank you, John for your care and attention. Questions over email were answered the day they were received. All telephone calls were returned. He assisted me with every question I had as I completed the elements of the transaction from several hundred miles away. it was always a Dream to Own a Lamborghini since i was a child . i have looked for the perfect Lambo all Over the US . till i found the perfect Car in Dallas . at the beginning i was worried that it was sold at a Lamborghini Dealer . i thought it would be over Priced . but after i visited the Dealer and looked at the Car and looked at the Price . i was Shocked . it was 10K lower than other cars i looked at . then the next shock came after that , on how i was Treated . i felt it was a Family selling their Car . i felt the love and Honesty and respect . i have bought more than 15 cars in the last 3 years . out of all of them this was my best car experience ever . i will diffidently recommend Lamborghini of Dallas to anyone that want to buy any exotic car . and Mike ( the sales person ) did the best follow up ever , even after Month of driving the car . so they are the best Dealer i have ever dealt with .

I have reviewed many dealerships over the last few years to select the best to make my first exotic car purchase. After careful consideration, I selected Lamborghini Dallas and couldn't be happier that I did. I worked with John Hrad and Scott Whitworth of Lamborghini Dallas over email and phone, providing them with the specifics I was wanting in a Lamborghini. They were very informative on what years and models of Lamborghini had the options I was wanting. The information they shared was very helpful on my selection. One point I would like to make is, my job is overseas so they were very accommodating with the time difference. They walked me through the entire process of the purchasing of my dream car and made it extremely easy. I can't express enough in writing how professional the entire process was. I can see why Lamborghini Dallas is voted #1 Lamborghini Dealership in the U.S. If you are in the market for your first Lamborghini I highly recommend them!! Purchased my pre-owned Lamborghini. This entire process was actually smoother and easier than my past non-exotic car purchases. All employees (especially Louie, Tim, Mike and Shahram) I worked with were extremely accommodating, friendly and pressure free. I would recommend to anyone looking for a high end new or used exotic to go straight to this dealership. I was amazed with everyone's knowledge of Lamborghini and eagerness to assist the client. They found me a shipper for a great price and I had the car within about 10 days from first contact to first drive 1,100 miles away from them. Amazing job! I had been looking for a used low mileage Aston Martin Vantage for about a year and found one that perfectly matched my search criteria at Lamborghini Dallas. I live on the East Coast and was a little wary of purchasing the car unseen from a dealer I had no experience of. However, I have to say that after a couple of minutes speaking with John Hrad, my anxiety levels dropped to pretty well zero. He was very reassuring and came over as totally genuine in presenting the vehicle, it's history and how it came to have so few miles on it. Our e-mail exchanges were very efficient and he was always very responsive to my questions. The purchase process could not have been better and I'd also thank Louie, the General Sales Manager, for his help in getting documents exchanged overnight. My car just arrived today and is exactly as portrayed in the photos and by John's description. I am extremely happy and would highly recommend John and the team at Lamborghini Dallas to anyone looking to purchase an exotic vehicle.

A few weeks ago I bought a new Lamborghini Huracan for Lamborghini Dallas and I have to tell you that it was the best experience I have ever received. I personally had the opportunity to work with the General Manager Tim and he was great! He was very professional and patient. Tim took time to search different options and walk me through pro's & con's of different cars and options. Tim and staff went far out of their way to make my experience great and 100% satisfied. In addition to Tim, I worked closely with Louie in finance and we was great making sure I had the best rates and options available. His business relations are outstanding and was able to make things happen that normal finance guys wouldn't be able to do. The entire staff is great, friendly and easy to work with. Everyone was willing to help and supported one another to make sure the customers are taken care of. In addition, I always come in the dealer to buy parts or have custom parts added on my cars and the service guys (Shahram & Staff) and great and Mark in parts is always helpful and willing to research and look up parts and other options and share what others have done. Overall, I have always had a great experience at Lamborghini Dallas and they have always made me feel special and provided customer service well beyond my expectations. Most importantly, they have always been open and honest and willing to do whatever it takes to make things right! Showed up on a Saturday morning. Went for a quick test drive. Completed the sale later that afternoon. Scott was transparent and fair. They offered me a reasonable price for my trade. Was in and out in 15 minutes once the deal was agreed upon. Highly recommend.

I have waited a couple months to cool off from this horrible experience before reviewing this dealership. I bought a 2010 Ferrari 458 Italia sight unseen off the internet. I trusted these people so much I did not have it inspected or anyone look at it until it was delivered to me with 33k in damages and was told "Wes, this is your car and you need to deal with it. Things happens and it sucks, but it is what it is. It happens to us all the time and we just have to deal with itso should you. This is a dealer to dealer sale, and in the state of Texas all dealer to dealer sales are AS IS WHERE IS. We didnt do anything wrong on our end. For that matter.neither did the transport company! They cant control some other driver hitting them! It isnt their fault either. It is minor damage that can easily be fixed."You be the judge. Did I get the cold shoulder from the dealership after I paid 194,500 for the car?I refused delivery and was told I would have to pay storage if I didn't accept it. I had never seen the car a day in my life until their contracted transportation company (Perez Transport LLC) and who they also signed a electronic contract with on Central Dispatch with their dealer account. I have since stored the car in my garage and filed suit against this dealership under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.. This transaction will end with the dealer doing the right thing. They just are not sure what that is as of yet. THEY DID NOT VERIFY INSURNACE COVERAGE ON FERNANDO PEREZ. WHICH IS NONE !!! THEY DID NOT VERIFY HE HAD AUTHORITY TO LEAVE TEXAS. IT SAYS TX ONLY ON THE DISPATCH SHEET. Lastly a 1998 Dodge Viper is missing from a transport that Perez Transport Picked up from Albuquerque and has not been delivered in 45 days so far now.. Also check with Skip Harmon at Allen Samuels Chevrolet Corpus Christi on his 2015 Chevrolet Z06 Stingray that Perez transport damaged and left in a junk yard with a key in the tailpipe 3 weeks ago.. Is this a transport company a reputable dealership gets to transport a 200k Ferrari. When Lamborghini Dallas rectifies this situation I will reevaluate my opinion of them.

This is the third vehicle that I have purchased from the Boardwalk Auto Group and each experience has been stellar. The process was amazingly seamless. The Lamborghini Dallas dealership provided an outstanding sales and service experience which is exactly what you expect from a Lamborghini dealership. John, Scott and Mike were very knowledgeable and informative about the various vehicle options, and actually knew which car would be the right one for me before I did!Working with Tim and Louie was more like a conversation than a sales process. Sharam had the car in perfect condition when I took delivery. Overall a very professional and low effort process, these guys are truly the best!

Scot was readily accessible by phone (including cell) and email. He addressed my questions promptly and took the time to send close-up pics of the front end of the vehicle so I could see that it wasn't a victim of "road rash". He went over the 2010 Ferrari California thoroughly and replaced parts that weren't functioning properly.

I was interested in adding a Lamborghini to my garage. A friend recommended I contact Scot Whitworth at the dealership. I made an appointment and flew in the Dallas to look at the cars, I had not owned or driven a Lamborghini before. I had done quite a bit of research on-line before the trip. Scot was patient and answered my questions and explained the features on the car. I was upfront with him and told him the price point and year model had I in mind. Scot showed me the cars that met those criteria. He also recommended a specific car that the dealership had sold and serviced. On Monday following the weekend trip we agreed to a price and started the paper work. The car was delivered to Midland on August 7th. I was very happy with the attention given me at the dealership, the process of getting the paper work done and getting the car delivered.

Ive purchased many vehicles throughout my life and have had mixed experiences. Most of them were bad, that are usually expected from a typical dealership. I was in the market for exotics (Lamborghini, Ferrari, etc.) so visited few dealerships, and, given my age was normally brushed off, but at minimum, never given a serious consideration. The experience that I had at the Lamborghini Dealership of Dallas was totally different! It was certainly one of the most positive car buying experiences that Ive ever had.. I worked with Mike Durkey on the sale and Louie Bonsukan on the financing side. Mike and Louie were clear on all the questions that I asked, no surprises! I am from Ohio so I worked with Mike through few phone calls and then went to Dallas to finalize the deal. Mike and Louie made the whole process very smooth from start to finish and I was able to purchase my first exotic 2012 Lamborghini Gallardo LP550-2. I would recommend anyone I know looking for a new or used exotic to contact Lamborghini Dallas. My next car purchase will definitely be from this dealership!!

This is an excellent facility. I brought my Murcielago in for a scheduled appoinment and the work was completed 3 hours ahead of schedule and the job done was fantastic. Brought my 14' LP550 in for an annual service, fixed a broken vent and a recall item way in advance of when it was promised and I even dropped it off last minute. Given this is my first service with a car like this, I was a little worried about how my car would look when it was finished. My experience with other high end german vehicles has always yielded a filthy engine bay, and sometimes damage to the part that was being fixed/replaced. I never felt like the dealer cared what condition they returned my car. Here at Lamborghini Dallas, the engine was still clean, there was no damage to my car, and despite not getting washed (I asked them not to, I like to handle that myself) it was still clean, free of dust and fingerprints. Extremely impressed with how everyone treated me, responded to e-mails and such. Top notch business and customer service. This is a good time to mention that Shahram also went above and beyond and helped me out tremendously when I moved here from out of state when I needed assistance with my vehicle getting dropped off before I made it in town. Thank you again. The only criticism I would give is that they need a new vehicle to use as a shuttle. I appreciate that they have one at all, but the pickup looks like its seen better days:) Since I'm new to the area and don't know many people to give me a ride, maybe I'm the only one who uses it, haha

I contacted this dealer a fee months ago to inquire about the new Huracan, next I was ordering two Huracans one for myself and one for my best friend. The process was very smooth and ultimately got what we wanted as far as options available for these cars. The communication was excellent throughout the whole process. Thanks to John and Louie, I had another excellent buying experience. Literally, after one phone call was made and three subsequent emails later I had essentially purchased a vehicle. The docs were sent by Fed-Ex to the middle of nowhere in Texas and I closed the deal. Efficient is an understatement. I'd never purchased a supercar before, so I had a lot of questions. John Hrad took the time to educate me and help me get a better comfort level with the purchase that I was thinking of making. Negotiation was relatively straightforward -- once we started talking price, we had come to an agreement in a matter of hours. I flew down to look at the car and test drive it, and John spent a few hours with me walking me through the car, and through their dealership and service area. I got the whole thing done in just about 4 hours.

I was impressed with how easy it was to order a brand new car. I was only in the dealership 5 min. Rest of the transaction was done all online. I was kept in the loop of the progress the car was making as it was getting built and John Hrad was very flexible when it came time to take delivery of the car. It was delivered to my front door and I never had to step foot into the dealership. Though I love going to look at the other cars :)

The purchase of any large ticket item should be treated with an equal amount of respect and care regardless of the price and brand. Over the years I have purchased many cars and am surprised how I have been treated and the cavalier mentality at many dealers. At times it is the difference between an employee and a team player. Many employees just care about getting paid, not the product or the personal interest in how they perform. This is not the case with Lamborghini of Dallas. Their respect, care and attention to details was ever so present. Couple that with a child hood dream and fantastic product and you have a recipe for success. I think many other dealers can learn from these examples. Treat your customers with respect and care, treat this like an experience and you will obtain stunning reviews and hopefully additional business (if garage space permits). My first Lamborghini was delivered promptly and in perfect shape. Scot thank you for everything.

I was able, with time, to order a new car to my specifications; noting this can be a little risky for a dealership for a first-time unknown buyer. I very much appreciated the hands-on test drive of the vehicle at a track and to Lamborghini credit, to provide excellent vehicles and not test "mules" for this experience. Totally pleasurable buying experience. We purchased our car on line, a first for us. The transaction was quick and professional. They helped with shipping and the car arrived as represented. I bought a Lamborghini Gallardo sight unseen and worked with John Hrad. Not only did John provide fast responses, he was also very thorough to answer my questions. I can tell that he is very knowledgeable and follows up with his tech team to ensure that questions are thoroughly answered. John and team are reasonable and very accommodating with requests. When the PPI results came in, he ordered parts from Italy to replace components that can be argued as wear and tear. John even replaced potentially problematic components, which I'm sure is quite expensive to do, caused by a previous owner. For example, John and team replaced a wheel for me due to a crack that was welded. The wheel was functional, it was not a visible flaw, and there were no other issues. I'm sure other dealers would have argued about replacing such items, chalking them to previous owners and as-is condition. However, John and team truly went above and beyond in ensuring that the car came in perfect form.The car was delivered in essentially like new condition and I could not have asked for more. After following up with John for further questions he answered promptly and thoroughly again. I wasn't left by the wayside after consummation of the transaction. I felt like they were always by my side, as corny as that may sound.Fantastic and smooth transaction, and you can't get any better for a Lamborghini Dealership. They're definitely my go to guys for a Lamborghini upgrade in the future. I suggest you work with them to buy your next exotic without hesitation.

John provides excellent customer service. He was very helpful in the ordering process of a new Huracan. While waiting for the Huracan, he also helped me sell my black R8. A few weeks later, I had the urge to buy newer white R8 to hold me over till the Huracan arrives. John and Tim helped me find a good deal on one. I highly recommend John's professionalism and calm demeanor in these purely emotional buys. He responds very quickly to emails and keeps you updated on status. Also, Louie Bonsukan was a pleasure to deal with closing the deals and got all the paperwork ready ahead of time which made things go smoothly. Lamborghini Dallas is a top notch dealership. This was my first purchase from Lamborghini Dallas and hopefully not my last one. I had dealt with John Hrad and his professionalism was top notch. We emailed each other over a vehicle they had for sale and by later that afternoon the deal was done. All that was left was for me to drive from Houston to pick it up. This really felt to me like that rare win/win deal -- I got a great, super low-mileage car in a good color that the dealership went over and above my expectations in making the vehicle as near a 100-point car as possible. As a previous Aston owner as well, I particularly appreciated that Scot anticipated questions about his vehicle based on my experiences and he did not dodge or avoid discussion of any aspect or issue. To the contrary, Lamborghini Dallas went further to dial-in my car cosmetically and mechanically even better than our deal dictated. My salesman, Scot's communication skills, understanding of most aspects of the car, and his empathy toward a long distance buyer's requirements are outstanding. I never thought I would be purchasing a super car via the internet, but I did and I am thoroughly thrilled with the entire experience. It could not have been any easier or straightforward. By chance, my salesperson was John Hrad, who I found out, has been with the dealership for ten years. I have purchased many cars in my time, but this is the first I purchased a high dollar vehicle through an email only. I knew immediately that this would be an honest and simple transaction, and Louie and John made it very easy and comfortable. It helped that I purchased from a Lamborghini dealership, which one expects good service, and the advertisement photos were detailed and perfectly captured the vehicles condition. I'm a car geek - pure and simple. In the last 20 years I've purchased and sold (for my personal use) 17 automobiles. These cars have ranged from hybrids to exotics, and have included: BMW, AUDI, MB, MINI, TOYOTA, HONDA, ACURA, MASERATI, INFINITY, and McLaren. All of these cars were purchased new from Dealerships, local to the Southern California area, except one: Lamboghini Dallas, which is the subject of this review.I am pleased to report that from the initial contact I made, to the numerous subsequent communications with Lamborghini Dallas, I was consistently given superior customer service from highly knowledgable sales associates and managers. It felt as though these guys were next door, ready to answer any question, address any concern, or provide easy solutions to a transaction involving a $200K car. I received better service and respect than I garnered from the local Audi dealership (from which I purchased an R8), and yet we never met in person. I was referred to Lambo of Dallas, by another customer who swore by this dealership. He enjoyed a hassle free, classy experience when he purchased his 2008 SL Gallardo. I am happy to say that my experience was equally pleasurable. I was searching for a Gallardo, and found my dream car on Ebay Classifieds. I dealt with John Hrad all the way from my research stage, to my purchase. Throughout the entire process, I never felt pressured or mislead by him. His demeanor was classy and laid back. I received the vehicle with the head light not working and I told them, that I would have it fixed if they mailed the bulb. They amazingly insisted on me, taking the Lamborghini to the dealership and that they would cover the cost. The salesman, Mike Durkey, was very knowledgeable about the Lamborghini. I was in the market for a 2012+ GTR Black edition and happened to see one on Lamborghini of Dallas website. From the moment I called the dealership till taking delivery of the car I had never been treated so well. They treated me like family and wasn't pushy in trying to sell the car, Mike even talked to me about some different options for the same amount of money but in the end said I think you're making the right decision with the car you came in for. After the sale was complete most salesman wont pick up your phone call or respond to emails but Mike went the extra mile even after I had taken the car for a couple of weeks. He followed up on getting me a secondary key for the car, service records, and even sent me the pictures of the car I had requested from the ad. During my visit there I also dealt with Louie from their finance department. Another great guy at that dealership. Made me feel comfortable as we went over the financing options and rates. He got me the best rate possible all in the matter of 20min. I will be a customer at that dealership for life and will recommend anyone I know looking for an exotic to that dealership. Overall experience was great. Customer service was great, everyone was nice, and I was never given a hard time despite the almost full year it took me to purchase my lamborghini. I gave the Quality of work a 4 because there were some aesthetics on the vehicle had I not found myself, would not have been addressed prior to my purchase. Also the same day I brought the car home, the check engine light came on. It scared me, but after a quick trip back to the dealer, everything was fine. Although I would have given friendliness a 5 Overall, it received a 4 because first impressions are what matter most and the first time I had come about a year ago I don't think I was taken too seriously. I can't complain about the price, I got a good deal.

My wife and i had been looking for a specific Ferrari 430 for over 2 years and was excited to see Lamborghini Dallas had one listed online through Ebay. We visited the showroom that afternoon to look at the car. It was exactly how it was described on the listing and was exactly what we had been looking for. It was near closing time and John took the time to show us everything we asked for and answered all of our questions. I was very pleased with the price and the service work they included and to top it off, they included the enclosed transportation of the car to my house. I would definitely buy from them again.

Mike was fantastic. I found the car online that I was interested in. I inquired about the dealer inspection of the car and Mike sent the report within an hour. We negotiated price within an hour and the deal was done. Mike, did all the leg work. This was the easiest process for buying an exotic I have had. The car arrived yesterday and if anything it was better than Mike described. I will definitely look to this dealership in the future.

This is a good place to say what a great dealership this is ! They make the whole process easy and fun. Buying extreme cars like these can be as scary as the drive, but the staff here are professionals in terms of their knowledge and ability to make these automotive dreams come true. Having now bought and traded for my second car with them, they are fair, honest, and efficient. The sales team ( Scot, in this case ) take whatever time you need, answer what must be an unending stream of questions, and the service department is excellent, and among the best I have dealt with in any brand. These are unique machines, and the economics around them are as well. They will help you understand the how and why you really can afford them. Car dreams can come true, they will help you do it.

I have to I was extremely please with the openness and friendliness of John and Louie. Not only were they more than understanding and they spent an incredible amount of time with me helping me understand the process of buying such an incredible car but they also were very patient and answered all my questions thru out the process. At no point did I feel they had anything more important to do other than to help me with my purchase and insure I was completely happy. Their attitude was a major selling point for me to become a Lamborghini owner and not some "other" car owner. Of course the car speaks for itself and I'm looking forward to building a relationship with these guys as I travel down the road in my Lamborghini.

I have dealt with many high-end dealers and although I have never had a bad experience, I have never had one nearly as positive as this one. John Hrad and I have been in contact for a couple of years and he has shown me a few cars however none were the right fit until the 2013 LP560 that he just delivered to me.From our initial conversations about the deal to him following up once the car was delivered, I have never dealt with anyone as organized, patient and helpful as John Hrad. I am giving this rating due to the fantastic transaction I experienced a few days ago. I bought my first Lamborghini from John Hrad back in 2007. At that time John was a pleasure to workwith and the deal we made was effortless for both parties. Recently I have been in the market for avery hard to find car and John was aware of an incoming car that just so happened to fit my desire. Mike sold me an Audi R8. He went above and beyond to see that I was satisfied before , during and after the sale. I've bought a ton of exotic cars above 100k and have not ever encountered anyone like Mike. He becomes more like a friend quickly and still remains a straight shooter. Scot and Louie were very helpful with my remote purchase. Scot arranged for additional pictures of the undercarriage and guaranteed me that if the wasn't exactly as he represented, he would take it back. Buying a 100,000+ car without seeing it in person is a very difficult situation and They both made me feel very comfortable with the experience.

Coupled with Louie and James, Lamborghini Dallas is one dealership bucking the trend.I found my dream car in their showroom. I live in Alaska and was naturally reserved about making a purchase all the way in Texas, which is 4000 miles from me. The distance made no difference because John made it feel as though he were down the road. He never once delayed a response to any of the many, many emails and phone calls I made to him..even on the weekends! Due to our logistics I had to put a lot of trust in John and he never once let me down.This was a leap of faith for me. After less than 2 weeks of talking to John, I was on a plane flying for an 11 hour flight to Texas to meet a flawless 911 Porsche.Once I arrived, James a sales assistant picked me up at my hotel. How accommodating is that? I then met John and drove the most amazing car. Louie had all the paperwork inline and ready to go. After a thorough tutorial and walk around with John, I bought it. They were up to date on the legalities on purchasing a car and living in another state, shipping cost, registration, and the licensing.John was aware of my plan to drive the car across America on a once and in a lifetime solo trip. He was always one step ahead of me, such as suggesting a 3M clear coat bra to be installed to protect the paint from its pending adventure. But going one step further and seeing to it that other potential problem areas were coated. This is the service Im talking about. My husband and I live in VT. Our last Audi purchase in 2009 was from a dealership in CA that we found on eBay Motors. It was our first experience purchasing a vehicle without actually seeing it and it was a good experience so when we were in the market for a newer Audi we found the exact one we wanted at Lamborghini Dallas. My husband sent a message via eBay and received an instant response from John Hrad. We were so impressed by his prompt response and willingness to answer our questions without being pushy. He followed up with us and kept in constant contact with my husband. John is extremely professional over email and you can sense that he is a good guy and just wants his customer to be happy. He treated us as if we were his only customer. He was also very knowledgable about the car and even shared with us that his wife had an A5 and that she really liked it. When it came down to negotiating the price, John was very patient with us. We were skeptical to complete the sale because we hadn't sold our other car and he didn't make us feel pressured or that he was no longer interested. He kept asking what he could do to help us get into this car. In the end, he did everything possible for us and made it happen!We then worked with Louie Bonsukan on the financing and again, Louie was very professional, very friendly and great to work with. Louie was in constant contact with my husband regarding every aspect of the financing and he made it such an effortless process.Our car was delivered yesterday and it exceeded our expectations!! The pictures online were so impressive and when this car arrived we were speechless. People we've talked to are so afraid to purchase a vehicle online but I have to admit we have had a better experience working with Lamborghini Dallas then we have had in the past working with our local dealers. John and Louie made this process so easy that we didn't have to do anything except sign the papers! Other online dealers we've worked with didn't arrange for shipping, which would have made this process so much more difficult.I would also like to mention that their ad on eBay Motors was very descriptive, and the pictures were the best I've seen. I felt like the price was a bit high but understand that the car was on consignment and there was only so much they could do needing customer consent. Probably one of the best car buying experiences I have experienced. From the second I stepped into the dealership I knew at found a new home. John Hrad made me feel so comfortable, was very knowledgeable about the car, and did an excellent job of landing me on the car that was right for me. I was also very impressed as the General Manager, Tim McKenna, was very hands on in assisting John in structuring and acceptable deal for me. Then I met Louie who did a wonderful job of getting my deal financed. I have bought several cars in my lifetime and have even bought cars from a different brand of Boardwalk Car Group but none of my experiences have matched the one I had at Lambo Dallas.

I first had contact with John Hrad via the Internet and through e-mail. He always responded back with follow up and answers as quickly as he could. This is my third Lamborghini to buy from out of town dealerships and this was by far the best experience to date. Everything he told me or advise me on was right on. He made what should be a fun and great experience in purchasing a half of million car just that.I had sent my 2009 Gallardo for sale through the Dallas dealership when buying my 2013 Aventador and that was a fair and positive experience also. Dallas Lamborghini handled the trasportation on the cars at their expense and that help cement the deal to allow me to use them.My only regret is that I will not be able to continue to use them for follow up service because of my location in Georgia and they are in Texas.

In 2011, I purchased a used Mercedes from Lamborghini Dallas. I could not have asked for a more pleasant and hassle free purchase the best I have experienced of my many car purchases over the years! From the beginning to the final sell, I felt a sense of honesty and integrity from Tim. Not all car dealers/salespersons possess these characteristics. What a nice surprise! At the time of my purchase, I only received one key for my Mercedes. Tim had indicated the dealer would take care of this for me but as the new owner of the vehicle, I would need to visit a Mercedes dealer to have this done and billed to Lamborghini. Unfortunately, I forgot I needed to get this done until, 2 years later (January 2013), I ran into a situation where I needed a spare key. I reached out to Tim in hopes that the promise he had made (to purchase a spare key) 2 years ago was a standing offer and would still be honored. It was only a matter of minutes before he responded to my email with his first response of f course it does!He gave me direction and within 2 days, I had a spare key at no cost to me! Yet another hassle free experience! I cannot say how much I appreciate the exceptional service Tim and his dealership provided. Every chance I get, I will tell people about this awesome experience and assure them that, at Lamborghini Dallas, you do not have to be purchasing a Lamborghini to get the service expected when making such an important purchase as buying a car. We live in Michigan, had searched for months for a 1999 Red Lamborghini VT Roadster. This car was manufactured in December, the last of the model run. We wanted to own a car under the Audi umbrella, therefore it had numerous upgrades. We flew from Michigan to Dallas to view the car; and the car, service and professional atmosphere of the sales team went beyond our expectations. We decided to purchase the car, stayed overnight while they processed all of the paperwork for the transaction to be completed in one day. We returned to Michigan and the car was transported almost immediately. Special appreciation needs to be extended to Louie Bonsukan III, for handling all of the necessary registration paperwork and wire transfers to complete the transaction in one day. John Hrad provided the necessary mechanical details for us to make an informed decision. Mark Plummer, parts director, and Michael Luongo, shop foreman, spent substantial time with us in answering all questions and providing important details of the cars condition. We were very pleased with all aspects of our purchase experience,especially the personalized service and followup, and will look forward to doing business with them again. We are also owners of numerous other exotic and sports cars. It goes without saying that this car and its performance, styling and "the wow factor", takes the driving experience of a "truly exotic" car to a whole new level.

In 2011, I purchased a used Mercedes from Lamborghini Dallas. I could not have asked for a more pleasant and hassle free purchase the best I have experienced of my many car purchases over the years! From the beginning to the final sell, I felt a sense of honesty and integrity from Tim. Not all car dealers/salespersons possess these characteristics. What a nice surprise! At the time of my purchase, I only received one key for my Mercedes. Tim had indicated the dealer would take care of this for me but as the new owner of the vehicle, I would need to visit a Mercedes dealer to have this done and billed to Lamborghini. Unfortunately, I forgot I needed to get this done until, 2 years later (January 2013), I ran into a situation where I needed a spare key. I reached out to Tim in hopes that the promise he had made (to purchase a spare key) 2 years ago was a standing offer and would still be honored. It was only a matter of minutes before he responded to my email with his first response of Of course it does! He gave me direction and within 2 days, I had a spare key at no cost to me! Yet another hassle free experience! I cannot say how much I appreciate the exceptional service Tim and his dealership provided. Every chance I get, I will tell people about this awesome experience and assure them that, at Lamborghini Dallas, you do not have to be purchasing a Lamborghini to get the service expected when making such an important purchase as buying a car. They have proved that every car purchase is just as important as the next. Thank you, Tim and Lamborghini Dallas!!!

Buying a Lamborghini site unseen sounds very scary. John Hrad and the team here at Lamborghini Dallas are extremely efficient and helpful throughout the whole process. I found Lamborghini Dallas as a result of a Porsche Turbo they had listed on Ebay. I had actually discovered the car when it was owned (and for sale) by the previous owner, who then traded the car in on a used Gallardo. I emailed after hours and was quickly (within an hour) emailed back by John Hrad who was nothing but helpful, attentive, and professional. This was my first time buying a car without ever seeing it in person but given John's willingness to walk me through the car's in-and-outs and also setup and deliver the car for the PPI (at a vendor of my choosing), I knew I was working with true class act, "car guys". This was also my first time financing a vehicle and that is where Louie and John were able to work with together (and with me) to get the necessary information provided to my CU. Louie and John both answered emails(and the occasional phone call) immediately and made me feel as though I were buying a brand new car and not one that was 9 years old. I can say, without question, that I would happily buy another vehicle from John and would recommend him and Lamborghini Dallas to friends and family. Never did I feel like I was being "sold". John simply answered my questions and reassured my that the 911 was perfect as advertised. It was that and more! Thanks again to the entire group at Lamborghini Dallas!

I recently purchased a 2005 Lamborghini Gallardo from John Hrad. He was a wealth of knowledge and responded to all of my emails and phone calls immediately. Louie was also a great wealth of knowledge and responded to my emails and phone calls immediately. I bought this Lambo with out seeing it in person. Tim McKenna is very pleasant and friendly to work with, but most of all, he was very patient with me. That first Saturday, he could have easily wrote me off as a tire-kicker, but he spent the majority of his day speaking to me and providing options. I wanted a Gallardo, but when he found out that I really wanted a Superleggera, he _made_it_happen_.When I purchase high-end autos, I will normally get a Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) from a 3rd party. However, I have heard from many different sources that Mike Luongo is _the_ expert in all things Lamborghini (and Ferrari, and Porsche!). Given that, what do you do now? Well, you speak to Mike Luongo directly, of course!Mike is also very pleasant and friendly to work with. And like Tim, Mike spent a great deal of time answering my questions and providing information. He gained my trust and I felt that a PPI was no longer necessary. Took my car in for a major service and could not be happier. All the guys there are very friendly and helpful everytime I am there. About 5 different people asked me if I wanted water during my visit. Michael Luongo is very professional and always takes great care of me and my car, and does excellent work. He has been taking care of me for the past 2 years, and I do not take my car anywere else. Dallas is truly fortunate to have someone like Michael and the whole Lamborghini of Dallas team. As a first time Lamborghini buyer, it was important to me to find a dealer that was patient, competent and of the highest integrity. I did my research on various car forums and the Lamborghini Dallas dealership kept coming up on top. And for good reason. Besides having the largest stock of new and used cars to choose from, I could tell as soon as I spoke to them (and my sales rep John Hrad) that this was where I was buying from. I spent the better part of the spring and summer waiting for just the right car to show up, all the time emailing back and forth with John about this or that. He always responded promptly and with the information I needed. He didn't know me in the slightest and for all he knew I could have just been wasting his time but he never failed to be courteous and responsive. THAT is how a professional does it.So just last week my dream car showed up and we made the deal. The gave me a fair market value for my trade and a good price on my new Lambo. When the car arrived it was everything John said it would be and more. It's a leap of faith of buy a used car from a far away dealership from pictures alone but I trusted LOD and John and was rewarded with a GREAT car.Five starts across the board from a happy customer and highly recommend them!

This dealership and our sales rep Mike Durkey in particular deserve the highest rating possible because of their outstanding customer service and professionalism. We purchased a ZO6 Corvette from them at a fair price that was completely as advertised.I had contacted sales reps from other dealerships while searching for what I wanted - Mike was far and away the most responsive to all of our needs and questions and always treated us professionally. Our overall experience with this dealership was positive. Right from when we first contacted via phone and email, both gentlemen portrayed a high level of professionalism. Customer service is very evident in the way we were treated. When we arrived in Dallas, Scot picked us up at the airport and drove us to the dealership. Michail Luongo, the mechanic had my car for two years and delivered it in a non-drivable condition. He destroyed & substituted original parts..etc Michail Luongo, the mechanic had my car for two years and delivered it in a non-drivable condition. He destroyed and substituted original parts. It was not able to even idle or drive normal. After engine overhaul, oil leaks were attempted to seal with JB welding glue and broken components were silicone glued. Horrible is the only word. On delivery my Ferrari 512tr had a tough time stabilizing at idle because it was running SO rich and the two banks were total OUT of synch. Michael Luongo, the so called Ferrari mechanic tried to fool himself by changing the mixture adjustment at the flow sensors which were factory set the same on both banks. They do not need to be touched and each has a blue factory plug on them. There plugs were GONE and they were 100% off balance between the two! The engine was overhauled and oil leaks was all over when finished. Michael cure was to seal it with JB Weld glue! The car engine was intermittently going out at random time. Michael was told at testing the car before delivery and NOTHING was done when car was delivered. It's the same and this Ferrari never did that before! Engines parts including studs and sensors were replaced by random parts that do not even fit. My original functional parts were taken and substituted with some off the shelf parts including my one month old new Gel battery! The important camshaft sensor's connectors were totally shattered!!! Wow. They were 100% intact on delivery to him. The plastic shells were like eggshell when discovered! Don't know what and how he did that. Well instead of replacing it he put black silicone glue in as his replacement parts!!! And he expect it to function properly!!! And he called this Ferrari work!!! I paid for all coolant hoses to be replaced with silicone hoses! He said yes and he "replaced them"!!! And he lied. One of the major hoses on top of the engine at the thermostat blew out on me because my original old hose was NEVER replaced. The radiator on the right leaked out because he did not even used the proper fitting for the drain plug! Instead of using the factory silicone seal he put two copper washers trying to destroy the factory designed groove for this seal and leaked of course!!! Clamps were put together in such odd manner that no one can easily access them and they were NOT like that with the original Ferrari configuration. So far since delivery of the car back to Houston I have to do constant work to correct his mistakes. This is of course after paying more than $20,000 for a Ferrari that is so destroyed! The car was bought brand new at Ferrari Houston and it was extremely well kept. In for so called a major tune up and out came a car that is not even drivable without major work! The exterior paint was all tarnished with scratches and missing screw and messes in the interior. NO one of this quality should advertise themselves as Ferrari mechanics. This is 100% disappointment and deceptive in trade practice.

The staff is courteous, respectful and value their customer from the time you inquire upto the delivery of the product. At the beginning of transaction, you can establish trust and respect right away especially to John, Louie and Tim. Managers are down to earth, humble and very professional to handle tough negotiation. No pressures felt from them. They are not in a hurry for you to make decisions. They are not intimidating unlike the other dealership. They ensure that you made a pleasant and rewarding buying experience with them. The product that I got from them was extremely perfect. I never seen it personally during the buying process but I just relied on their description. When I got the product, it is perfect and flawless and exactly the description they gave it to me in the phone and e-mail. Buying on-line with them is not a thing that you think twice or three times or having doubts because it involves huge amount of money, it is the trust and respect you develop with them from the initial conversation (inquiry process). They even work with you during weekends. They even help you in getting the best and lowest interest rate in the nation.This is the dealership, the management and the staff that must prevails in all car dealers. This Is the second gallardo I have purchased from Dallas Lamborghini. The first in 2007 from John hrad. i pulled up to the dealership in a very dirty dodge pickup, which is my ranch truck. But at the door I was still greeted as a regular customer never being inside the dealership, and no one inside knowing if I could afford the car or maybe just a hotwheel. I was still treated well. I purchased the car that day and kept it almost four years and just recently traded for a second 2011 gallardo with the same salesman John hrad. He was very knowledgable and helped me find the exact car with colors and options to fit what I was looking for. The whole process was hassle free. Scot personally delivered the car to me. My relationship with Lamborghini Dallas began with me meeting John Hrad and Tim McKenna through a very close friend of mine, Shawn Sabanayagam, who literally took me over to meet them in 2011. Shawn could not say enough good things about the people at Lamborghini Dallas; thus, after meeting them, being entertained at a track event and just stopping by several times, I felt the same way. They are very down to earth people and seem to treat everyone with the same amount of respect and share a considerable amount of enthusiasm and passion about the cars.Before I purchased the Gallardo, I had a 2009 Porsche 911 TT. I placed the car with them on consignment and they did a great job of moving the car in about six weeks. Not to mention the commission was absolutely fair. Shahram Jalilian (Director of service), Michael Luongo in service and Mark Plummer in parts are great to deal with. They are very patient with me...considering I am very military in the way I want things done!HaLast but not least, if you spend anytime searching on the internet at different dealerships, you will notice that no has the inventory of Lamborghinis that Dallas does and their knowledge is second to no one. I've purchased a total of seven cars online, sight unseen. This is the first "used" vehicle I've purchased online so I was hesitant for obvious reasons.John Hrad communicated to me the exact condition of the vehicle in detail, answered countless questions and ran several tests on the vehicle in order to make me comfortable with my purchase. John also handled the shipping process and oversaw the loading of my vehicle on to the truck on his day off.When the car arrived, it was exactly in the condition that John had described. You may say that customers should expect a higher level of service when buying a Italian Exotic. The only thing is, I didn't buy an Italian exotic and I received the same level of service from John.As I told John himself, Kudos to him and his organization. I am very pleased with my purchase of a 2009 Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4 from Lamborghini Dallas. I worked with Mr. Scot Whitworth, whom I found to be very professional, prompt and delivered as promised. Scot was able to answer all of my questions with regards to my purchase, especially being that I live in New York, purchasing from Dallas. Scot went as far as getting underneath the car and visually explaining to me exactly what the existing conditions of the car were while on the phone with me. I traded in a 2009 Audi R8 V10 and I have to say it was easier to purchase the car from NY to Dallas, than going to a local dealer.The car that was sent to me was impeccable and exactly as explained. I first spoke with Mike Durkey in Oct 2011 who allowed me to take a test drive in a newer Superleggera. When it came time to sell my cars I contacted Lambo Dallas about a 2008 Superleggera for sale and was connected with John Hrad. John provided an exceptional and stress-free buying experience, even one as complicated as mine due to my trading in two cars. John helped me a great deal and is very educated about Lamborghini cars and that was a GREAT help to me as I had not followed the Gallardo lineage as closely. John worked with me on price and was ALWAYS willing to keep working on my sale and trying to find a price that was right for me even when my haggling skills led me far off the mark. John also allowed a local friend of mine as well as my tuner to look at, photograph, and test drive the car for me as I am located in another State. I don't know many dealers, especially in the exotics business, who is so flexible and accommodating.Louie Bonsukan worked with me to close out the paperwork and was also very knowledgeable and helpful. The majority of communications and negotiations conducted with Lamborghini Dallas were via the telephone and E-mail. Both John Hrad and Louie Bonsukan were extremly helpful and professional in all communications. Telephone calls and emails were answered in a very professional manner. My Ferrari 360 Modena was turned over to me without any "extra" or "unknown" surprises that one would expect in long distance negotations and I was extremely satisfied with the overall purchase experience. I would not hesitate to recommend the John and Louie to anybody interested in purchase of a new or used vehicle.

I had been looking for my preferred Maserati combination and over an 8 month period and after getting to inspect cars advertised I was disillusioned. So when I saw the exact Maserati GranSport Spyder I was looking for on Lamborghini Dallas website and eBay, I approached the sale being very skeptical.From the first call John Hrad was very informative and straight forward, followed up on all the questions I asked for which he did not have information and sent additional photos, provided addition details on previous services, obtained the aftermarket radio manual from previous owner, etc. all in a friendly and professional manner. At no time did I feel like I was being given a used car sales pitch or being unduly pressured. The General Manager, Tim McKenna also made contact to make sure that I was in good hands, but again no sales gimmicks.The paperwork was simple and financial aspects were handled by the Financial Director, Louie, in a very courteous and professional manner and he got me a better deal than what I could do through my bank.When I arrived in Dallas to fetch my car (I did not want to ship it), there was a problem with the convertible top not operating. The top had been operating well but not on that morning. It was sent to the Maserati dealership that was able to get it working again. On the way back to Philadelphia it gave problems again. This was exactly the kind of problem that usually starts nightmares, however, when I called Lamborghini Dallas, John and Louie both kept their word and arranged with Algar Ferrari Maserati Philadelphia to have the top fixed. This is the kind of customer service that really stands out from the crowd. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Lamborghini Dallas to anyone who would like to do internet business but is reserved about buying an upmarket car on this basis. I had wanted a Lamborghini since I first saw one back in the 80's - so when I finally was able to purchase one, I originally talked with Roy at Cats Exotics. Since he didn't have the exact car I wanted, he referred me to John at Lamborghini Dallas. John was very helpful over the phone during my initial inquiry, presenting me with an option I didn't know existed - a 2012 Black Edition LP 550-2. The ordering process was relatively straightforward and as painless as buying a $200K car could be : ) We went over options and spec'd out the car. Given it was a new purchase, there was a painful wait (not the dealership's fault), and John was communicative about letting me know when things were happening and estimated arrival date. I was pleasantly surprised when he called up regarding the possiblility of air freighting the car over and I was able to get the car before Christmas. Overall, I am very happy with my dealings with Lamborghini Dallas and John - my only concern is that I didn't drive a Superleggera to be able to compare it to the 550-2. I'm not sure if my driving talent will ever get to where this car needs it to be : )

When I walked into the dealership, I had no intentions of buying a car. I was only there for a dealership sponsored driving event. To my surprise, a beautiful black 1999 Diablo SV was on the showroom floor. I spoke to Tim McKenna about the car and several other cars before talking to Mike Luongo. Mike gave me the history of the Diablo and I left the dealership in my Gallardo. Only a few hours later I talked to John Hrad about the car and knew it was the car for me. I drove back to the dealership, traded my Gallardo and bought the Diablo in a matter of minutes.I have known John Hrad and Tim McKenna for years, but never purchased a vehicle from them. I never felt pressured to buy a car from them, but was always invited to enthusiast events hosted by the dealership. Both guys are friendly and honest. I am glad I decided to purchase my car from Lamborhini Dallas and will always remain loyal to the dealership.

Tim and Louie were the ultimate customer service people. I am not able to say car salesmen because that would be an insult. They made the process smooth and painless. I have purchased many vehicles and have never had a transaction be more pleasant. From the initial internet chat late at night with Tim about the car to the delivery of the car was outstanding.I arrived on a Friday night and was hoping it would be ready to go on Saturday. Isais picked me up at the hotel on Saturday morning and took me to the store. Unfortunately, my luck wasn't good. The tire that needed to be replaced didn't arrive. It was my choice to hope it was ready. The tire was something I didn't expect. Tim noticed it had quite a bit of wear and decided to have it replaced. The BMW dealer checked the car out while replacing the tire and found it needed a fan. This was replaced too. I dont know of many car dealers that would send a used car to a dealer for a "check-up". This is above and beyond.The poor timing left my wife without a car. We completed all of the paperwork in record time. Louie and Tim sent me on the way in a loaner Porsche. The car was delivered to Houston the next week. This is one of the best groups of people that I have found in the car business. I would recommend them to anyone.

My dealings with Lamborghini Dallas could not have been better. This is my third transaction with the Boardwalk Auto Group (two others with their Ferrari dealership).The bottom line is that I am from New York and have my pick of dealerships, but I work with (and will continue to work with) them because they have incredible integrity, attention to detail and follow through. Every transaction has been top notch and they have continued to exceed my expectations (and I am a tough crtic).Louie Bonsukan, Tim McKenna and Enver Kaba are great and so is their team - everyone in the chain has been a pleasure to work with. EDIT #3: Tim called me as soon as he saw the negative review. He made it seem like he wanted to resolve the issue, but was very quick to tell me I never made an effort to call him... Funny, I left countless voicemails and messages with reception. Here we are again. I have left 3 voicemails in the past 9 days, with ZERO calls back. This is hands down the worse headache and buying experience I have ever had. Buy elsewhere.EDIT #2: Funny how you immediately respond to a post, yet you refused to return any of my calls. You blame me, the customer, for the problem because I used an independent shop to service my Lamborghini's?! Explain how it would be beneficial for a shop, who I have trusted for 10 years, to take advantage of this situation. You accused them of pouring a quart of oil in the coolant system. Give me a break. How about you admit that your service department missed it on their inspection. On top of that, the local dealer has explained to me in great detail that they would never simply be OK with oil being in the coolant system. Does it affect performance? No. Is it a HUGE deterrence to resale value? Yes- and it will be there for the entirely of the vehicles life. I asked you to come up with a solution, and you said you would...thanks for NEVER calling back. That is quality customer service. You never offered to pay the bill that I accumulated repairing the broken convertible top shock, or the coolant leak which led to all of this. EDIT: Please see original comment below. Since the Gallardo arrived, it has been a massive headache. I did not have the opportunity to drive the car for first 5 weeks of ownership because it was delivered with a coolant leak, broken brackets, oil mixed in the coolant system, and multiple check engine lights. Tim McKenna is the most unprofessional General Manager I have ever spoke with. I have been lied to, I have been called a lier, and now they will not return ANY phone calls or messages. I have been told that I have to live with oil mixed in the coolant system forever- THAT IS NOT AT ALL WHAT I PURCHASED .I own multiple Lamborghini's and I would NEVER recommend anybody do business with them. Very happy with the transaction. John Hrad was an absolute pleasure working with. Extremely trustworthy, knowledgeable, and honest. I would never hesitate to do business again with Lamborghini Dallas. The Spyder looks UNREAL!!!!

I will first start off by saying that I am a very hard person to please, and have extremely high expectations for a dealer of this magnitude. Buying a 100k plus car at only 25 is something not very many young men have the pleasure or means to do. But Mr. Mike Durkey and Louie Bonsukan literally went above and and beyond any high-end dealer I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Mike could be a normal, hi, goodbye, have a nice day salesman. But this man checked in on me every 30 minutes (of my 8hr drive) on my way to the dealership. He gave me directions and helped me the entire way. He is very professional and gives you the feeling (unlike most salesman) that he is there for you and not vice-versa. I would trust him with every penny I own, he and Louie made this a wonderful buying experience. I have been visiting the Lambo Dallas dealership for about 2 years in a protracted "thinking about" getting one of these machines. Scot has been my contact there from my first visit. Without any pressure he was able to find a car that was in my "wheelhouse" and had the car in my driveway within 48 hours. Probably would have been quicker, but banks were closed that Monday for holiday. The car has been everything the web site described and more. I will not hesitate to get my next one from them too. I really appreciate the level of sales service that there was. Louie Bonsukan was a great help in securing a loan too. Overall great place to do business with.

I am writing to commend your salesman, Mike Durkey, on his professionalism, being courteous and friendly throughout my buying experience at Lambo Dallas. I phoned your dealership and talked to Mike regarding the Gallardo, that turned out to be the same car I was in the process of buying from Porsche San Antonio when they informed me that they sold it to someone else (your dealership), after I spent two days in the process of purchasing it from them. Great car buying experience. Very easy and friendly staff to work with, relaxed atmosphere. Entire process from selecting the car, to accommodating special requests, handling the trade and financing all went smooth and without a hitch. Also impressed with the dealers honesty, openness throughout the process. To put it in prospective, it was more stressful for me to buy a new blackberry phone recently than buying this lambo in terms of customer experience. I would highly recommend Lamborghini of Dallas and working with Scott/Louie.

John had been feeding me information for over a year now, and was never overbearing when it came to the cars we were discussing. I never felt any kind of pressure from him and I believe he was helpful in making my decision on which exotic would work best for me. Louie added his input to the decision as well and with his work on the finance side, everything went very smooth.

The most positive car buying experience I have ever had. I was somewhat reluctant to purchase a vehicle through ebay but after communicating with John Hrad, the new car sales manager, I felt comfortable dealing with him. He is very accommodating and made the whole experience seem effortless and even though the car I purchased was probably on the low end of their inventory, the attention he gave this transaction was as excellent as if I was buying one of their Ferraris or Lamborghinis! He arranged for delivery of my vehicle and the whole transaction from its beginning to delivery took only about a week AND the car arrived with a full tank of gas. Wow! He also followed up to make sure I was happy with my purchase.In all the car purchases I have made over the years, new and used, I can honestly say that this was the most painless and pleasurable purchase yet even though there was no face to face contact. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this dealership in the future.

I worked with Scot Whitworth from Upstate NY to purhchase a fairly rare used Volvo XC90 V8 Sport. Despite the long distance, Scot was very helpful with information, pictures, and overall arrangements to purchase the vehicle. Scot was very prompt on communications via email and his information was always accurate. Lambo Dallas is a very professional organization and their inventory appears to be only the best used vehicles (and I have looked at a lot of used vehicles to know). Scot was friendly, helpful, and not your typical pushy salesman that was in a hurry to move on. I would highly recommend you consider purchasing a used vehicle from this group.

I knew nothing about Lamborghini's prior to my purchase at Lamborghini Dallas. John Hrad was great to work with... he answered all my questions quickly both via email and phone. Visiting the dealership to view the car was equally pleasurable... John was willing to take all the time necessary for me to get a good feel for the car. The finance department was quick and efficient as well. All-in-all the total process, from learning about the car, test driving it, and purchasing it was one of the best car buying experiences I've had - in fact probably the best. Louie from the begining was extremely friendly and helpful. Lamborghini Dallas Service is simply Terrific! Why, because these guys have a great deal of respect for the exotics they service. The knowledge they have, and passion for educating us as customers is remarkable. When someone in service takes the time to explain what is going on, and is open to answering all the questions that come to them, it means they CARE! I specifically have had my LP560-4 in 2X, this last time with an electrical issue with the EGEAR that took 3 weeks from the time I brought the car in to the time I got it back. During the entire time Tony kept me updated on the goings on, explained in detail how they were working to solve the problem, and as a result I was never concerned about the level of service and care my lambo was getting. Mike is simply amazing, guy knows everything about these cars, and explains in detail. We too as owners of these exotics are in some cases as fanatic about how they work as the guys who are lucky and talented enough to work on them. Five star rating, big thanks to Tony and Mike.KJ

I had located the car that I purchased over the internet. I live in Nebraska and Lamborghini of Dallas is located in Texas. The logistics of a purchase from 800 miles away could have been difficult if it had not been for the excellent communication from both Alex and Tim. This was my first experience with the dealership, so I was a little reluctant to purchase an automobile "long distance" - I live in Florida. From the first moment I contacted Alex, I had a professional, no-pressure, and polite experience. And when Alex was not available to answer my questions, the manager, Tim McKenna was there to respond. They followed up on my initial contact, but they did not "push" the sale. When I was finally ready to close the deal, they had a very reasonable price offer, and they shipped the car - in fact, they did so even before receiving my signed paperwork! The car was everything they promised, and even included items that we had not negotiated (car cover, for instance). Financing was a breeze, and they were able to match my preferred rate from my local bank. The follow-up after the delivery has been excellent, as well. I have absolutely no hesitation in fully and unconditionally recommending the dealership - and particularly Tim and Alex. I plan on sending all my friends to them!Well done!

My rating of 5 for customer service was based on my experience over the 2 yrs. I owned a LP640 which I purchased from Lambo. of Dallas. The personnel I dealt with are the same people currently in place which provided me with absolutely the highest level and quality of service I have ever experienced. This was true from the sales side, the service side as well as the back office. The people I dealt with made my overall experience a great one and that's why I'm back looking and planning for my future purchase of another Lambo. from this dealershipI have been very impressed with the way the people at this dealership have kept me informed about upcoming events as well as all the new product offerings. I always felt welecome even at this dealership even though I was not a current Lambo. owner. The quality of the work was always top notch and better yet I was always kept fully informed with no surprises at the end. Best yet I always got my car back when I was told it would be ready. My overall experience with this dealer could not be better and if I could give their personnel a higher rating than a 5 I would. I continue to recommend this dealer to my associates with no reservations and will continue to do so. I gave price a 4 rating only because I can't buy two cars not because the car isn't worth every penny. I had an incredible experience with my LP640 with only the best things to say about the dealer persnnel and the car. PS. I really like the new location so much better and the showroom, offices, and service area are all beneffiting a great car.

Dallas Lamborghini made buying a pre owned vehicle palatable. Their website lists details and numerous pictures of the vehicle so I had a very good idea of the condition of the vehicle before ever stepping foot on the lot. The salesman, John Hrad had a no nonsense approach, we literally spend less than 5 minutes discussing price. The General Manager greeted me after we agreed on pricing and showed me around the dealership as the detail shop applied complimentary leather protectant to the upholstery of my new Hummer. I was on my way home a satisfied customer in less than 2 hours.

Although I am from New Jersey and not Texas, I have bought two Lamborghini Murcielago's from Scott Whitworth at Lamborghini Dallas. A short while after purchasing my first car (2004 Murcielago) i gave Scott a call to keep on the lookout for an LP640 in Rosso Vik. I received a call a few months later that he was able to locate the exact car I was looking for. With no expectations, Scott gave me a price and we worked out a deal for the trade of my 2004 and the delivery of the 2009 right to my door 2300 miles away. Throughout the sales process I never felt pressured by Scott or anyone from the dealership. The entire staff from Parts, Service and Finance were all exceptionally friendly and informative. I would definitely buy another car from Scott and the team at Lamborghini Dallas in the future even though I have a factory certified Lamborghini dealer right here in my home state. I have a real feeling of customer satisfaction because all of the dealings from inquiry to purchase went so smoothly. I look forward to the new Murcielago replacement as I am sure to be in close contact with Scott when the new model hits the showroom.

The main reason i buy from John is that i trust him, period. i have bought lots of cars over the years but once you find someone you can trust when buying a $125.000 car you stay with that person until they lose your trust. John does not pressure you or give more information than you need. It took him almost 6 months to find my Turbo and i love it.

Unlike some other dealerships, Lamborghini Dallas utilizes a no hassle, no nonsense approach and my experience says that they are willing to entertain any reasonable offer. I found my 2008 Artic Silver convertible Porsche Boxster on line through Edmonds and called the Lamborghini dealership in Richardson the moment I saw the listing to inquire in greater detail about specifics. After I asked several questions of Scot Whitworth, based on the CarFax info I obtained, to which he replied with professionalism, patience, clarity, additional detail and helpful info, he warmly suggested I come in to test-drive the car at my earliest convenience. I was up there at 9am the next day, which was a Saturday, and was fortunate to catch a spirited Lambo rally leaving the lot together. Everyone at the dealership was kind and helpful. We visited for a bit about the car, drove the neighborhood, and I returned later that day to negotiate. By 5pm, pictures were being taken of me and my new car, and I was the very happy new owner of my hot and athletic little Boxter. Scot continues to be a source of help and I always look forward to visitng "Graycie's" foster home. I may be the runt of the litter, but we are fierce, and still part of the family! I have purchased several Automobiles over the years in person and over the Internet.
