Lance did my crankshaft pully that went bad and must have never put new belt on it bc it snapped on my way to work and he fixed it a week ago not very happy because I payed alot to have him fix what needed to be done

I had a genuinely great experience here. About a month ago I bought a 2004 Yukon from Lance that was in really great shape (as was everything else he had on his lot.) I gave him a small list of things I wanted to have done before the purchase which he took care of for me. I took part of the deal on a handshake and he followed through on it just as promised. The best part of dealing with Lance had to be his communication skills, he actually called me back with answers to the questions I had, and was done on the day he said he would be done. Straightforward and honest, I will definitely be back! Thanks Lance!

I bought a used 1996 Mazda pickup from Lance in Feb 2015. I first have to say that I was very positively surprised on how helpful Lance was in answering questions while not using high pressure salesmanship. Not the typical 'Used Car Salesman' stereotype. After buying the truck, Lance also repaired a couple minor issues without any pushback, happily standing behind his vehicles. Since purchasing the vehicle, I have received many positive comments on the condition of the truck, including by the mechanics in my normal service center. I am very happy and would gladly recommend Lance to others.

I loved the most not being hassled or "sold". It as low key, laid back, what are you looking for and how can I help you. I bought a 2003 Ford Escape and has been one of the best purchases I have ever made. Not only that, but anytime I have needed work done, it was easy scheduling, easy in and out, and I wasn't "upsold" like many shops do to you. I would recommend them to anyone and you won't have to go anywhere ever again. Its worth the drive out there from the west side.
