I recently visited Land Rover Frisco as a first time Land Rover shopper. I was promptly greeted by Cade and immediately felt comfortable despite my previous purchase experiences with other brands. Cade was extremely professional and patient with me as I have just started my search for a new vehicle. He was every knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my current and future needs, but also presented Land Rover in a way that made it seem like the only choice for me.

Took my 2011 Range Rover Sport in for service and wandered around the showroom floor. They featured all the new Land Rovers and the new Discovery Sport caught my eye. I spoke with Cade about the car and we ended up driving one. I fell in love. This car is amazing and Cade was awesome to work with. He knew all about the cars and it's fun bells and whistles. I gave them a deposit on a car and was called out of town. I told them that and then they tried to tell me I was taking too long. I had my girlfriend apply for a loan with them since she wanted to improve her credit and they wanted to charge 12%. No thanks.

Jorge is by FAR the best sales associate I have ever worked with! I recently purchased a new Discovery - I sent him one that I designed and he found it in Houston the very next day! He is incredibly knowledgable, respectful and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. He actually drove my car to me while I was at work, as to not inconvenience me. He has also sold Range Rovers to both my father and brother...so, needless to say I am not the only one that loves Jorge! He is very soft spoken and kind, which definitely eliminates the feeling of intimidation that often comes with buying a car. He wanted what was best for me and walked me through every option/scenario. He has been available 24/7 for any questions or concerns and I feel more confident about my purchase knowing that Jorge is my go-to guy.

This was our first experience with Land Rover and Cade made it by far the most enjoyable buying experience we have had. He patiently worked with us - answering all 15 phone calls and 57 text messages - to find the Discovery Sport with all of the items we wanted. There was never any pressure to overbuy on a vehicle if we did not want it. Cade's knowledge of the entire lineup is very impressive. Land Rover Frisco is lucky to have Cade and we will certainly recommend him and the dealership to others.

Cade was and continues to be very easy to work with. He was never pushy and was there to answer our million plus questions. I'd buy a new car yearly, but my wife whom we bought our LR4 for, hasn't purchased a new car in 10 years...just not what she does. Cade made it easy when we made it difficult. Call and ask for Cade.

I have bought 2 Land Rover vehicles from the Frisco Dealership and the purchase experience was one of the best I have had in many years. Low pressure, knowledgable and very professional. Which is why I ended up buying another vehicle from them. If you go to look for a great vehicle at Land Rover Frisco, ask for Cade to help you with the process, you will not be disappointed! Overall service department experience is also very good, but call ahead and they will take care of you quickly. Finally, one really great experience with the dealership, is the opportunity to go on an off road experience in fantastic locations! Do it if it's available, it's really fun!

My daughter came to me and said she wanted to look at Land Rover trucks. When she did I had second thoughts about it. But after spending one hour with the salesman Cade I was sold on the LR4. I have bought a lot of cars in my lifetime from different deal ships Ford, Chevy, Nissan & Infinity I have to say this was the best car buying experience I have had. The Dealership atmosphere was relaxing and Cade was beyond informative and made the purchasing of the Autobiography Range Rover very seamless. We purchased an LR4 nearly 1 yr ago, and recently a RR Sport TD6. Eric Roman, our sales guy is the best. He knows the Land Rover brand inside out, and he gave us time to think about the purchase, was completely non pushy and honest. Best experience we have had purchasing a new car. Recently, I was in the market for another SUV and called Erick Roman at Land Rover Frisco. Erick told me that he had just traded for a 2013 Range Rover Sport that would be perfect for me. I came down to the dealership that day and took a look. While the car was in perfect shape and the price was certainly competitive, I just couldn't get past the ugly wheels that were on it. Since wheels make the car, I had a major issue with it. I had decided to let it go when Erick decided to hit the Superman button! He went back to the far reaches and found 4 perfect wheels that got me excited! He traded them out even and put some brand new tires to boot! This guy goes the distance and he has the full support of a great dealership. Thanks Erick. Great job. I'll be back for sure.

I recently purchased a pre-owned ML350 Bluetech from Erick, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the professionalism of this dealership. Erick met us in the evening and had the car pulled up and ready to test drive. We purchased the SUV the next morning, and were introduced to the guy that has all the documents and disclosures to sign... he had a giant desktop tablet that you sign on, and was very personable. During the process, the sales manager dropped in to ensure the process was flawless. Erick made a followup call the next day asking if everything was good with the car when we drove home. I highly recommend this dealership, and seek out Erick if he's available.

Have a Range Rover HSE and we decided to add the Evoque to the family car line up. Jorge DeCanal is our salesman, and although he was unable to get my HSE at the right price (sorry Jorge) he did manage to get the used Evoque at a reasonable price for us. We both love the Range Rover cars and enjoy driving them knowing that we have a good service team with Frisco LR to help out if and when needed. The only negative I see with this dealership is the waiting facilities (cant even sit down as the sun is too bright and shinning on the seating!) But hopefully we wont be in the waiting area too long. Great produce and service!

This is now our third Range Rover. Joel was helpful and attentive on a busy day. Tracy had all of our paperwork ready. I was a little concerned about our trade offer but Joel helped us out. These people are on their A game and you can tell there is new things at the store; just wish they would get rid of all the dead animals and hunting lodge look. But the new RR is amazing.

I have been very impressed for a long time with Land Rover Frisco. I have not bought 4 in the last 15 years. The product is amazing and most of all there seems to be positive changes from the store and staff. I am very impressed with the new GM Mike Mykeleoff. His attention to detail and the attention we have recieved has been bar none like no other time prior. Even the little things about pointing out some upcoming product events and items at the store. I can really see changes are being made to a much needed building. My wife has owned a Lexus and MB but we love our Rovers! The product has changes a lot in years and all for the better. I think now LR is finally getting what thier US market is looking for; Price and Value! We will certainly be back for our next vehicle and have referred people to the store.

Great pricing and service. Fair trade offer on my Mercedes and got into a Certified Sport for less than I thought. Service was top notch and really appreciate my sales person helping me. I'm used to the hard core manager tactic but Walter was very fair and even gave me a little discount on te wheels I added. Over all I would buy from them again!

After hunting for and finding the exact Range Rover we wanted at the Frisco dealer, my wife and I came into the Frisco store with money in our pockets to purchase the Evoque for an agreed price, no problem there. We had decided earlier to trade in our current 2012 4x4 Mini Countryman, 13Kmi, one that is fully equipped to the highest degree, wholesale/trade in values and having checked auction values through a friend knew what we had to 'gift' the dealer with. (We did not tell them beforehand that we decided to use the Mini for a reduction of taxes and did not need extra above payoff $$ for the car.) We were offered six thousand dollars less than actual trade in value, and less than a Mercedes Dealer offered us only a week prior... when I just happened to find this Rover, the one we wanted. Okay, granted, the dealer (SlsMgr) wanted a really good deal, okay... & we were willing to bite the bullet and let them have it for less than payoff. But the 'new' salesman came back and sadly said the SM is mad... very mad, he doesn't want to deal! So, I said bring him out of his office and let's talk it through... the guy would not budge... said no deal would not come out and talk. Salesman did not want me to go to his office... weird and weirder. I have bought so many cars in my life that I can easily and without hesitation put this experience up there with the worst of them, of which now number 4 in 51 years. You want a Ford or Dodge or Yugo purchasing experience, go to this place. You want to be insulted and dealt with as an idiot/ fool/ lower than low.... this is the place for you. The Evoque was perfect and now they can do you know what with it.
