I got a car yesterday and Manny was my sales person. He was very professional and made me feel comfortable buying my first car at a dealership! He made me feel like family and not just like he was trying to make a sale. The whole process was easy because Manny and Joe helped me tremendously! Greeted by welcome staff: 5+ Check in with Jason Jones and information is provided throughout process: 5+ Preliminary Alignment check with printout: 5+ Friendly Knowledgeable: ask and he will tell you 5+ Schedule: he keeps one updated on Needed Service at specific mile points +5 He gives one a printout to review and with which to plan 5+ Jason is willing to share his vast knowledge. If he doesn’t know something, he WILL find out. I like honesty. I like that Jason is backed by Andrew Gates, Service Manager, who looks into everything. 5+ Present evidence and get answers in a reasonable time period.5+These folks will keep you from being stranded.

Great experience! Troy was very helpful. Outstanding Knowledge of vehicle. Personally insured everything was done that was promised. Took time to explain everything in detail to teenage son as would be his truck. Beautiful Toyota Tacoma, personable service, and Outstanding overall service. I’ll likely be back for a Tundra for me and will recommend to others.
