My gf and I just purchased a new LR4 last week and had the pleasure of dealing with Rick Malloy throughout the entire process. Rick was the consummate professional and extremely knowledgeable about not only the car, but also the intricacies that come along with financing a new car. We have had a great experience over the past ten years of buying Range Rovers. Jim Rumfelt has been a stellar gentleman in the process of us purchasing our new vehicle. Our sales person, Jim Rumfelt, is very smart and knowledgeable about his job. He is patient and understanding, which helped us make our decision to buy. The staff made you feel welcome as you enter the building. I also bought the Range Rover because of the excellent service they do on their Land Rover, which is very important.

I've been looking to buy a new Ranger Rover for quite some time and have been to a few other dealers in the past. After visiting Land Rover Charlotte, salesman Rick Malloy was able to provide a pleasant and knowledgeable experience. I am impressed with the new 2015 cars, and without Rick I do not know if I would ever have known half as much as I do now about the car, he is very knowledgeable and helped me with almost any question I had. Rick is an amazing person to work with!! His experience talks and helps you in the decision making process. He is pleasing,funny,highly knoweldgable about cars not just land rover, knowledgable about how to make it a win/win situation for both buyer and the seller. He was patient everytime you try to approach him. I was after Rick for a couple of years and he never made me feel that I am not welcome to the location.He always looked after me and dealt with me like a potential buyer and today I am here, A PROUD OWNER OF MY DREAM CAR. As Im learning more about how the process works and how they manage the inventory I started realizing it is not an issue with the dealer and it is the way land rover company operates. I wish I had some power to take back my review comments titled NEVER POSTIVE as it was a wrong interpretation by me. I request all the readers to be patient and do not rush into decision on sales staff or the dealer . Today I liked an LR4 and requested Rick Malloy for an appointment and I ended up buying it. Rick treated us so well and like family, he did work above and beyond to make the deal work for us.Rick Malloy is a gentle man and puts himself in the customer shoe's first. All the time I was in his office I was feeling guilty about the reviews I have written . I APOLOGIZE for all the inconvenience I have caused with my review comments. I will RECOMMEND people to work with Rick and land rover of Charlotte . It is a great place to shop for a Landrover in the carolinas.I would definitely visit them again for an upgrade after few years ;) ..

I recently purchased my second Range Rover from Land Rover Charlotte and each time it has been a real pleasure to work with them. Jim Rumfelt handled the latest sale and was great to work with. Low key, friendly, knowledgable and very helpful he guided me through the decision making and when I decided to change model from the one I ordered was extremely accommodating. Thanks Jim ! Their service department is also excellent. On the few occasions I had to have my last RR serviced, Gary Buss, one of the service managers, has always been outstanding in taking care of whatever needed to be done. Both the vehicle and dealership have been excellent.

Have stopped in many times over the years to look but never ended up buying. Low pressure, relaxed and pleasant every time I stopped in. Have bought many vehicles over the years and my experience at this dealership was by far and away the best. Stopped in to look at a new model and as always the salesman, Larry, was pleasant and friendly. Ended up buying the new model and a month later buying another vehicle a large part due to my experience with Larry and the rest of the dealership.
