Spencer was awesome! Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had! I drove about 1.5hrs to purchase my new Blazer this weekend. Spencer took the time to talk to me over the phone and had the car and details ready when we arrived. The whole team was great! Everybody was friendly and made us feel comfortable! Would 100% definitely recommend Spencer...he went above and beyond! He is honest and I never felt pressured or rushed! If you're looking to buy a vehilce...this is the place to go! Met with Joe at Lancaster Motor Company on 08/21/2021 and he was by FAR the BEST person to meet with. He made me feel so relaxed as we transitioned from my current vehicle into a beautiful Traverse. I entered the dealership with a simple service request with excellent customer service from Mr. Willie. I purchased the parts at the dealership first with excellent customer service from Mr. Butch. The repair that was performed looked well until later on that day I had to make sharp turns on my left and right side. At first I thought it was something totally different until I remembered that I just had my vehicle serviced and the service that was provided was causing the problem. I immediately called them on the same day. I spoke with the lady over the service department and explained to her the problem along with my name and number. Her response was that she will have someone to contact me as soon as possible. It is now five days past and no one have contacted me yet. I called and spoke with another lady who is now (they say) is over the service department. I explained to her the problem along with my name and number and her response was: It was brought to her attention and that was all. OMG..

We got what we wanted for our trade and paid what we wanted for the new vehicle. No run around! No drama! Quick, easy and we didn't spend all day waiting around. We've bought many cars and trucks over the years and this was one of the better experiences we've had. Definitely recommend!
