I have been coming to Lancaster Toyota for several years since I bought my Toyota Corolla there. Paul Glick has been my service advisor during this time. Paul is always very pleasant and helpful in any way he can to get good servicing for my car. The proof of this is that a year ago, I moved to Duncannon , PA. I would never consider going to another Toyota dealer. Although it takes me at least an hour to get to Toyota, I know that my car will have great servicing. The point I would like to make mainly is Lancaster Toyota can be trusted and if my car really needs something, they will tell me. Paul and the staff are very hard working people and go to great lengths to accomplish their tasks. Their manager, Steve Shepos is the manager and always shows how important we are to Toyota. Thanks to Paul Glick and the staff for all they do for customers like me.

We bought our Prius brand new from this dealership. It took us finding a better deal online in order to get the price lowered and a better model. It was a headache. They had us going back and forth between two of their sales people within the dealership. Upon finally purchasing we had our original salesperson that offered us the worst original deal, it was terribly awkward. The procedure for the sale of course took forever. Every time I needed an oil change the car would let me know which was convenient. The first 2 years of services were included but each time I would go into the Service Center they would let me know that when the free service ran out I could purchase more for $299. When my 30,000 mile service came up I decided to purchase the longer service deal. It happened to coincide with my state inspection for the year. I ended up paying so much extra because the service lady made me feel uncomfortable by my asking to buy the wiper blades somewhere else instead of paying $50 for their brand. I ended up feeling forced to pay retail for wiper blades and later found out I was charged for new filters as well. I wanted to purchase needed materials elsewhere, install them myself, and take the car back for inspection. My experience is of immaturity. This was my first new car and I wanted to take best care of it. But if I can help anyone through my mistake it would be to find a garage after the free service runs out. Otherwise you are going to pay retail for parts and be swindled into unnecessary purchases.

We recently took our Corolla over to Lancaster Toyota for a 95000 mile checkup. Even though we live in York it is worth the trip. The shop and waiting area are extremely clean and spacious. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly and courteous. Miguel came right over and explained everything to us and checked in with us as the car was almost done. I was having trouble getting in and out of my car due to upcoming hip surgery and when Miguel noticed that on my arrival he had the car at a place I did not have to walk far and helped me in the car. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I cannot recommend Lancaster Toyota highly enough.

I've been going to Lancaster Toyota to service my family's 2011 Sienna Limited AWD for quite some time and have been pleased with the work thus far (minus the high pressure sales on services I don't need). Today I picked up my van after I just had the oil change and PA state inspection done. They said it needed wiper blades so I agreed to have them installed. Picked up the van and noticed a 6" crack coming from the bottom of the windshield right where the wiper arm meets the front windshield. The service technician dropped the arm of the wiper while he was installing the new blades and put a star in the windshield and then it cracked it. I talked to Patrick the service manager and he told me its time to make an insurance claim for the crack. I asked him why would I make an insurance claim on a problem that one of his techs made to my car, he told me it was because they weren't going to fix it. Needless to say I won't be going back to Lancaster Toyota for any service work nor will I be back to buy my next toyota. I'll be going to Tri-County Toyota where they care more about their customers.

I recently took my RAV4 to Lancaster Toyota to have the 30,000 mile service performed. I made the appointment on line and from the time I arrived and was greeted by Marie Brook, my service adviser, until the service was completed, everything was handled promptly and efficiently. The waiting area was very attractive and comfortable and the complementary hot drinks were greatly appreciated. The total cost was right in line with the preservice estimate.

I have been a Lexus owner for 16 years. I test drove the Toyota Highlander Platinum and was very impressed with the extra options in the Toyota for approx. 8 thousands dollars less. The Toyota dealer in Lancaster gave me the best deal on our first visit. They were fair from the beginning. I went to two other Toyota dealers and their price was higher than Lancaster Toyota. Bill was a very nice sales agent. He did an excellent job of going over the car. He did not pressure us to buy. I really appreciated him giving a fair deal without haggling unlike other dealers. Bill even came to work on his day off so we could get our new car ASAP. I would highly recommend this agent and dealership to other customers looking to buy a Toyota.

I was really impressed to get a call on the morning of my service from Paul G, who wanted to go over what was scheduled to see if something extra had been ordered in the paperwork that wasn't necessarily what I wanted. After discussion (and the initial review of the car by the mechanics), we realized that I had asked for something that I didn't need at this time, so Paul removed it. He then got the car ready early and called me again. He just could not have been more professional or helpful. And, as usual, I get terrific service at the price that was quoted to me. I brought my 14 Camry in for it's 30K service and state inspection including emissions, and change cabin air filter. An estimated time of completion was given as well as estimated cost. I used a dealership coupon which saved me $25 and I was out in half the estimated time. Two complementary coffee's to be exact..Carlos kept me up to date as to what was going on. He was knowledgably, professional in his manners and appearance. The service waiting area is pleasant and clean. Excellent overall experience.

Wifi was not working. Employees said nothing we can do about it. The thing that they can do is check the router. Duh. If you have a computer you can't use it there currently customers were looking angry about it. I had very loud data left for a week left in the contract so had to sit and Twittle my thumbs. Which l told them I will never buy another Toyota from your dealership.

As soon as I walked into the dealership, I was treated with warmth and respect! Harold Troupe, Jr. even greeted me with a warm welcome before I got to the doors. Which was important, since I had been wandering around on several other dealership lots and no one even bothered to come see if I had any questions. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable, and Harold and Jason Driendl answered all my questions with a patient smile (because I had a lot of questions). No question was dumb or stupid. Even when I thought the deal had fallen though (Due to my own financial situation - NOT the dealerships fault), Kelly in the finance department worked VERY HARD to find a way to get me into my desired Corolla! I would not be in my brand new Corolla WITHOUT Kelly, so a huge big warm 'Thank You' Kelly!! I can also say that the people in the Used Toyota lot were extremely helpful and respectful to my financial situation, when I thought my only option was to buy a used car. Thank you Wayne Ludwick. HOWEVER, as Kelly was able to work out a deal, I am now driving my brand new Corolla, and couldn't be happier!!! The entire team at Lancaster Toyota is simply the most friendly and helpful dealership I have encountered. Thank you Harold, Jason and Kelly for helping to make my dreams come true! Harold is just the best - so warm, patient and friendly, but more importantly, very knowledgeable, with a quick sense of humor. I have been a loyal and very satisfied customer of LTM since 1977 or 1978. My wife and I live in York, only 4-5 miles from one Toyota dealer (in York) and about 20 miles from 2 other Toyota dealers (Hanover and Mechanicsburg). All 3 dealerships are easier for us to get to/from than LTM and all 3 dealerships emphasize the only cars we are buying these days - Toyotas. So, why do we continue to do ALL of our Toyota business with LTM? That's simple - the honest, knowledgeable, polite, courteous, professional, and customer-focused team of people like Rick Price, Travis Yorty, Steve Shepos, Cory Holton, and Harold Troupe. In particular, I must give most of the kudos to Rick and Travis. Unequivocally, there is not one other business relationship that I value more than that of LTM. We have 2 Toyotas - Prius and Solara - so financially it is very significant in our life. Admittedly, I know very little about cars. Rick and Travis do a great job of educating me on the "must-know" aspects of all major repair/maintenance decisions. I count on them to be 100% truthful. And, they have NEVER, EVER DISAPPOINTED ME!! Once again, these LTM employees are honest and customer-focused. They know, if so inclined, they could easily "trick" me once or maybe even twice. But, they also respect me, and they know that I am very capable of determining when/if I've been misled or duped. Some dealerships might try this occasionally, but I am SO confident that if Rick Price or Travis Yorty have ANY control in the matter, HONESTY and FAIRNESS will ALWAYS prevail at LTM. In my opinion, the qualifications that LTM exhibits on a very consistent basis make it the top-notch Toyota dealership it is today. In fact, I would even go so far as to say that they are developing a MODEL business in the auto sales and service industry. WELL DONE!!

You would not believe the great car maintenance service that IS possible when you have superior management, committed employees, extremely well trained mechanics, and procedures that actually are well thought out and effective. We experienced a check engine light problem on our 2016 Camry XLE that was attributed to fuel fumes from the gas cap. Service department ordered a new gas cap , and since car was under warranty, there was no charge, as there should not have been. Car only had 1400 miles on it. They have a great service center whereby you drive right into the garage, you are greeted by Toyota staff, and once they have verified why you are there, your car is taken away to be serviced while you can wait in the guest lounge. Customer service was very good; they kept you informed, and are VERY neat with your car; they put a cover over your driver's seat before any mechanic takes the car away to be fixed.

I am now driving my 4th Toyota, three of them Priuses. I have always been very satisfied with the excellent service of the dealer in Lancaster. My latest, with Amanda as my service advisor, was equally satisfying even though the repair I expected couldn't be done at the price I was willing to spend. (I had knocked off my antenna trying to drive through my garage when the door was only half open!) I had been quoted a price I was willing to pay to get radio reception, but when the repairman got into the base, it was broken and the price would have been about twice what I am willing to pay. Nonetheless, the waiting room is quiet and clean with free coffee; I had about 30 minutes to do some written work before I had to make the decision not to proceed with the repair. Meanwhile, Amanda helped me with some lighting which I was having trouble with, so all in all, I am still quite happy with the service.

I have had a wonderful experience with Lancaster Toyota. Living in NJ I purchased my RAV4 near Philly 2 years earlier having all the service done there. Later when I noticed paint above the windshield bubbling and peeling I took it to the dealership to see what they might do / suggest and was immediately 'put down and dismissed'. So much for a good business experience. Ugh! Later when moving to Lancaster area I visited Lancaster Toyota for PA inspection / registration. I asked them if they might look at paint that was peeling. Without hesitation, I was told "That is a paint defect, and not a problem you created. Let me see what Toyota can do". I was treated with respect and politeness even though I had never been there before. I was told 2 days later by Steve Plank that Toyota would cover the costs for paint repair as their way of demonstrating customer appreciation. I asked "Are you serious?!". I shared with Steve my earlier experience where I had purchased the RAV4. I also shared if this is the way Lancaster Toyota treats customers I knew where I was going to get my next used car (I had been looking for one to replace an older second car). Three days later I purchased my second RAV4 from Lancaster Toyota...and was pleased with the price and selection of the vehicle. Lancaster Toyota not only has a good product but treat people with respect. When I picked up my wife's RAV4 that had the paint defect corrected I was glad to show Steve my second RAV4, and told him where I got it. :-) From Lancaster Toyota. I am a VERY satisfied customer.

Returned for first oil change after purchase. The technicians found almost $700 of missing rubber molding? Why would you sell a vehicle that has missing parts ? Scheduled next oil appointment and power window repair today. Service manager denied the window repair and claimed it was out of service warranty period, when he promise to fix the problem on the last visit. He said he did not remember ??? I just wanted to write a quick note about my recent experience at Lancaster Toyota and service to my 2005 Tacoma. My Tacoma was recently serviced for a total frame replacement which was part of the recall. Travis Yorty, my regular service advisor, kept me informed of the process and progress regularly, and when he was unavailable, Partrick Dardis stepped in and did the same. Once the frame was replaced, there were a couple of issues that arose due to the complex nature of the work, but again, Travis and Patrick were very helpful and honest with me as to what the issues were and Lancaster Toyota's commitment to me and to get the work completed properly and to get my Tacoma back in proper running condition. It would have been easy for me to get upset with these issues, but the Lancaster Toyota Service Team did everything to ensure I was satisfied with the work to my truck and that I was happy with the results. Customer Services seems to be a skill, or honestly, an art, that has lost its luster. However, Travis and Patrick represented Lancaster Toyota professionally with their eye consistently on the customer to ensure I was taken care of. You should be proud of the way they represented Lancaster Toyota. I have friends who asked me why I continue to take my truck to the dealer for service, and this is why. Lancaster Toyota has always been honest with me and treated me well. I bought the Tacoma knowing it would be a great truck with a long life, and that is due to the service I have received from Lancaster Toyota over the last 11 years and 221,000 miles. Rest assured, when it is time to trade my Tacoma in on a new vehicle, Lancaster Toyota will be my first choice. I just hope the Sales Team is as focused on customer Service as Travis and Patrick. They really are very good at their jobs and I thank them both for working with me to get my Tacoma back on the road.

I took my Camry in to have some suspension work done. There was a very loud knocking noise coming from the rear end. My appointment was for 7am, so I dropped my car off the night before. The morning of my appointment I received a phone call at 7:20am! Within 20 minutes of looking at my car they found the source of the noise! Very fast service! My service advisors name was Paul Glick. Paul was very kind when speaking on the phone. He was very thorough when explaining the issues with my car. He also went through EVERY cost on my bill and made sure to let me know if anything changed with the price. He also got me the best price he could with coupons. I got my car back and it was perfect! The problems had been fixed! I am extremely happy with the service and will be back with any other issues with my car. I trust their work, and thats hard to say due to my past experiences with other shops. Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service!

I can assure you my feelings about Lancaster Toyota, Mazda & Scion are nothing less than exceptional. We just took delivery of another 2015 Corolla S+ for my other twin son on Tuesday. We now all have new 2015 Toyotas, except me of course, who has a 2014 Tacoma Limited. How come the bread winner of the family is driving the oldest car in the family? LOL. We are very pleased not only with our vehicles, but the professionalism displayed through the entire process of selecting, buying and service of our family of Toyotas. I have owned at least 15 new Toyotas of various models in my lifetime, not including our recent purchases. In all honesty, I have never had a major problem with any Toyota I have owned, other than routine maintenance, so you could say Toyota is in my blood. I also owned multiple Mazdas and Nissans but I keep coming back to Toyota when its time for a change. The service and routine maintenance at your dealership is nothing less than exceptional. I have not owned a domestic vehicle since the mid 70s. If Toyota corporate kept track of all the Toyotas I have owned, I should be their poster child for the year. LOL. I doubt theyd consider a 71 year old as a poster child, but I certainly rank very high among Toyota owners over the last three decades. I anxiously awaiting the newly designed 2016 Tacoma, which I may consider as my next truck in a couple years.

I just went over 500,000 miles on my 2005 Prius that I bought at Lancaster Toyota in Lancaster, PA. I attribute my many miles to God and my Service Team at Lancaster Toyota, where All my work has been done. Starting with the Manager Steve Shepos, and his assistant Steve Plank, and the Service Team I have worked with of Travis Yorty and Miguel Delgado, I have had nothing but a beautiful experience. Steve just had my car reconditioned and it looks like new, and ready for another half million. They constantly have gone out of their way to help me with any major repairs, of which there have only been a few. My motto has always been, if it ain't broke don't fix it, and so even though I moved a little further away from the dealership, I still come back because of the outstanding service here. There is no question that Lancaster Toyota Service is the best I have ever seen in my lifetime, and I will not go anywhere else. I would recommend them to anybody, as the place to go for service. He brought us to the truck dealer and when I later stopped back and asked for him didn't hesitate to come down and talk to my wife and I. Ryan was never pushy. My wife and I purchased a 2012 Toyota Prius from Lancaster Toyota and were very happy with the purchase experience and pricing we received from our sales consultant Bill Bock. Don Nolt, the sales manager was more than fair with our trade pricing and we also received a great interest rate from the finance department.Our ongoing service experience has been nothing less than perfect. When I wait for our car in their service waiting area, I have access to their free Wi-Fi and can use a loaner iPad, how cool is that? I'm a coffee hound and they offer free coffee to all customers (Seattles Best BTW!). However, what keeps me coming back is the incredible level of communication that I have with the service department. They always have my best interest in mind, are focused on insuring that I'm kept up to date on what's going on with my car when it's in for service and when I arrive to pick up my car, my service advisor reviews what's been done and I get a coupon for a free car wash to boot! What more could they do? Perhaps they might want to stop over at my home to cut my lawn? :-) These guys are great. If you're the type that appreciates Toyota factory trained technicians working on your Toyota, be treated professionally and with respect, and want to know that what's being recommended is truly needed, then Lancaster Toyota is the right place to take your car.

I had a campaign on my 08 Tacoma for the frame to be sprayed with undercoating. According to the paperwork this should be a 2 day process. My truck was scheduled for a Tuesday appt. I dropped off on Monday afternoon so it could be ready for them Tuesday morning, they call me Tuesday afternoon (not even 24 hours later) and tell me it's finished. I went to pick it up before I went into the service dept I inspected their work. I looked underneath and it looks like they just sprayed this thing and parked it outside with freezing temps and undercoating dripping off the frame. Its soaked! I went into the service dept and told them I'm not picking the truck up today its too wet and has not had time to set up. The service Mgr tells me that this is normal and it's ok to drive, he also tells me that if I want another day with the car rental I'll be charged for it. (I don't understand that statement because I didn't have the car for 2 days Note: in the car rental business 1 day = 24 hrs) without argument I drove my truck home. Half way home I stopped off at the store got out and no suprise undercoat splahed up on the side of my truck and on the rims. Long story short I cleaned it all off. I went to another toyota dealer to ask what their procedure was for this campaign ( by the way I didn't let them know my current experience) I made it sound like I was inquiring about this service. They tell me its 2 day process I'll get a rental car for 2 days. I asked what is the drying process? They told me they park the trucks inside and let them drip on the floor for a day. This particular dealership schedules these on a Tuesday & you don't get it back till Thursday. To me as a customer this sounds like this is the way it should be done. This dealer is giving the customer what Toyota is allowing for the rental. I called Toyota customer care and told them my experience with this dealership on how they wouldn't give the the rental car for the full 2 days. They really didn't seem to care. Nothing became of it. In the end of this whole experience I have decided that this service Dept is not for me. I will visit another dealership that has what I consider the better customer service.

I had the pleasure of buying two cars from Brad Allen at Lancaster Toyota Mazda in the past year. One was the first I had ever bought myself. Brad spent much of a February morning and all that afternoon patiently test driving various cars (some several times) and scouring his inventory for a manual transmission. He was happy to explain each step of the paperwork process to a first-time buyer, and never showed the slightest irritation at my indecisiveness, even when I backed out of a deal for a Mazda2 in favor of a larger Mazda3. When that Mazda3 was lost in a crash less than a year later, I had no doubt about where I would go to replace it. Brad endured several hours on a very cold evening reviewing options and test driving . Two nights later, I was back on the road in a beautiful Prius that I love even more than the Mazda. Brad Allen is a top tier salesman. His customers are his top priority at all times. I was not pressured to buy, nor did I ever feel misled in my inexperience. Brad is outgoing and an excellent communicator, often answering emails long after business hours. He and the rest of the Lancaster Toyota Mazda team make themselves available to accommodate even the most inconvenient of customers' schedules. I never felt anything but valued at LTM from consultation to closing signatures, and I will return here for all my auto needs.

On Friday, January 30, 2015, I brought my Corolla for a scheduled Safety Recall fix. I left it there at 9:00 AM, with "service advisor" Cory Holton. At approximately 2:15 PM, he called me with an update : that they had been working on my car for several hours and it would probably be ready by 3:00 PM. Fifteen minutes later, he called again and stated they could not work on my car because the recall was only in "Interim" status. The INCOMPETENCE is that they never should have scheduled the appointment in the first place, because of the "Interim" restriction. The DISHONESTY is that this "service advisor" blatantly lied to me about the car having been worked on for hours, when they had not done anything. When I returned home I found an e-mail informing me that my car could be picked up because "the work had been completed".

Lovin' My Hood Scoop

The details begin with that fact that I had a nice bright sunny day today to experiment with my new flat black hood scoop and I did tried it out at various sun angles in order to hit it with those worst case scenarios. Previous to the modification, at least with the nautical blue paint, there were times that the hood scoop acted like a mirror, and produced an intense reflection that made it difficult for me to see to drive, unless I held my hand up in front of my face to block it. The flat black no longer allows the hood scoop to act like a mirror, no matter what angle I hit it with. There is still some glare, its not 100%, but the mirror effect of reflecting the sun is gone, and the glare now looks more like a diffused glow, which I can easily look out over and see what is in front of me without having to block it with my hand. Though taming the sun reflection was my main concern, the fact that the hood scoop looks good with the flat black is a plus as well. It is a well done job; Im a happy camper! Thanks again for going beyond what was required.

We set out to look at a Honda CRV and a Mazda CX-5 td see what we wanted to buy. We went to Mazda first and met Elliot Edison. We never did get to Honda and bought the Mazda that day. Elliot did an excellent job in showing the various model and did a good job selling the dealership and the car. He was very knowledgeable about the Mazda's and was able to answer every question without hesitation. He also knew about all available accessories. He worked with us until we reached a payment we were satisfied with. Elliot was very patient and never pushy which made for a pleasant and very efficient buying experience. Mazda is making a very attractive and competitive car and it would be nice if there was a stand alone showroom with better visibility and parking along the highway.

Everyone at the dealership legitimately cares about what you need and will do everything to help you satisfy your needs. They aren't overly pressuring and if they make a commitment, they'll stick to it! Doug was my salesman and Craig helped also and both of them were great and seemed to be honest and loved their jobs! I had a few minor issues with my vehicle and they were great at taking care of them; Rick, the General Manager, was very reassuring when I asked him about the issues being resolved. I was shopping at MANY different dealerships before I went into LTM, and they certainly stand out from the rest of the crowd! They've earned a customer for life!

I bought s Camry 2012 two weeks ago in Lancaster PA, three days after the car wasn't working right I tooked the car to Service and spend all day and the didn't do anything to the car, now have to miss another day from being with my family to take the car again. I tried to contact the Dealer Manager and he didn't call me back. It is frustrated to buy a car and just have more headaches on you.

Let me preface this review with the fact that I have had a couple of poor service experiences at Lancaster Toyota that had me a little skeptical long before I showed up on the lot to look at Mazdas. I am also a research junky and would never in a million years make an emotional purchase decision or pay more than I thought I absolutely had to for a car. With all the information available online, there is no excuse to make a quick decision on a new car. I come armed with all the information about a car and the price I'm willing to pay long before I ever talk price. I feel it's important to see what the salesmen actually know about the cars they are selling and how much BS they sling from the outset. Elliott Edison at Lancaster Mazda did a good job of not trying to oversell me on anything. I was waffling hard on which trim and color of the Mazda 3 I would prefer and still looking at the Ford Focus as well. Elliott gave me the space I needed to make the decision on my own which is why I decided I would give him my business as long as the price was fair. When I finally decided on a Mazda, I presented an offer I thought was fair and that's when things got a little ugly. The counter offer was a lot higher than I expected and I felt they weren't taking me seriously. I was upset and I demanded the absolute lowest price from the sales manager. The number they gave me was still too high IMO, so I shopped around to other dealers within 100 miles. In the end, the Lancaster Mazda price was fair, and only a slightly higher than the lowest price quote I received. Considering the time I had already invested with Elliott and the fact that he was being straight with me, it was only fair that I give him the sale. While I wouldn't rate my car buying experience as perfect, I believe Elliott did as good as could be expected with me. With proper research and patience there's no reason why you can't get a fair deal at any dealer. But being happy with the salesman and at least content with the final price is what seals the deal. Based on my experience I would feel comfortable recommending Lancaster Mazda and Elliott Edison to anyone.

I bought my used 2014 vehicle from them after two visits. The deal was finalized on the phone and had the check from my bank on hand when I arrived to pick up the truck. Upon my arrival I was then notified that they price was $28.00 off and they asked me for this. Personally I didn't care much about the $28 but really would have expected a dealer focused on customer satisfaction on a 30k sale would not even mentioned their mistake and absorbed it. I was irritated. No promises or mention was made of this, but the vehicle had less than a 1/4 of a tank and the inside was not cleaned. The outside was simply sprayed down. I was just surprised. I have bought many cars, some from big time dealers like this one and some from shady little lots. Every vehicle from a big time lot had been detailed and full or fuel. Every vehicle from the shady little lots were empty and not detailed. It was also required that I provide a $100 deposit just in case my very reputable bank did not provide the title for my trade in. Again, I was a bit irritated but agreed and moved on. Two weeks later I was called to provide my credit card number to process the refund. As you know this takes a few days to process returns and instead they charged me $100 so now I get to wait to get a $200 refund. I will be very glad when I am done dealing with this place. The new model will be out in 2016 and I will certainly take my business to Bobby Rahal toyota where we bought my wives corolla and they were fantastic.

On 6-30-14 I had my Fiances 2011 Toyota Corolla S to be maitenanced for its 50,000 mile intake oil change tire rotation by Miguel Delgado,the issue was brought up to parts and service manager Steve Plank that on a prior maintenance visit there was 200.00 cash taken out of the glove box and the glove box itself was broken into Steve did not address this issue. After having the vehicle maintenance on the 30th the same day I had to take the vehicle to another garage because the driver side wheel was making a metal on metal noise also they discovered the tire inflation to be 6-8 pounds over inflated. On 6-31-14 I took the vehicle back to Steve Plank told him about the metal on metal noise in the driverside front wheel, also about the over inflation of the tires. Steve did not offer us any discount coupons to be used during our visit he also told me I will have the vehicle put on the lift by the mechanic to see what the noise is. Later Steve came to get me to take me into the mechanics shop for the mechanic to explain to me what may be causing the metal on metal noise. I am GMAC certified when a customer comes in with a complaint you take them right into the mechanic shop while the wheel is being taken off and checked not after the fact, that was a staged sceen the mechanic had plenty of time to fix what ever was wrong with the vehicle and cover up any signs of negligence. The mechanic tried to tell me they found nothing wrong with the wheel, but he fixed the problem without me knowing it because when I left the vehicle did not make the sound any longer. I had the noise documented somewhere else before returning to Toyota so I would have proof that the incident was covered up. I want my Fiances money reemburssed back to her I want Steve Plank to be corrected for his mistakes. Thank You Dennis Miller

I began my process by contacting Lancaster Toyota Scion through the internet. Their internet sales staff answered all my questions and sent me the appropriate information to assist me with my research. Once I decided what vehicle I wanted, they notified me when a vehicle was located with the packages that I wanted was found> The internet sales staff assited me with scheduling a test drive. At the test drive I met with salesman Joe McGroarty. Joe was easy to work with and we closed the deal the next day. I bought a new Toyota Tacoma double cab with the off road package. I was given fair value for my trade in (which I had bought new from this dealsership 12 years ago). The financing staff at Lancaster Toyota Scion found me a better interest rate than I was able to.

This was our first time purchasing a Toyota. My husband wasn't really interested in looking at the Tacoma and taking it on test drive...he wanted a full-size truck. The truck itself was impressive and a good fit for our family/budget. What really helped my husband make the decision was the salesman we worked with...Jon. He was knowledgeable, friendly and didn't pressure us in any way. Sometimes as a woman, I find that salsmen tend to speak directly with my husband and leave me out of the conversation. Jon did not do that, in fact, he made sure he included our daughter as well. It's only been a few days, but I find myself loving this truck as much as my husband does. The negotiating and final paperwork process were simple and despite having a tight schedule, Jon took the time to make sure we completely understood the functions within our truck. This was not our first new car purchase, but it was by far one of the best. When it's time for us to trade in our other car, we will be revisiting this dealership. I would also recommend emailing Deb about their internet pricing. I emailed all the local Toyota dealers and Deb gave me answers immediately...she didn't tell me we needed to come in for a test drive before giving us a price quote. And most important of all- her price was the best! I get the impression that the employees at this dealership really enjoy their jobs and work well as a team. I'm in sales too and know the importance of everyone working together, after all you only get one shot at making a good impression!

My salesperson was Nancy, who told me she was fairly new in this sales position. She was very friendly and helpful. If I had a question or concern to which she did not have the answer, she knew where to go for the response. Rick, her manager was great also and went out of his way to allow Nancy to drive me to my home so that my wife , who was not with me at the dealership, could see the vehicle and give her inputs. My only disappointment was the fact that I would have had liked the Michelin tires switched for Bridgestone, which the manager was not willing to do. I know it was short notice on my part, so I did not argue the point, However, if I buy at that dealership again, the unwillingness to make the switch would be a deal breaker. Overall though, my car buying experience was a pleasant one a Lancaster Toyota .

I bought a brand new 2014 Toyota Tacoma pick-up. After just a couple weeks, I took off the Dunlop tires and put on Michelin (big difference in ride/ handling). All 4 wheels were damaged from the factory hammering on the wheel weights way to hard and all wheels were damaged with fairly severe marks. Lancaster Toyota acknowledged the damage, but only want to "refinish" the wheels. I do not want a brand new truck with "refinished" wheels. This truck had damaged wheels when I bought it new and only discovered it 2 weeks later when I put the Michelin on. Steve Plank basically gave me a "take it or leave it" attitude, and I am not going to accept that. I now find it necessary to meet with a lawyer, time will tell.

My salesperson was Doug Deibler. I had checked on several Sundays to just look at the cars. I had considered either a Subaru Impreza or Mazda 3. When I checked with my insurance carrier to compare rates I settled on a Mazda as the premium was slightly less expensive. I also was not impressed with the CVT transmission with the one year old Nissan Sentra I was driving and after looking at the 2014 Consumer Reports listing of cars and saw their reservations for the same, it was a deciding factor. Plus I had gotten my 1997 Corolla from the same dealer and was always satisfied with service. Now having actually driven the Mazda 3 Touring, I know where the "Zoom Zoom" slogan comes from. I believe I am going to enjoy driving again with my new Mazda. I look forward to taking a very long drive in my new Mazda just to enjoy driving again!

I came to Lancaster Toyota to look for a used Mazda 3...which they did not have. I drove a new Mazda 3 and got a nice tour of the facilities, however, I was looking for a basic model which Lancaster did not have in stock. I was told it could be ordered...however, I went on to look at a Toyota Scion, which I loved but the insurance cost and the monthly payments would make it too expensive for me. I ended up with a Toyota Corolla which is OK and was not really what I was looking for...Salesperson and Manager were really not all that nice...there was not a nice place to sit while waiting for all to transpire and it was a long lengthy process making the experience OK...not really good and not really bad. I would not go back as I felt I was just being "shoved" into a car to get me sold and out and I was the only customer there!!!!

Some people go to test drive cars at multiple dealerships before buying and I happen to be one of those people. I don't want to invest into a new car without proper research. I visited Lancaster Mazda back in February to test drive the new 2014 mazda 3 GTS. I was first greeted by Elliot Edison while I was looking at the new 3 and explained clearly that I was looking and just wanted to know more and possibly test drive. His response was simply "No problem I'll gladly help you". After spending a good hour talking about the car and a short test drive I let him know that I wasn't going to buy today maybe in a few months but after showing that it was no pressure and being very nice about my situation I said I would definitely be back. I've visited other dealerships and no salesperson even bothered to put even a fourth of the effort that Elliot did to make me comfortable with a no pressure environment and just be very informative and patient. True sign of a real salesman. April 22 I came back to Lancaster Mazda and walked right in and asked for Elliot directly. This time to buy my first new car a 2014 Mazda 3 GTS. I wouldn't buy a car from anyone other then Elliot Edison. He is a true genuine salesman who brings plenty of experience and knowledge to Lancaster Mazda and deserves every bit of acknowledgment for his effort and kindness. After only 3 days he had located the exact car I wanted and ordered the accessories I was after that will be installed this week. I didn't expect such a turn around and an absolutely amazing car with everything I was looking for to the T. It was always very easy to get ahold of him and he always had an answer. I will be back to buy more accessories for my new Mazda 3 GTS and any new vehicles in the future will be bought through Elliot Edison. Thank you Lancaster Mazda for the excellent vehicle and for employing and excellent salesman. You will have more business from me in the future and it's all because of Elliot Edison

The staff are friendly and helpful, and my salesperson, Judy Tucker, was extraordinary; it was a joy to interact with her, she was knowledgeable and responsive to my questions, and I got a fair deal. Kudos to Lancaster Toyota, and when my wife wants to replace her car, LT will definitely be one of our stops.Btw, I, age 73, had owned only stick-shift cars until now, although we do rent automatics on our many trips. Yet I have quickly come to like and appreciate the feel and function of the CVT.I always found buying a car to be enervating, stressful, annoying, etc. Not this time. This was probably the best experience we have ever had relating to buying a car. The salesman was personable, conscientious and knowledgeable. He listened to our concerns and offered alternatives to meet our needs and got the car we asked for promptly. He took the time to go over all we needed to know concerning our new car's options and even set up our smart phone connections! There was no haggling re the price or trade-in - both were very fair, as was the special deal for that day. This is our second Toyota and we are very pleased with the company. We were not as happy with the approach of the finance person whom we felt was a bit pushy re optional financing and other options. She was pleasant, but persistent.

Last January my husband passed away and he had two vans. One a Toyota. I have a Toyota Highlander. My daughter and her husband took dad's van to Toyota to get it repaired due to a battery problem. They fixed it and then went to see William Bock for some details about how to sell the two vans. Mr. Bock found out that my daughter and her husband wanted to buy the Toyota Van from me. He spent the time to look it up and help them find a value for this van. While talking to them he suggested that I trade in the other van and my car and purchased a new car. Because of the timing and weather, I never got back to Mr. Bock until the end of March. He kept in contact with me though letters and suggested I come in and have a talk with him. When I meet him he remember my daughter and my situation. I was impressed with his understand of my situation. He ask me what I wanted to do and I told him. He took me for a ride in a new Highlander and I was surprised at the changes on the new models. He ask me what I needed and what price range I wanted to stay. He worked with me and fulfilled my need. I am relieved and happy with my purchased.

I went into Lancaster Toyota Mazda Scion they other day to just look at the new 2014 Mazda 3s. I spoke with Josh Wright in sales. We took a test drive in a Soul Red Metallic Mazda 3 I-Touring with the tech package, and I really liked it. I went home and after a few days I went back and had made a few more critical choices. I decided I wanted a Mazda 3 I-Grand Touring in Titanium Flash Mica. Josh and his team was able to find the car I wanted, and I bought and picked it up the very next day. I am grateful to Josh and the rest of the Mazda team for their help, professionalism and overall excellent quality of service. I previously owned a 2000 Mazda Protege which I traded in, though I was sad to see it go I'm excited for my new adventure with my new Mazda 3.

My husband and I were looking to trade in our 2012 Mazda 3 sedan for the 2014 Mazda CX-5 . We had gone to another Mazda dealership first and spoke with them about the process however we didn't feel as though they were being completely honest with us about the trade considering our Mazda3 was only 2 years old and quoted prior in very good condition. Not only did he make our experience a very pleasant one, but he also helped out in getting us exactly what we knew our trade was worth, exactly what we deserved for it, which really sealed the deal for us. We walked out of there feeling very confident of our decision in choosing Lancaster Toyota Mazda. We love our new Mazda CX-5! It's the perfect all around vehicle for us. Just stopped in to kill some time and take a look around and the next thing you know Rick Hershey at Lancaster Toyota Mazda Scion had us into a new (used) vehicle! All their used vehicles are gone over and serviced before they hit the lot for resale. We did a couple of test drives and all vehicles were very clean inside and out it was hard to believe they were used. We may have bought a used vehicle but it looks like new and they give a great warranty on their vehicles - not one "As is" on the lot. We will be back for future purchases from Lancaster Toyota Mazda Scion and without a doubt we will be looking to work again with Rick Hershey and the great people in the finance department. At least go check them out, It won't be a waste of time!

I called Lancaster Mazda one day when I was dropping my current Mazda 6 off at the service center for repairs. I spoke to the salesman Craig Buccilla and asked if he could show me the new Mazda 6 but told him I only had about 45 minutes. When I arrived he had 2 Mazda 6's waiting for me to test drive. He showed me the Mazda 6 I Touring and I test drove it. When we got back to the dealership he showed me the Mazda 6 I Grand Touring as well. The only reason I checked the I Grand Touring off my list is because it was not available in manual transmission and that is what I wanted. I enjoyed interacting with Craig so much and he made me feel at ease, not pressured and I felt very informed about what I was driving and the features of the car. He answered all of my questions and never pressured me for the sale. I told Craig in the beginning that I wasen't looking to purchase a car until Spring. I thanked Craig for his help and told him that I enjoyed working with him and that I would be back. A few weeks went by and my current car (2004 Mazda 6) was not running right. I decide it was 10 years old and had 160,000 miles it was time to get a new car. I took my current car in to be serviced and fixed and I would then get a new car. I was planning on purchasing a car in March or April...I had been saving up for a nice down payment that I would have by April. I called Craig and asked him to test drive a Mazda 3 instead this time since I wouldn't have as much money down on a new car as I wanted. He had 2 Mazda 3 waiting for me when I arrived. It was the coldest day of the year and had the car running and warm when we arrived. I test drove the Mazda 3 I Touring with manual transmission and LOVED it. My husband couldn't believe how much power the 4 cylinder had since we both were used to driving V6's. The power even in the lower gears was impressive. The next day Barb from Lancaster Toyota Mazda Scion Service Center called me and explained that my 2004 Mazda 6 blew cylinder 3 and had other issues. I told her not to fix anything because I was trading it in as is. The manager Jason took care of us by going up and appraising my car for trade in. It was Craig's day off but God bless him he answered all of my calls on his cell on his day off and came in on his day off in order to sell me new Mazda 3 I Touring because he understood my situation and I told him y hat I only wanted to work with him. The manager Jason also assisted us becauseit was Craig's day off so between both of them I can say that I had an exceptional car buying experience at Lancaster Mazda all because of Craig and Jason. I have had my Mazda 3 for about a week now and am LOVING IT!

Let me first start by saying my buying experience was pretty good. One thing that was kind of poor was they would not allow us to have the referral credit/bonus because my girlfriend now lives at the same address as me now. She purchased her car 1 year before me from Lancaster Toyota. They also do not give free inspections for the time you own the car which most places do now of days.Now to the service department. Why does it take at least an hour to do an oil change? I tell them all I want is an oil change, nothing more yet they come up with a list of other things they " recommend " you getting done. Stuff they shouldn't even be checking like my air filter, brake pads, cabin air filter, etc. If you wouldn't dilly dattle so much checking things I did not ask you to look at, it should only take you 20 minutes tops to do the oil change.Now for the reason I am now 100% done going there for service. I had a recall done to my car and they issued me a rental car ( they said my car was not safe to drive until it was repaired ) and said it would cost me nothing. I repeat, nothing! They would cover the bill. A month later, I noticed my credit card had a charge from the rental place on it. I called them and they said Lancaster Toyota is refusing to pay the full amount so i'm stuck with the difference. I called Lancaster Toyota and they claimed the paid the bill in full and would take care of the charge and call me back to know it's been taken care of. A few days past and I heard nothing from them so I called them back. They then changed their story to " oh, maybe you didn't fill the tank with gas before you dropped it off so you got charged ". I filled the tank 3 miles down the road at the gas station before I dropped it off so I knew that wasn't true. It went back and forth between me, Lancaster Toyota and the Rental place and in the end, I still didn't get the charge removed from my credit card. I said okay, i'm done with them forever. And I got a few others to stop doing business ( service ) with them also after them hearing what happened to me!

My wife and I met with Brian Gray on Saturday while we were looking for a Toyota Venza. Our visit was excellent. While we didn't purchase a car on Saturday as they didn't have the one in stock we were looking for we will bo back to Brian when we are financially ready and they are able to locate the car we are interested in. Brian made us feel very comfortable with the dealership and was not only knowledgable about the car but also was open to our conversations about how much we wanted to pay for the car. I walked away with almost no injuries. Im actually writing this review 4 days after the accident, and I have no feel great. I worked with Bob Davidson to purchase a new Mazda CX-5 Touring. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient without being pushy. After I purchased my car, the dealership they secured it from unfortunately went back on the sale and left them without the car they had promised me. Bob worked tirelessly and went well above and beyond (leveraging his personal network and working on his day off) to secure the exact car he had promised me, in the agreed-upon timeline - even though it was technically unavailable anywhere. He even added an important feature at no cost because of the mix-up (which was no fault of their own). I would recommend Lancaster Mazda to anyone without reservation, and specifically Bob Davidson.

Found the exact 4Runner I was looking for on Car.com in Pennsylvania. I am a Chicago resident, so I had to call Lancaster Toyota for a full breakdown of the vehicles condition. I have previously looked at 7 other 4Runner, and each and every time was told the truck was in supreme working condition, only to find that they were in complete disrepair. I asked Rick Hershey to be up front and honest with me about the entire vehicles condition, so I would have a complete understanding of the vehicle before I traveled from Chicago. I not only am satisfied with the vehicle, but I am completely satisfied to the fact not only was the vehicle in the exact condition I was told it was in, but it superceded my expectations. Rick Hershey did an excellent job of executing a seamless transaction, and I would recommend this dealership above all others in a world riddled with "just sell it". I came to Lancaster Toyota/Mazda after I inquried about their listing of 02 Lexus LS430. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted by both Mike Sherman the General Manager as well as Elliott Edison in Sales. My first impression of the dealership - A great organization with awesome, clean facility. You will be impressed when you get here. So anyway, Elliott took his time to show me all the features of the car, and there was absolutely no pressure from beginning to end. Elliott was patient with me the whole time, and I felt he was more of a good friend during the whole process of me buying this car. I did have a trade-in, and these guys gave me a very fair value for my trade. They also gave me a great price on the Lexus. Would I recommend this dealership? Absolutely! and I would definitely work with Lancaster Toyota/Mazda and Elliott Edison when I am ready to purchase my next Toyota or Mazda.

My boyfriend and I both purchased new cars at this dealership. We dealt with both Judy and Bill in the sales department and they were fantastic! We also dealt with Kelly and Rueban in the finance department as well as Rick Regan, the manager. There were some mistakes made but they were cleared up and our dealings with this dealership lessened the expected headache. Unfortunately, when my boyfriend purchased his car the Audio System had a hardware failure (it did not play CDs). Parts were out of these and it took a while to get it replaced. We were hoping to get the Scion Display Audio (that is coming standard now), but that didnt work out. A little over a week later they replaced his broken Audio System.

When the only car I'd ever had took its expected turn for the worst, I knew it was time to finally get something newer. I had the absolute pleasure of getting to work with Geoff Hatcher. He took all the time I needed to talk me through the process of my first car purchase. He made sure to work with the small budget I had and was able to get me into a beautiful 2005 Toyota Corolla. Trading in my old car was a very difficult experience for me as that car held an extreme amount of sentimental value and knowing that, Geoff was patient, understanding and sympathetic to my situation. I doubt he has many people in his office crying over saying goodbye to an old car, but he handled everything with such grace and good old English charm. The salesperson was very well informed about the vehicle and did a great job ensuring that the vehicle we were looking at was going to meet our needs. The trouble came after we purchased the car and were in our new car getting ready to leave. The manager then informed us that they had incorrectly calculated the vehicle's sale price. They had given us both the current $500 cash back rebate and low financing when you can only pick one or the other. As we were reviewing the paperwork to verify the mistake they made, the manager told us "I will not be cheated out of $500." This really took us back. Suddenly we were being treated like thieves and not customers and our integrity was being questioned. The rest of the experience became very uncomfortable. We did the right thing and allowed them to charge us the additional $500, but the sale left a terrible impression. If we had been approached politely about the issue, it wouldn't have been a problem. Consequently, we won't be shopping for another vehicle at Lancaster Toyota.
