Whether it's a quick service or a drop off now and pick up later, the staff here is always warm and welcoming. The guys in the garage that help you park are a HOOT! If you do need to wait in their lounge area, it's quite cozy. They take very good care of my car and me - and I appreciate the free car wash with each service. I am a Subaru girl and LCM is really awesome!

Bought a 2021 WRX recently. Great car! The sales process and the information that Andre provided about the car were thorough. After a little back-and-forth, we had a deal. Had an issue with my registration after making the deal and LCM resolved it quickly and fairly. Would buy here again when the time comes.

Absolutely amazing. I’m pretty much a brand new driver and have no credit established on my record and they helped me out tremendously and got me exactly what I wanted for an amazing price / rate (with a good down payment) would 100% recommend. I had a great experience with LCM and my rep Austin. I bought a used car 3 weeks ago and took the car back for some extra repairs. Everything was handled at no charge and they gave us a loaner car to use as parts had to be ordered. Very happy with the support they gave us. Thank you LCM!! Kim K

The title of the review isn't an understatement. My family owned and operated a car dealership for 75 years. Creating a team and atmosphere that is customer-centric, both sales and service is not easy. Lancaster County Subaru has it! I have worked with Jerry in sales and Colleen in service specifically. If they at all represent the entire team, you won't go wrong choosing to work with Lancaster County Subaru.

Purchased 2003 Mach 1 Mustang (salesman was wonderful) got the vehicle home engine light came on. Took the vehicle back down (45minutes) in both directions to have it fixed told them didn't matter how long they had it just fix it. Was told that the problem was fixed and also the tranny leakage was just minimal and wasn't covered under the 30 day warranty and it was nothing to worry about. Picked the vehicle up got it home drove it about 25 miles the next day and it threw the same code. So I put the car on the lift the tranny was just not a minimal leak the bolt was loose and the plastic piece was bent so it would have continued to leak. So long story short I fixed that with a new O ring and replaced the plastic piece. Replaced to O2 sensors and had a mechanic clear the code and the light has not come back on So LONG STORY short if you want a vehicle you purchased there to be fixed do it yourself!!! I asked for the $90.00 reimbursement of the sensors and was told no that I should have brought it back but I guess the 90 was to much to ask for a vehicle that they made 7500 dollars on. Also was told the vehicle was serviced and inspected well if it was really looked over they would have seen the tranny and also the back shock needs replaced and the headlights on the vehicle are illegal in PA but they put a sticker on it anyway!!!!! Also with further looking over this vehicle the last two days my wiring to my intake was not properly secured and it was touching my motor and was melted thru so the 2 days the dealer had it they some how missed that when they were looking at the intake. So now I have to replace the wires that are melted through also. RIDICULOUS! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER
