There is no doubt that the chip shortage has made if difficult for all dealers. However, for a dealer to charge a 20% markup ($10,000) on a vehicle is just ridiculous. Seems that Land Rover Van Nuys would rather over charge a customer once as opposed to earn a customer for life. I really wanted to do business with them, but I will take my business to a more ethical dealership.

The 5 stars are not for the dealership but for Mark and John in the parts department, love these guys! So nice and helpful. Needed some parts for my 2005 LR3. The Starbucks is nice in there too. Also a nice collection of proper Land Rovers upstairs, unlike the new Land Rovers that look like rav 4s! EW!!! The Aston Martins are awesome as well as the Jaguars!

I couldn't have picked a better dealership to trade in my Range Rover Sport . Land Rover Van Nuys & Samie Shokory did an amazing job guiding me through the process and helped me purchase the model and color with the accessories that I have always wanted! The must patient and kind sales representative I have ever done business with. I would HIGHLY recommend trading your car at this dealership if you are looking for something luxurious, & great low prices! To add to the amazing experience Land Rover Van Nuys has a state of art brand new facility with a Starbuck at the showroom area. Please, you must give Samie the chance to assist you on your new car. An amazing, generous, and honest person. Land Rover Van Nuys became my new long term dealership.
