I recently found myself in need of a new car with very specific requirements and a very specific budget. The staff at Truck Town Dodge were so helpful throughout the whole process, offering advice and working with me to get a car that suited my needs. Trey was very informative and positive while he showed me different cars on the lot and explained the features to me. Jared worked with me for hours, going above and beyond to find a car that was right for me. He found a perfect fit on another lot, but despite the distance, I drove it home the very next day! Toby, the general manager was very supportive of my situation and walked me through anything I didnt understand. The finance manager, Chad, helped me get a great interest rate and walked me through all the paperwork I needed to complete. The whole experience was amazing I trust this team to get me exactly what I need without all the sleazy underhanded techniques you see at other dealerships. This was so much less stressful than my last car-buying experience, and I dare say it was even pleasant! Thanks Truck Town staff; I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Looked online, messaged the dealer and that contacted me in no time! We did everything over the phone! It was truly a success! They were patient and willing to do everything to satisfy their customers. Toby did an excellent job with helping me out with this 2007 Chrysler 300. He sold me a very great car and even filled it up before bringing it to my location. Now this experience was my first on buying a car off the lot and I might say it was the best! This is the car I've always looked for. They contacted me promptly and is still keeping in contact after my purchase! This is the service we all need especially when it's your first time buying a car off the lot. The car is in great shape and everything! I appreciate Truck Town, the drivers and Toby for helping me and getting me what I needed! You guys are awesome!!!!!

Traded Ram 2500 Cummins for Ram 1500 Hemi,I was very particular about the options and model i wanted, Called Travis, he found what i wanted, I told him what i expected the difference price to be. He got close and i accepted, He had to get the vehicle from another dealer, did so in a timely manner and vehicle was delivered, prepped etc. . Can not say enough about how well i was treated by staff and service provided during this purchase, will be buying again from them in the future!!

Cameron told me that they didn't have time to drive my car during the day, so he drove it back and forth to his home in Lubock. He spilled something sticky in my brand new car. Now the shifter sticks and ther are rock chips in the paint plus he put a long scratch on the stripe on my hood. THEY DID NOT FIX ANYTHING! Run from this dealership!

Bought a used vehicle from benny boyd dodge and not even a week later it breaks down. The engine is blewn. I call to complain and hopefully get a different truck. I was told it was not there problem. I try to contact to sellsman (Ron) he never answers my calls and apparently he does not work there anymore. DO NOT GO TO BENNY BOYD THEY WILL SCAM YOU!
