It was Great! Lou Quinn is the Best!!! I've been regularly having all my cars serviced and repaired at Landers for decades; Lou really takes care of you! Service was great; Lou was even better! Went over the service and bill and super polite and informative as always!! There is no better Service Advisor than Lou!!! I have an F-150 that I have serviced there in addition to my 2 GM vehicles; can count on them tracing down a problem with any automobile and repairing correctly! Again you can't beat Lou Quinn, knowledgeable, polite, and relays the problem(s) in detail to the servicemen. Can't give Lou enough praise!!!

I had an excellent experience with the two salesmen that I talked with. They are not pushy at all and just very considerate listening to what my needs and parameters were. I would and have recommended Ricardo and Brandon to friends of mine. I also have mentioned the excellent services program that Crossroad offers. I am very pleased. Two of my friends have followed up, gone to Cross Roads, asked for Ricardo and Brandon, and then bought vehicles. They both are really thrilled with the customer service, the maintenance plan, and their vehicles. Thank you Ricardo, Brandon and Customer Crossroad 's. I recently had to get some repair work done on my car. I usually always talk with Corey In the service department. I rate his customer service as outstanding. He has always been excellent and patient with me explaining issues and answering my questions. I trust him and value his information. I am very happy with his expertise. Landis Chevrolet is fortunate to have Corey representing them.

Bobby, Russ, and Happy all worked together to make our remote buying experience seamless and expedient. Everyone was courteous, helpful, and also gave us some great lunch recommendations to try in the Joplin area before we started our drive home. We realize that the buying environment looks a little different right now, but we were really happy that they had the Tahoe we were looking for and did a great job making it happen for us.

My mom and I went to Landers Chevrolet to look for another car that i was needing. My personal car is a corvette 2008 that I bought two years ago, and I really didn't want to daily drive it to work. Bobby Mac was the guy who took care of us, and he definitely was very helpful when it came to test driving the cars that we wanted before purchasing one. Our goal was to buy the lowest priced car on the lot, but we ended up choosing a 2013 Hyundai Sonata. I appreciate your help Bobby Mac, and If i ever need to look for a car in the future, I will definitely be coming back to test drive some new cars.
