Used online chat feature late one evening after being unable to find what we wanted closer to home. Celeste Chandler called the following morning and I gave her a description of what we wanted and what we were trading. She communicated with me and then my wife by phone, text, email and fax and by one o'clock we were on our way to Columbia to pick up our new Land Rover. When we arrived four hours later, we were greeted warmly from every person at the dealership. Ms. Chandler had everything in place for us to make a seamless transaction. Mr.Guth came by to chat with us and to make sure we were well taken care of. This dealership is unlike any other that we have dealt with. It was definitely worth our drive and time to purchase from Land Rover of Columbia. Thanks for everything!

I walked in knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted to look at. Miss Celeste helped us find it. We test drove, etc. got the info, sat down and talked.. She was so so great. She explained everything about the vehicle so well. She was not pushy. She never once tried to "sell" us the car. She wanted to inform us of everything because she understood it was a big decision, as we were buying our first purchase as a married couple. In the end, everything went very calmly. She was patient with us as we took several breaks to talk among ourselves. We didn't get the deal we were wanting, so we sat down and talked with them until we all came to an agreement. I am very pleased over all with my experience. I LOVE my new vehicle, and I WILL recommend this dealership!!!

I had expected Land Rover to be outside my budget, but I found a car that was perfect for me. David Ludlum spent hours helping me find the right car. He was friendly, great sense of humor, took the time to let me look at several models. We had an interesting test drive where a teenager was running down the middle of the road. David exhibited a great character in the way he handled the situation. He didn't worry about selling me a car, but rather about the well-being and safety of someone in distress. He engaged his manager who was helpful in getting me in my new car. I appreciate the time they took to get to know me and treat me as though I had been a long time customer. When ready to upgrade again (years down the road), I will definitely go back to Land Rover Columbia first. There was one blemish on the car. A vanity mirror was badly cracked. I didn't notice it until the next day and I had to leave town the day after. I took the car back, and they fixed it immediately.
